Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport

Our room was very cold; the time shown on the thermostat was wrong so it may have been programmed by time. I could not change the heat. The toilet roll was in a very inconvenient place. I never did connect to the internet. I phoned for help and was told to switch off my device for 5 minutes. I did that but I kept receiving the message to the effect that you were working on the problem. We were in room 453 at Toronto airport. It was unbelievably difficult to find the hotel because the signage was so small and hidden.

Hotel was super convenient for our early morning flight. Staff was very friendly. Accommodations were clean and modern.

Amazing location and wonderful food and drink and staff. Rooms are not sound proof like Montreal. You hear beeping and buzzing and engines going all through the night. Not enough light in the bathroom for make up application.
