Excellent place to stay for business or leisure. Very close to most attractions via taxi, bus or a 10-15 minutes walk. The rooms are well equipped with a good balance between Singapore charm and hi tech amenities. The only thing missing to make it absolutely perfect would be a steam room/sauna and a swim suit extractor - due to the humid climate, it can take a while to fully dry your swim suit after using the pool. That being said, our family truly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast buffet options, great snacks/drinks in the lounge in addition to a great views room we were lucky to secure and we will not hesitate to come again.

Our room was spectacular and the service went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The rooftop bar has one of the best views of Tokyo. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Excellent choice, especially good for families and individuals that want to use a high quality gym/pool/steam/sauna while staying at the property. We also enjoyed the breakfast options with a good selection of Japanese and Western options. Everybody works very hard to do their job well and if something is not right, they will immediately get on it to make it right. Highly recommend and our family would love to stay there if we have the chance to visit Tokyo again.

This hotel was amazing in every way possible. The staff are superb and so is their treatment of guests. Everything was perfection, from our room, to the AMAZING breakfast, to the spa and incredible pool with views of Tokyo's skyline. The only downside of our stay here was that the bar has been set so much higher for every hotel we are to stay in from here on out. Every hotel manager should stay in this hotel for a week as a training exercise it would change their life and professional perspective.

although over of our normal budget, this was worth the splurge---and thanks to redeeming a few free nights we made it happen! everything is a class act, from superior service to the bedding to the views. the sexy tub in the room is awesome too! the pool gym and and spa are outstanding to have after a long flight. simply put: worth every penny.

This was our second hotel in Tokyo as we spent a few days at the Palace hotel which we really enjoyed. This was quite different but equally good. This is a modern hotel starting up on the 28th floor. This gave us great views in different directions. We had 2 rooms one looking towards the bay and the gardens and the other room looked towards the city. It was a great location with a nearby station. We went to the gardens and walked back to the hotel though this meant going over some busy roads. The staff were really helpful from checking in to checking out. The views from the breakfast area and lounge were amazing and looked towards the bay.

Amazing service! The concierge was able to fund us last minute sumo wrestling tickets and arrange flowrs for my wife's birthday. The subway station was a 7 minute walk underground. Highly recommended stay if you are going to Tokyo.

This hotel is on the 28th floor of an office building. Its very inconvenient to get outside, you need to take multiple elevators and it takes some time. Room can be improved but for the most part it was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, they are very strict on how much yoh can order which is weird as its a breakfast buffet. This hotel should be 4 stars.

Amenities and service were great and the breakfast buffet is a must! While I normally don't prioritize the pool and spa, our trip to Tokyo was a family affair and my daughter LOVED the pool. Mama preferred the spa. One point of feedback is their lack of Japanese spa products. Realizing this is a Hilton, I wasn't surprised to see European style facials and beauty products. I would have happily splurged on their spa services if they used local techniques and beauty care brands - because they didn't, I passed on a facial or massage.

The breakfast place is a bit small . Need to line up for quite a while if coming by around 10 am . Which shouldn’t be the case of a 5 stars hotel . Breakfast could be improved anyway , especially if talking it is located in tokyo . Futhermore . The concierge service could be improved regarding recommendations of nearby restaurants . And the hotel has no its own escort service from / to airport .
