Room very clean and updated. Hot tub out of service. Did not eat breakfast

Staff was the highlight. All very friendly and helpful. Parking access to hotel is weird and difficult but there is parking. Hotel is dated but clean. Great lap pool, hottub was hot, jets were weak. Sauna and steam room were great!coffee maker wasn’t working but they sent someone up quickly to repair it.

Everything good, have stayed here several times, and will do so. However, charged an extra $15 for parking, hint there were people parked there during their holiday down south. Found the last possible spot on the top deck in freezing weather.

Rooms were nice, looked like they had been updated recently, parking parkade beside the hotel was extra. Airport shuttle was new and left on time. Staff were courteous, breakfast was not included.

The bed and flooring but it was clean and the host was great. It definitely needs new mattresses

The room was perfectly clean and very nice, and the staff were courteous. However, the building seems like something out of the 60s that's been refurbished and the parking garage is awkward and insufficient for the hotel's capacity. The elevators are small and one of them was out of service the whole time I was there. But worse, I was on the 5th floor, which meant I had to take one elevator to the 4th floor, then switch to an incredibly tiny secondary elevator to go from the 4th to the 5th floor. It was ultra-slow and creeky and honestly felt sketchy . . . even a bit creepy. Needless to say I only did that once, then used the stairs next to the parking garage the rest of the time--honestly the only practical way to get to my car. I think if you're using airport shuttles and staying on one of the first 4 floors you'll be perfectly comfortable and happy--just not overly great for driving to and getting an overflow room on the 5th floor.

Not told we needed to request house keeping. Room was on 5th floor, elevator only went to 4th floor, elevator from 4 to 5 was so slow we took the stairs.

Location is very convenient from YYZ. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was fine. Pool was too cold and hot tub jets seemed a bit weak. Bed was comfy. Really appreciated the black out curtains. Would stay again if I am in the area.

Clean but a bit run down. No bathroom by pool.

Exceptionally clean!!!

Shuttle and staff were great. Lobby is fine but the rooms are very dated. Hallway smelled like mildew. Towels did not smell clean. One had stains on it. Kinda gross. First time I have stayed at a Best Weatern. Don’t think it will make my repitoire

Although the staff was lovely and the beds comfortable. The hotel was very old and all the furniture was very worn out. The hallways were very dark and smelled very strongly of mold.

Room was incredibly clean, and much bigger than expected. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking in the parking garage.

There was a cockroach in the washroom. Normally i expect these stays to include parking but maybe just not this one

The room and staff are fantastic. It's just too noisy near the airport. It sounds like the planes are coming thru the window.

The room could use a refresh. Flooring is separating, sink drain is blocked (shows how well the sink is cleaned) and because I had an adjoining room, I could hear the person in the next room through the space at the bottom - that I assume used to be covered by carpet.

Staff was nice, room was great. I was surprised how soundproof the rooms are considering how low the planes fly above. Only complaint is the charge for parking. It increases your room cost per night almost $20. Pretty steep, considering there's no other options for parking nearby.

Clean, comfy room, decent amenities, helpful staff, fast checkin, good shuttle, every half hour. Water pressure in shower wasn't great, 2/4 of our pillows were lumpy. We were just there overnight and it was perfect for that. Loved the planes flying right over the hotel, our soundproofed room was great!

Room was cleani and bed was very comfortable. Staff as usual in Ontario, extremely cold and almost look like that I interrupt their time. But very nice stay and there good at the restaurant was good

Check-in was seamless. Front desk is very friendly and prompt. Room is clean and inviting. The planes fly over the hotel pretty close, but we are on the top floor and you can’t hear a thing. Soundproofing at its best. 👍

Room clean - lamp shade broken, floor separated from other pieces of laminate to large open grooves in floor, floor warped like there had been water damage… Bed was clean and well made. Bathroom very nice. Strangely though all the things that ‘used to be’ still there - all the showers gel bottle in the shower have been replaced with very small amenities but the silver holders are still on the wall. Couldn’t find an alarm clock. Staff were exceptionally kind and happy to be working - that’s always good to see!

Clean rooms. Very comfortable pillows! The only issue was adjusting the shower pressure and temperature control.

Incredible staff. Had car breakdown, and we got shuttle to and from the airport.

Staff at check in was very obliging to give me a late check out.

I almost missed my 615 international flight because the desk agent listed me for 530 wake up call despite also listing me for 4 am shuttle. The morning attendant kindly provided free orange juice as a consolation

Brutal customer service. Shuttle driver drove like a maniac and made me car sick! Front desk agent was completely lacking in any hospitality skills whatsoever. Never once made eye contact or smiled. Spoke to his computer screen in a voice I couldn’t understand. Room was mediocre and tired. Not what we needed after a long flight. There are better choices out there than this.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Thor was working the reception desk. Very busy, but so helpful and pleasant. Waitress in the bar also got us a meal and very attentive even though it was late. Cheerful too.

Our stay at Best Western was great all around. Kudos to front desk staff Gilbert. We did not get his last name, but we hope you can give him our appreciation. He was always willing to help as well as in a great mood and laughing with the guests.

Bright, clean and spacious room! Georgina at the front desk was amazing, very friendly and professional service. She provided as with an early check-in and good room which we truly appreciated after a long journey with several flight delays.

Individual at the front desk was extremely rude and after traveling all day did not want to allow me to check in as it was a different credit card that paid for the room. Had to wake up the manager to get it done. Took to long and I was not impressed by their demeanor. Will likely not stay here again even though I travel every 2 weeks through here for work.

On arrival staff (Abdul) went out of his way to accommodate me when I arrived 12 hours prior to check-in due to some confusion when booking the hotel. Ans he was able to help with an early check-in

I didn't rate the breakfast as we had a very very early departure. However the rooms were clean and spacious, if a little dated. Reception was very good and helpful. I also wanted to pay special attention to the airport transportation. It was right on time, friendly, and comfortable. We had an early departure @ 3:30 a.m. and the driver was on time. What a nice change!

Shuttle was fast & convenient, staff is amazing. The bed is one of the very best we've experienced on our 2 week trip. Some little upkeep issues like cracking caulking and a showerhead that leaked, but it's clear they do take pride in cleanliness and upkeep for the most part. The area is directly under the take-off flight path so even with excellent soundproofing you will hear every plane, but all things considered this is a first choice for short term stopover stays.

Waited and called for hotel shuttle. No shuttle at the airport all though I submitted flight information and sent the hotel a message confirming late check in. Upon checking I was told they had a Bell phone line issue however a message could have been sent through Expedia app. We had already exchanged messages prior to my trip. Following checking at 1:20am I then seen the shuttle depart for the airport.

The stay itself is pleasant, but the WiFi is poor, and the shuttle service is inadequate. Despite giving a call and waiting in the pickup area, it took over 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The shuttle service could definitely be improved.

Rooms are extremely dated. The heat wasn’t working in my room and they didn’t move me to a room they had working heat. They informed me too many people were using heat and it couldn’t keep up so they were handing out space heaters. The room clearly suffered some kind of leaking as the valance was extremely stained. Not sure if it was even moldy as it’s dark brown and hard to tell. Checking in they were friendly but again wouldn’t move me when I complained about the room. Because I booked third party I would have forfeited the money paid if I canceled and went elsewhere. Checking out he took my room card but was processing a stack and would “get to it” so who knows when I will see my deposit back on my card. Do not recommend. Restaurant server was friendly and food was okay but only one server so be prepared to wait for ordering/food& drinks. If they would have been willing to refund me I would have left and gone elsewhere even though it was 10pm by the time all was said and done

The hotel was clean and close to the airport. The restaurant service was a little slow but the food was great and the server very accommodating.

Only stayed overnight, the only think I was unhappy about was the breakfast which was o.k thats all. The coffee was only warm, one of the sausages was too hard to cut, microwaved too much ?, no follow up by staff i.e how is everything would you like more coffee etc. The meal was included in price so this message is to let management know they should keep an eye on foodquality.

Room large and clean. Loved in-house restaurant. Excellent food, and prices. The staff very helpful and locations close airport;

Airport shuttle was perfect. Driver was brilliant by dropping us at Arrivals to take escalator up to Departures rather than sit in traffic jam for departure. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

Only issue is they lost their liquor licence so no beers with dinner

The hotel room was really clean! Very, very clean and that was wonderful. However, I booked a room with 2 king beds and upon arrival, I was told that the hotel does not have ANY rooms with 2 kings beds and that must be an "Expedia" problem. Furthermore, I book a room rate with breakfast and paid an additional 30$ for the breakfast option. Again, upon arrival, I was told that they don't actually offer breakfast - and again, this was an "Expedia" problem. Expedia should not work with hotels that blatantly mislead guests.

Staff was great. The fact that your website says you have a bar and restaurant on site is misleading as there is no liquor license. Not to mention we tried for 2 days to call with questions about shuttle and there is no phone.
