Defined outdated hotel. Both room and hotel. Pool is nice but also could use some cosmetic retouch. Note that there is a fee for outdoor pool of 6000 per person and a separate fee for indoor facilities. Expedia wrongly advertise 2000 yen per person all facilities so the property honored that for us, but if I had to pay the real amount asked it won't be worth a stay. All in all will never go there again:)

Overall a good hotel, but not great. The facilities are well kept, except for the carpets that have seen better days, but not a deal breaker, they were clean. The room was bigger than the average room size by Tokyo standards but not huge. There are restaurants and convinience stores within the property making it easy to find a place to eat. Getting around is great. They are at a walking distance from the subway, plus they have a free shuttle that takes you there as well and runs several times a day. There is also an airport shuttle to Haneda, our cost was $21 USD for 3 people, a great deal compared to ~$100 that a taxi would have cost. What's no so great: - Breakfast buffet was average at best, and it gets really busy, one day we almost couldn't get in (on a weekday). - Customer service is poor, well mannered but not very friendly. - The AC did not work properly. The staff stated that it was not an issue with my room only but on other rooms as well. The solution they provided was a standing fan for the room. - The worst experience was with the pool, the main reason why we booked at this hotel. It is not included in the price, around 7,000~9000 yen per person (per day) depending of the day of the week, and if you leave you can't re-entry. Also, you can only stay until 4 pm, when they kick you out for maintenance. They have a night time session for adults only, but you'll have to pay again if you want to go back in. We tried to reason with the staff and manager to no avail.

I have stayed here several times and other hotels in the same chain and I like this hotel as I don't need to be in the centre of Tokyo and there is everything I need nearby including the pool and the gym. Plus the airport limousines stop there.

An absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely professional at their job. The room was cleaned immaculately! I would never stay here again. I was charged 45 USD to spend 50 minutes at a swimming pool in the rain. Had I known it was $45, had I known the dayshift did not roll into the night shift, I would not have gone to the pool. The pool is beautiful. But this situation tainted my opinion of the hotel and I was happy to leave.

The Hotel was a good stay. Pool was closed for families. Has a pool in 4th floor that is 18 and over only. Buffet is not good at all we tried breakfast and dinner. Dinner had very limited choices, menu said sushi literally it was 6 pieces for everyone there. Tempura was not good. And pricing was around $80 per person. Not worth it at all.

The staff were very helpful. Stayed here due to it being a Disney partner hotel- bus shuttle to park is very convenient. The hotel has many pluses around the area including many dining options and a supermarket. Metro is about a 10 minute short walk. Would stay here again.

While the property is older, it's very well-maintained and spotless. The location gave me pause, but it's only about a 10 minute walk to Toyocho station which gives you access to the Tozai line - it makes it easy to connect with other lines throughout Tokyo. The area of the hotel feels very safe and has a few dining options. There's also a grocery store just down from the hotel which makes it easy to pick up any basics. The staff at this hotel were really kind and accommodating. This hotel is also one that is served directly by the Limo Bus from Narita airport which was a major win (especially when you have large luggage). Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is old, rooms are small, though clean. The room with 2 standard beds with an extra bed is the same size as the normal 2 standard beds, they just squeeze another bed into the small room. They charge higher price and a lot extra tax. Breakfast is not included and they charge ¥6500 per person for breakfast. There is a currency exchange machine and the rate is pretty good. This place is convenient, a limouzine bus stop is right at the hotel, 30 minutes to HND and one and half hour to NRT. There are also many places to eat nearby and a shopping mall plus a supermarket. You don't need to go to Lawson cross street like we did if you want to just grab something quick, the supermarket has all you need and all is much cheaper. The subway station is about 10-minute walk.

Value for money. Room is clean and spacious. We family of four stayed in a spacious room refurbished to accommodate four beds with enough space left over for luggage. There's free shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disney sea. It is a short 10mins walk to the nearest subway. I will stay here again if I come back to Tokyo.

なかなか快適だったが、冷蔵庫が故障していたのはいただけなかった。ただ、対応が迅速かつ丁寧だったのは評価できる。部屋の清掃員の仕事かどうか知らないが、空気清浄機のタンクが空っぽを示す赤いランプが三泊の間ずっと灯っていた。もし老眼が原因なら、しかるべき指導をしないと、他も清掃が行き届いていない懸念が残る。あと、フロント勤務の人間の態度に問題あり。どの時間帯であれ、客と視線が合ったら微笑んで軽く会釈するぐらい大した労力ではないと思うが。

Rudest staff ever!! Encountered exceptionally impolite staff who declined to deliver water to my room and charged me a fee for printing out a 3-page single-sided black/white document - given that I was paying several hundred dollars a night for the accommodation (this is the first hotel, among many countries and places I've visited, that imposed a fee for such a trivial service). Now that I'm writing the review, I still feel angry about that staff's attitude. Nevertheless, the location is super convenient, surrounded by good restaurants and grocery stores.

I sent my luggages in the morning directly from Haneda Airport so I can go around Tokyo before Check in time 2 PM. I arrived vey tired from the walking and getting familiar with public transportation in Tokyo. The Receptionist named Dipak was very friendly and he helped me bring my luggages to my room although he is not Bell Boy. There are several restaurants (Indian, Japanese, Noodle, Coffee shop, convenient store at the hotel which is helpful if you dont want to walk outside the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Family trip, last night in Japan. Hotel well located on top of podium with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, all the services that you might need. Hotel is old, you can see its former grandeur in the fittings and finishing etc. It is clean and well maintained tho. Limo bus pickup for Narita and Haneda airports from doorstep. Only negative was the grumpy and rude female staff at check in counter on 20/11/24 at around 1930h. She snatched the passports from my hand, snapped short replies, showed a most unpleasant unsmiling face thru the 5 min check in process. In 10 days of our Japan holiday, she was the only rude and rough person we encountered. Suggest hotel counsel and retrain the person.

This property is a 10 min easy walk to the Toyocho Station where you can access a line to anywhere. 7 Eleven and Lawson Market are along the route. There is a grocery store under the hotel which is great to purchase water bottles for your daily adventures and anything to eat/drink. Shuttle to Disney was very convenient as taking the train there is difficult. Staff was very nice and accommodating with requests. Area around the hotel is very safe as I think most of Japan was during our stay. Thank you again for making our trip memorable ❤️🇯🇵

Location is conveniently close to transportation, grocery store, and convenience stores, as well as restaurants. The area is spacious where you can relax outside the hotel and just take in the view. My family and I enjoyed this hotel the most. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal. We could not believe the quality of food they offered with wide range of choices. The traditional Japanese rooms were adorable.

THE GOOD PART. (1) Below the hotel (entrance is outside) is a newly developed shopping and dining area. There are some food places, coffee shops, a Family Mart, a drugstore, a 100 Yen shop, a Summit grocery store, a SoftBank and Y! Mobile branch, some ATMs including the 7-11, etc. (2) There is an airport shuttle service available through a 3rd party company. It is a limousine bus. It costs 1,100 yen to get to Haneda Airport Terminal 3. You have to book it yourself on a website. The bus is stationed just outside the hotel. (3) There is a FREE train station drop-off on a limited availability. But none is going back to the hotel, you can either walk for 12 minutes or hire a taxi for about 1,100yen from the station to the hotel. (4) The guest relations staff speak English. THE BAD PART. (1) The room is outdated. The carpet is so old that it looks dusty. This is probably the reason why they have an air purifier inside the room. There is no USB outlet. You need an adapter. (2) There is no laundry service. When I asked, I was given a map of a 3rd party facility, which I think is quite far to walk on a hot and humid sunny day. (3) The breakfast buffet costs 3,050yen. I ate there twice. It is the same dishes for both days. (4) You have to pay an additional 6,000yen per person (adult) to use their picturesque pool. (5) There is no coffee inside the room. You have to go all the way to the breakfast hall to get it. They have some packets of tea bags though, if this suffices.

Fantastic stay, breakfast buffet worth every penny. Extremely polite staff with good English, very accomodating. Only thing to improve is I wish the bath robe was in my size. Anyone over 6' is out of luck in that department.
