I have stayed here quite a few times. The location is great. The rooms are small but very clean. Nice quiet hotel. The staff is so gracious, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

It was just ok. It was my third time staying at this property and definitelymy last. It has deteriorated or the last three years. The carpets are quite filthy, especially in the hallways. The rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms are not great. The breakfast is expensive and just mediocre. They need to step it up clean the property and improve the food. The benefit is that it is close to a subway station.

Friendly receptionist . Quick check in . The location is excellent . Lots of eating places . 15 minutes walk to Shinjuku Station . Food is good.
