We found the park hotel, very convenient and comfortable. It was close to major metro stations and offered dining options nearby. We were able to walk to the gun shopping area, which was very convenient and although the hotel is located in a busy business district once inside things were very quiet And pleasant. We appreciated the free coffee, cappuccino, and tea, and enjoyed having the option of having a glass of beer or wine at a reasonable price.

I had to stay in the room two days during the housekeeping perion during my 6 days stay, and i was shocked how the housekeeping staff are not paying attention to details in cleaning. some parts i had to remind them to refill. and they don't have VACUM cleaner to use for daily cleaning and i was instantly appalled by it! just walking around little stickies and roll here and there. Second, i stayed at the Park Suite , but while the view is stunning and room very large, the efficiency of the room can be questioned. No working desk so you have to hunch on the sofa to work or sit on the floor to work to use the coffee table - think about placing a working desk given the space is so large! ALso in the big bathroom, not a single hanger to hold the towels. very inconvenient. Third, property is great and much more quiet than the other hotels around, however doesnt have a gym not even a small exercise room, that iit makes it hard for business travellers.

Great hotel with a central location that is close to the red and green line. From this location it’s very easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Room is small but very comfortable. The amenities kit are very nice with various creams, face and skin care products. They stock the mini bar with water, tea and drip coffee. The lobby has a self serve coffee machine that can make espresso, cappuccino for free which is a nice touch. They also have a shelve serve wine bar for 1000¥ a glass which was also nice. Lobby and room has amazing views.

Two restaurants in the Lobby, you can choose Japanese or Western cuisine. Self serve coffee station as well as a alcohol station which cost extra. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the art rooms is very cool with a great city view.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and that was more than enough time. The hotel room was tiny, and quite dirty with dust and hair all over the bathroom and couch, and stains on the wall. For the price we expected more. Not the best area very commercial with not much to do around it.

Geat views of Tokyo tower and surrounding Tokyo. some rooms facing the train lines are louder - as windows aren’t sound proofed or tripple glazed. Friendly helpful staffed moved me to a new room without questioning. Staff very helpful in general. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant feels a little dated e.g chairs and seating benches aren’t that comfortable. Waiting time can be long as it’s fairly small. But great diverse options. Area to improve- I found the beds weren’t comfortable maybe offer a pillow selection to cater for western softer pillow needs?

The room was fantastic, and had an amazing view of the station from the side we were on. The staff was very accommodating, polite, and helpful. The hotel itself was also very nice, with an amazing view of Tokyo Tower, and on a clear day, a view of Mt. Fuji. We aren't even big art fans, yet found ourselves admiring the art, and were fortunate to see the transition into the Winter Collection. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with a Family Mart accessible in the basement level, and both the metro and subway are connected to the hotel, allowing for an ease of transportation. Two taxis were also stationed outside at a time. We highly recommend staying here

Overall a really enjoyable stay - a well located hotel with good amenities. The room, whilst small, has a great view and good amenities - the shower was hot and had good pressure, and the bed was comfy. My one issue was with the breakfast facilities - the dining room is too small and they had to put me on a waiting list each morning even when I changed times to go down. It’s very busy - and therefore expect to wait if you go down near any normal time for breakfast.

Hotel was lovely except the air in my room did not work. The staff brought a fan and had maintenance look at it twice. Said that there was no issues and it was me. My sisters room was ice cold, I was sweating in mine even with the fan they brought in. After 2 days of no change they gave me a different room. No attempt to make up for the days of being uncomfortable, said the room change made up for it.

I am writing this as an international traveler, traveling on vacation, who was in Japan for the first time and started my trip in Tokyo. To cut it short. The hotel is within an office building and it is what you would expect from a nice business hotel. The rooms are very clean and nice, but they are smaller than the international average size. The area the hotel is in is quiet and almost feels like the financial district of Tokyo. The building the hotel is in is directly connected to the subway and is one of the hotels the limousine bus from the airport drops you off/picks you up at directly which is great. Ammenities are pretty scarce, this is not a hotel you come to stay the day in, simply to explore the city of Tokyo from.

The hotel lobby is on the 25th floor and has amazing views of Mount Fuji and the Tokyo tower. It is near two subway stations and the JR line so it had easy access to everywhere. The art rooms are painted by different artists, , and the whole hotel is an art gallery. It was very walkable with lots of food options nearby and 15 minutes to Ginza by foot. Our art room was Zen themed, which was a little less brightly-painted than some others, which we preferred. The room had a tub/shower combo and a fully heated bidet toilet. It also had a view of Tokyo tower and Mount Fuji if you leaned up to the window and looked to the side. The one retraction was because the room was facing the train tracks, you could hear them from 5am through midnight. We would not say that it was a show-stopper, as the Fuji views were well worth it.

This property was outstanding. The staff were so friendly in helping me find dinner options each night and even booking reservations for me. The room was adorable! I had the artist series room called 47 Vegetables. It was very quiet and cozy. The area around the hotel is close to two major subway lines and it was very easy to get around the city. I would stay here again.

The experience the staff created was royalty level. As soon as you reach reception you are greeted by all ready to take your luggage at the elevator and so you can freely check in. The whole time I felt they went out of their way to ensure service. Best location to a lot of activities.

I stayed 4 nights at Park Hotel Tokyo, which is a very modern, clean and nicely decorated hotel with many modern art exhibitions. It’s in a safe area, although a bit noisy due to nearby trains and highways. My major issue was the location. It’s about ~12 min walk to Shinbashi station, but the hotel area is deserted at night, and not many dining options are available apart from few restaurants or a convenience store at the hotel. (Of course, you can find 1000s of restaurants if you walk to Shinbashi St. Sorry, I am a bit lazy…) In addition, the hotel reception locates on the 25th floor of a business building and, at least for me (Japanese), it was challenging to find the direction to the building or the elevator to the reception from the subway or ground level streets. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay at Park Hotel Tokyo.

Excellent hotel with fantastic views and a great public area/lobby that is as nice as some observationd decks. Very comfortable and even a single room seemed spacious. The hotel is also excellently placed for connections to the subway, JR Rail, monorail to Haneda and Shinkansen, the only downside being the way into the hotel can be a little tricky to find on visit one, but after that you'll love it's positioning for getting out and about.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this lovely hotel in the heart of Minato. Easy access to Shiodome and Shimbashi stations and the time we spent *in* the hotel was always relaxing. Staff are courteous and helpful beyond what we are accustomed to in the US. A very spacious lobby on the 25th floor with large west-facing windows are a great spot for a casual hang or a morning coffee, both of which we took advantage of. A coffee machine provides free coffee, cappuccinos, hot chocolates and more for free, and a ¥1,000 coin (~$6.50) will yield you your choice of several wines, sake, or beer at another self serve machine. You can sync your personal streaming account to your in-room TV, and an assortment of complimentary bathroom necessities such as toothbrush, hair brush, and razor await if you forgot your own. The elevator ride down from the 25th floor can drop you off either at the 3rd floor for footbridge access to the subway/local train network or to the 1st floor for street-level navigation. There are 2 7-11 stores (konbini) within a 5-minute walk and you’re about an 8-minute walk away from the nearest coin-op laundromat. We stayed here for the first 5 nights of our 2-week Japan trip and it was an exquisite introduction to Japanese hospitality and to the lovely city of Tokyo.

Hotel is on the 25th floor of the Kyodo News tower. This hotel is touted as an art museum you stay at. The best part of this hotel is the staff. We had an issue with our room not cooling down enough. They went an extra mile to switch us to another room! The views of Minato ward are. spectacular. The restaurants are, well, expensive and average. But they do have automated machines to get Sake and Wines for a lot less. This hotel is walking distance to shops, restaurants and train stations. I would go back again.

Really enjoyed having artwork exhibited throughout the property, which was a very unique feature. Great views of Mt. Fuji and Tokyo tower from the lobby and our room. Staff was excellent upon arrival, assisting with our departure and also quickly retrieving some items we'd left in our room after checking out. The twin room we stayed in was a bit tight for two people.

This hotel is near Ginza 8 area. It takes about 10 mins walking there. There are train stations nearby which is super convenient. The hotel staff is professional and friendly. The food from the onsite Japanese restaurant is very good. Overall, this hotel is great!
