We were planning to do plenty of exploration on our three day trip to Toledo this December and we booked this hotel because we knew that we would need to recover each evening in the spa. So we were very dissapointed to hear that the spa was not available, when we checked in. We were offered an in-room massage, but this is not what we wanted. If this information was available when we were looing for hotels, we would not have booked this hotel. In my experience, good hotels offer access to similar amenities at neighbouring hotels , when theirs are not available. The building and room were good and the location is fantastic. Brekafst was nice, but itr is waiter service and you may need to wait a long time if the waiter forgets about you.

The rooms, bathrooms and common spaces were comfortable and beautiful but there were not enough staff. Service in the bar for example was extremely slow as there was only one bartende, who also needed to serve as waiter and cashier, in a large space that was very busy. It was also unclear what snacks or food was available in the bar area and we noted several other clients had the same question.

El hotel en general esta bien, caro para la habitacion que tuvimos pero bueno, en centro historico de toledo supongo que bien. Que no avisaran en la app fe hotels.com que no tenian abierto spa fue decepcionante y que aunque dijimos varias veces que necesitabamos desayunar lo mas pronto posible nos dieran la solucion de que el desayuno empieza a las 7.30 pues para ser 5 estrellas es un poco sobrevalorado

Over all the stay was very pleasant, and I specially like that a wash cloth (face cloth) was provided in the room. A rarity in European hotels. The only criticism I had was the area rug in my room. I found it to be a bit of an obstacle and it did not appear to get a daily vacuuming (i.e., it seemed a bit dirty). I would be just fine if you did away with the rug. Other than that the room was comfortable and the staff was outstanding

Everything was good except it’s not accessible for bigger cars so our Uber driver dropped us so far away and we had to walk a lot with our luggage to the hotel. This may be issue for those carrying bigger luggages. Hotel was nice and clean but had an awful stink like sewage coming from the a/c ducts and it was really bad in the room.

Overall, a lovely spacious hotel room with a really comfortable bed. The only downside was the bathroom - the cracked sink, worn floor and a bit of an unpleasant smell detracted from an otherwise great room.

O hotel está muito bem localizado. É possível fazer tudo à pé. Fomos bem atendidos. São muito atenciosos. O hotel tinha um pouco de mal cheiro, que se agravou quando chegamos no primeiro andar, onde estava nosso quarto. No nosso quarto surgiam ondas de mal cheiro. Chegamos à noite, talvez nos deram o pior quarto que sobrou.

Located on a a very hilly part of Toledo, this hotel was stunning. It was extremely clean, air conditioning was perfect given the hot July temps, and the rooms were very spacious! The staff could’ve been friendlier but we still enjoyed our stay as a family. Would definitely return!

숙박 첫날 Granada에서의 이동에 차질이 생겨서 23:00에 도착하였습니다. 하지만 사전에 보낸 메일에 친절한 답변이 왔고 Check-In을 쉽게 할 수 있었습니다. 시설은 고풍스럽고 아담한 규모입니다. 1층(=Ground)에는 미술관을 온듯한 느낌의 인테리어로 강한 인상을 받았습니다. 직원도 친절했으며, 특히 아침을 먹을 때 직원들이 보여준 유쾌함은 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 제가 묵은 115호의 경우 외부를 볼 수 있는 view가 사실상 없었으며, Office 옆이어서 소음이 심했습니다. 또한 문의 경우 틀이 뜯겨지기 직전이고 못이 튀어나와있어 무척 위험했습니다.

Little bit overrated. The lobby is amazing, but after that it's not so great. the rooms are quite small. It is a misunderstanding in a 5-star hotel to wait 2 minutes for hot water while standing in the shower in the morning. Cleanliness almost impeccable. Almost, because little things spoil the impression. The room was clean, but, for example, the bathrobe was left untouched on the armchair, as was the underwear that fell from the chair onto the floor. The sink is dirty and sticky with soap because there is nowhere to put the soap - no one thought about a soap dish. The internet works terribly. It freezes. Little things that irritate you when you've previously spent a few nights in a perfectly run, lower category, but nonetheless much better hotel. I wouldn't choose again despite its perfect location in a quiet part of the old town. for the same money in Toledo you can have something more than a beautiful, amazing lobby.

We had a comfortable one night at the beautiful Eugenia de Montijo. We chose the hotel for its location near the cathedral and Victor Sanchez-Beato restaurant and because it is a Marriott. The room on the first floor was spacious but afforded only a view of the interior light-well overlooking the main lounge skylight. There were minimal toiletries but cozy bathrobes and slippers were provided.The hotel seemed rather empty and staff was thin but helpful. The breakfast, included in our room rate, was ample and delicious. Breakfast wait staff was reasonably attentive although mostly preoccupied with an audible personal conversation in a corner of the dining room. Fortunately we don’t speak Spanish well so we could block it out as background noise. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

The hotel was very nice, with a nice bar in the lobby. Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a really nice size. Include the breakfast, it was really good. Overall a really nice place to stay.

I have stayed in hotels all over the world, all levels of quality. This was the first time I have ever seen a bed bug. At 1am I did tell the front desk, they immediately allowed me to go to a different room- good job. But in the morning, they did not seem to care. The manager would not come out and talk to me. The front desk promised me 10,000 Bonvoy points- they never showed up in my account- Not Good. Stuff happens, it's how you handle it that matters. They dropped the ball on this.

The personnel does not speak good English, which is surprising for a 5 star hotel in a touristic venue. It misses a bit of caring in the room maintenance (e.g. shower). Breakfast was a bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Good location. Close by convenient parking. 18euro per 24 hours. Large room. Chose it for reviews about excellent staff. Was disappointed. No one was there at the front desk when we went to check-in. The phone was ringing and ringing. Eventually we flagged someone down. She was fine, not apologetic but okay. Next morning front desk reception person was super friendly, warm, genuine, and helpful. For the price, double other hotels, will look elsewhere next time.

What an amazing experience to stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. The room was beyond 5 stars and spacious.The location is a 5-10min walk to the Cathedral, shopping, food, the main square. We felt safe to walk the streets and 50ft from the hotel is a coin laundry that we used.

Great location! You can walk to all important historic places. The hotel is great and has everything you need for a wonderful time. Not very convenient if you need to park, but not too bad, we ended parking outside of the historic center and taxi to the hotel only a few miles away.

This hotel sits in a cute little dead end cobblestone street among residential properties, but only a few short blocks from the main attractions. As a result, it was quiet, but still convenient to everything we wanted to see. It felt like staying in the noblewoman's lovely old house, which it was. The breakfast buffet was typical, fresh and adequate.

Beautiful hotel. My room was well-appointed and impressive. The bar… I ordered an Old Fashioned and (see the picture) it literally tasted like Hawaiian Punch. So odd. The guy who checked me in was cold, like a robot. He only used the nouns and verbs necessary to check me in. At the end of the check in, we both stood there awkwardly and I asked “where are the elevators?” The breakfast was very good. The male waiter was amazing. The location was amazing. We had a couples massage in the spa and the massages were extremely light, no pressure points at all. I recommend that the spa ask guests of the spa to complete a form that asks how deep they want the massage, where the therapist should focus on problem areas, etc (like most spas do).
