Great hotel to stay, everything was clean. Breakfast is very good and the coffee machine has more options than other hotels. Very close to train station and walkable to Shinjuku station. Appreciate a lot Dr stretch right by the hotel which help tremendously after a long journey walk!

Room cleaning every 3 days worked for me as my towels were replaced every day. The included breakfast included many Japanese and western choices, although they should include another on-demand coffee-maker as there were frequently long queus for the coffee-maker. The alcoholic beverage dispenser on every floor is a plus too. At check in or room selection we should be asked if we want a Japanese or western style room.

Very convenient hotel, near the subway (only about 6 stops to Tokyo Station), very helpful front desk staff, do-it-yourself laundry, small refridgerator in the room, and a fairly good hotel restaurant. I've stayed here twice, and would go back a 3rd time...

We stayed for 7 nights. I liked the bathroom amenities buffet and coffee machines in the lobby. It was extremely convenient to the subway stations and convenience marts. Personnel were all very friendly. The laundry facility was appreciated but it took over 60min to dry a load and was lint filled room. We were able to get 3 beds in our room for our family stay! It was perfect for us! I would stay here again.

Conveniently located near the station with shops nearby, however the room itself was quite dated and not cleaned properly in my opinion. Additionally, this hotel has a policy of only cleaning your room once every three days so something to bear in mind. Fresh towels are available but you need to put them in a bag outside your room every day. This felt below what I'd expect from a 3-star hotel in tokyo and was certainly not the case in the other hotels I stayed in across Japan. Overall, an ok option but not amazing.

The room themselves have no fresh air at all, it constantly smells like dust. The bathroom always smells very bad, like it was not cleaned properly. The AC works poorly and the bathroom ventilation is so full of dust it doesn't even work anymore. The only good thing about this Hotel it's the location, 25 minutes walk from Shinjuku centre.

It’s a typical Tokyo apartment, small but not too small. Expensive for what you get but it’s Tokyo. shower pressure was good, also great amenities in the bathroom! This hotel is older and probably needs renovation. Neither the USB charging port or the room phone worked. There was too much furniture in the room so it felt crammed. It is still clean and good for a budget hotel for one night in Tokyo.

The room was spacious enough for two people but it needed a good makeover, it was tired, with reading lamp secured with a tape and very nosy A/C that kept to wake us up during the night. You can find all amenities on the ground floor by reception and they leave clean towels in a bag on the door handle. We needed an earlier check-in and when I emailed them prior arrival I was told the availability can be confirmed upon arrival but at reception I was firmly told that check-in time is 3 p.m without any option for earlier time.

The location is perfect but the hotel itself is meh. The beds are rock hard and pillows are tiny, feels like plastic or styrofoam balls inside? We had to request two extra pillows just to have a normal sized pillow. Not sure what’s wrong with the blanket cover either but it kept separating from the sheet and barely covers the bed so unless you’re spooning your partner 24/7 while you sleep, one of you gets half the blanket. Also you can hear EVERYONE and everything the walls are thin as paper. If you cough or talk in your room, down the hall will hear. But the worst part was the wifi!! Literally 0.42mbps speeds… that ISN’T internet as it mentions on the booking. Couldn’t come back to the room to google things, relax at night or reply to messages.

The hotel room was quite good. Sufficient for 3 people, but it was also only a 2 bed room in which a 3rd bed was placed. Therefore, the table and the two chairs were only stacked in the corner and were not usable. It was disappointing and spoiled the impression. Because you book a 3 bed room and not a 2 bed room with an extra bed. Some of the staff spoke English. It was a bit annoying that I asked for checkout and was told 1pm. But what they didn't tell me was that it costs 1,000 JPY extra. We checked out at 11:37 am, 37 minutes late. That doesn't kill me, but it's the 2nd negative point. Simply unnecessary. Breakfast buffet was good and plenty of choice. We would probably still book it again.

The staff was absolutely unhelpful. I left my purse in an uber and couldn't communicate with the cab company. I was leaving the country the next day. The staff refused to explain my situation to the cab company and did not attempt to help me resolve the problem at all. When I asked the staff to call the company a second time, they gave me so much pushback and when they finally called a second time, they barely spent any time on the phone. They could not answer my questions about whether the driver was found, how long it would take for them to locate the driver, or any other relevant information. When I asked to speak with a manager to help communicate, they refused. There is no working phone in the hotel room either, so I couldn't make the call myself. I asked if there was anywhere I could make a phone call, they said no and walked away. Completely dismissive and utter lack of urgency or willingness to help.

Overall, it is a nice hotel choice when wanting to in-n-out Shinjuku station quickly. Location is great and the room is clean and decent. However, some minor details did trouble me. First, we checked in to the hotel twice as we took a day to Fuji Mtn. in between. Yet while we booked a room with four people (2 adults and 2 children), we need to request two additional pillows as only two were provided each time. The 2nd time, the front desk couldn't even speak English made it even more difficult and feel less friendly as I requested having one additional key in case my wife and I need to come back separately when out, but the front desk kept repeating saying "just one key". He also just threw me a card to read on my own which says that for consecutive nights, room will only be cleaned on the third day. I would think this piece of information should be given for consideration ahead of time when booking, not when we show up at the hotel. To be frankly, we don't have a choice but accept the term, isn't it?

Very polite staff with enough English to comfortably help in any situation we didn’t know the Japanese. Clean room, strong shower and lots of free extra products available at reception such as coffee for the morning to take up to our room and umbrellas to borrow when it was raining. Breakfast was a good selection of local and international options.

As an older traveller, this hotel was a very comfortable place to stay. The staff are very helpful, someone on the desk always speaks English, hthey ave a nice waiting area with coffee and icecream available and great baggage storage. Best of all, it’s a 3 minute walk to the Metro so getting around is very easy. I stayed in a small room and it was small, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was full sized and clean. There was a reasonably priced bistro attached to the hotel and eating places along the street. All in all a great place to stay.

O hotel fica bem localizado, bem próximo a estação do metrô Yotsuya-Sanchome, da linha Vermelha Marunouchi. Nas proximidades temos várias opções de lojas de conveniência, das redes 7 Eleven, Family Marty e Lawson, o que facilita muito o dia a dia. O bairro é tranquilo e a avenida ampla. Está afastado das grandes estações de trem de Tóquio, que geram muito movimento.

Great location! 4-minute walk to the subway station; 10-minute train ride to Shinjuku. Many restaurants and family mart near the hotel. I like the breakfast - fresh with great variety. The room is small like most hotels in Japan. Complimentary drinks at the lobby :)

Worse hotel I stayed in Japan, and I have been to a few including Tokyo. Very bad breakfast. The worse I had. Very bad service. if you need anything you go to the lobby. Coffee and tea are off the poorest quality. No room service. Just do yourself and void my mistake.

Gutes und sauberes Hotel in Shinjuku. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Trubels und ist sehr ruhig. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Essensmöglichkeiten. Frühstück war gut, es gibt sowohl japanisches Frühstück als auch „westliche“ Varianten.
