This property was clean with a nice, modern design. It was very conveniently attached to the airport which made our overnight between connecting flights easy. The restaurant was delicious and open for a late dinner. The hotel and restaurant staff were all kind and accommodating. The pool and fitness facilities are open 24/7, which is nice. Highly recommend

Not what we expected! Premium price for a non-premium product. The room was a poor use of space - huge bedroom with two beds, but a tiny table and only a single (uncomfortable) chair for three people. Bathroom also tiny which could have been easily double the size without making the bedroom too small. Floor in the room and bathroom needed to be cleaned. Towels were clean but on their last life and had lost all softness. Club lounge was fine but nothing special and very crowded at all times. Pool area floor needed to be cleaned. Staff very friendly.

This is my second stay and by far the nicest airport hotel I’ve stayed at. The gym is phenomenal and the room itself spacious and comfortable. Food and drinks on point, in particular the dining lounge with free breakfast and great coffee before rushing for a flight.

I was traveling w my family and we opted for the club access. It was completely worth it. We were as comfortable as if we were in our living room but were waited on like it was a 5 star restaurant. Plus of course the convenience of waking up and walking to the airport. Can't be beat.

It is at YYZ, less than 5 minutes walk to Departure (T3, WestJet and Porter baggage drop off). The property is in decent shape, although showing its age - normal wear and tear. My room could be cleaner, however. There are stain all over the bathroom door, coffee stains around the coffee maker. Worse part is the toilet, it has a strong urine odour, and visible urine stain behind the seat. I asked the front desk to get someone to have a quick clean but the smell reminded. Maybe someone had a pee party in there?

You can’t beat the convenience of being at YYZ BUT! the noise of the monorail is constant throughout the night. I was on the 5th floor which is 2 floors above the monorail and the hum of it passing by both ways was terrible...this is coming from a guy with partial hearing loss. Next time I would ask for a room that faces the city (east). I’m quite sure that would make my stay much more enjoyable.

The “high speed” internet was terrible. I paid extra for it and it barely was able to handle emails. Plus it went in and out which was very disturbing. I ended up using cellular which added another expense.

I needed somewhere to stay right at the airport due to an early flight. This was the most costly hotel night I’ve ever paid for at $500+. Neither this hotel nor Toronto call for such “world class” pricing. It was quiet, though. I had to wait a long time to check in, so the hotel should staff the front desk better.

I purchased through Expedia a king bed for ~$400 a couple of hours before I arrived. I arrived at around 9 pm and waited in line for 90 minutes to find out that they did not have a room available for me yet. They said if I'd booked through their website they would comp me $150 but since I booked through Expedia they could only offer free dinner. at this point it 1030 and I didn't need dinner so after some negotiations, they agreed to some Bonvoy points. I then went to the restaurant and ordered a glass of wine and called my wife. I was notified that they had a room available around 1130pm. I finished talking to my wife and then went to the desk (again waiting in line) only to find that they had given my room away to someone else. I finally got to my room around 1230 am. I don't understand how you sell a room when you can't provide it.

Les indications dans l'aéroport pour se rendre à l'hôtel depuis le terminal des arrivées internationales sont déficientes. L'hôtel n'est pas réellement proche de l'aéroport. Un train de style navette doit être pris. Donc entre attendre une navette pour aller dans un autre hôtel pour une fraction du prix ou encore marcher et transiter pendant 15 minutes pour le Sheraton, cela n'en vaut pas la peine. Également nous avons eu une chambre au 4e étage.... directement devant les rails de train et étions constamment déranger par le bruit du transport. Cette nuitée n'a eu rien de reposant. Nous n'y retournerons pas.

I tried the restaurant at this property. The staff was so friendly and kind but the food was not very good. The offerings seemed good but the wild rice was uncooked and The sausage tasted terrible. The food tasted terrible not multiple milk options.. nothing organic, fake healthy not really healthy.
