Second time staying at this hotel. This time for 9 nights. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. However. The rooms are showing its age. Very convenient as it is walking distance to ginza. Close to several different train lines. Also one train to either haneda or Narita airports so no need to lug luggages and transfer between trains.

Location of hotel was excellent - conveniently connected to the underground train station with shops, very close to Ginza and other commercial areas. Hotel occupies 24th floor and above floors of the building so view from the room was great. One thing that I did not like was the size of room. We had a Standard Double room and it was quite small so we had to move around the furniture in order to place two luggage, and the bathroom was barely big enough to move around. Despite all that, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great hotel! My wife and I visited Tokyo for the first time and wanted to find a hotel that was clean, modern, comfortable, and had all the amenities. This was it! We had several excellent interactions with the staff - they strived to meet our needs. The location of the hotel is excellent. The train station is a short walk away along with shopping and restaurants. I have no critical thoughts about this hotel. We will definitely be staying again the next time we visit Tokyo!

So well located, directly connected with shimbashi and Shiodome stations. Close to Ginza. I believe the limo bus also stops here but took the train from the airport. It’s a corporate area, very clean and quiet at night but still lots of places to eat including a family mart downstairs. The hotel is modern and sparkling clean. Beds are super comfy. We had a very nice view of the river and park. Has laundry machines that worked perfectly and a Yamato desk for transferring luggage. Service was impeccable. Perfect place to stay in Tokyo if you want to access everything but not wanting to stay in more boisterous areas. Highly recommended. Would most definitely stay again.

2nd time in this hotel. Location is very convenient and the train station is right outside the hotel and Ginza a just a short walk away. Airport limousine stops right at the driveway. Very quiet location but not much food outlets in the vicinity, unlike Shinjuku area.

It is a ‘business’ hotel. It does not have room service and the restaurant in the lobby does not let you take food to your room. However, it’s located 13 minutes walking from Ginza and the metro and muses are right in front of the building. We stayed on the executive floor and it was very noisy in the evenings and in the mornings. We were in room 3625 I believe. You could hear anyone who was wearing heels walking back and forth. It was really annoying. Other than that, the business lounge was great and had breakfast and happy hour. I would probably stay again but would ask for a different room that was not under whatever was above us.

This was a phenomenal hotel, conveniently located in shiodome. You can walk underground to get to both shiodome or Shinbashi stations, so you can get anywhere in any weather. The Ghibli clock is right upstairs - be sure to catch the show! The hotel itself was beautiful. Clean rooms and facilities. We had lounge access so enjoyed breakfast from one of the top floors with a nice view. We could also return for snacks or cocktail hour until 8:00, which we used a lot because it was convenient. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We already expected this in Japan, but they were on a different level supportive. They helped us navigate around, and were able to post some postcards for us. Approved from Canada as one of our best experiences in a hotel.
