The room was clean with quality toiletries. Fitness room worked for us. It was small with no free weights, but there was a universal machine. We paid for the breakfast and so glad we did as it was really nice and worth the price. The entire staff of the hotel is amazing. My husband forgot his backpack on the train from Narita to the hotel, and this awesome hotel front desk agent called the Narita Express office, and they were able to locate his backpack! That could have been a disastrous start. The location was also perfectly and conveniently located next to Tokyo Station where we were able to take day trips and then the Shinkansen to our next destination. I highly recommend Marunouchi Hotel.

The hotel is 5 Star all the way. Staff is friendly and helpful, facilties are wonderful. This was my second stay at Marunouchi and i would retrun in a heartbeat. The location cannot be beat.

Great for travel to/from airport and Tokyo Station (across the street!). The staff was helpful and the concierge Saido is wonderful. Room very comfortable with nice view. The only thing I would change is if your room is ready, why not let you check in even if it before 3pm? Seems unnecessary and petty to make people wait if the room is ready (not to mention, it is a zoo if everyone has to check in at the same time). Also, should have a computer in the Business Center.

This property was so well thought out, the rooms were super clean, crisp, a/c, view of Tokyo Station, great checkin and checkout experience. There's a Starbucks near the lobby, several places to get food within the Marunouchi complex as well as the subway. There is only one small criticism, the hotel's French restaurant. The food was good, pricey, but has a very inexperienced staff...almost like their first job. Confused, missed ordered food...but not to focus on that. This hotel was absolutely outstanding!

A super hotel that's just across from the Tokyo Station, so you don't need to go far to take the train. Also close to restaurants and small shops. They recently upgraded their hotel rooms and the showers are new, the toilets are high tech, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff does a great job at cleaning the rooms and they don't pressure us to leave the room when they come. Will definitely come again when we come back to Tokyo.

The reception staff, dining staff and housekeeping staff were excellent. The room was immaculate and comfortable and being adjacent to Tokyo Station made was a bonus as it was easy to travel on the metro and Shinkansen.

This hotel is outstanding. It's located in a great location for exploring Tokyo center, rooms are beautiful and newly renovated. Staff at front desk speak English well. The hotel breakfast buffet is delicious and great quality. Renovated rooms were beautiful and done to a high standard. Note: Half the rooms face the train station and get train noise. Rooms opposite train station are very quiet but will have very limited views.

The location is perfect, just next to Tokyo station where you are accessible to all different metro lines. The room is spacious, clean with the modern hardware (eg type C charging port) you need. Breakfast is great. The only disadvantage is that you can still hear the train a bit despite the soundproof wall, if you are sensitive to noise, you may need to use earplugs.

I was worried when I got a message that there are construction going on while we stayed there, but we did not hear a thing. The staff were over the top friendly and super hospitable. At Front desk manager with his calm demeanor and charm was standing there to welcome us and other guests like a family member. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when we go back to Tokyo.

Checkin staff adequate but not friendly. By mistake we booked 1 room for 1 person not 2 people. We own the mistake however we couldn’t believe they calculated and charged for a 2nd person another $108. Then to add insult, we got a letter slipped under the door saying they made a mistake in calculation and we owed another 200 yen. Seriously the paper, envelope & time would have been worth more than 200 yen. We looked up on hotels.com which is how we booked and each night we looked at the room price was the same with 1 or 2 people so why the extra charge. What a rip off. We come to Japan every year and love the location but will never stay in this hotel again nor advise others to. They were not going to compromise at all not to mention the 200 yen. It’s not like they could charge a random person to stay in the room and it was set up for 2 people. Not a great start to our Japan holiday. Very disappointed. This is our 6th trip to Japan and I am pleased to say we have never been treated like this anywhere else in Japan.

The hotel was perfectly located for visiting the city, directly across from the Tokyo Station, so access to the subway and trains was super easy. Walking distance to the Imperial Palace and the Museum of Modern Art. Rooms are a little small, but we weren’t spending much time in the room. Would definitely recommend the Hotel.

東京駅から近く、とても便利でした。部屋は広くないものの一人には十分でした。清掃も行き届いており、部屋のWIFIも早く快適に過ごすことができました。朝食は洋食ブッフェを食べましたが、ビュッフェだけではなく選べるモーニングメインデッシュも美味しくいただきました。朝食を食べたレストランの従業員の方の対応も親切で助かりました。
