It was a pleasure to stay in this 99-year-old venue, a landmark in Toronto's Bloor-Yorkville neighbourhood. The welcoming and helpful staff stood out as a highlight of our visit. Our only disappointment was the shabbiness of many of the elements of our room (furniture, lamps), and the appalling taste in the choice and hanging of the art (a Renoir print with a modern abstract on one side and a Homesense-quality painting of trees on the other? Ugh!).

Un super endroit ou demeurer. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et attentifs. Très propre et 3 coins de rue de la station de métro.

The Windsor Hotel requires major renovation and upgrade. One of the two elevators did not work the entire five days I was there. The F&B is very poor and the F&B service none existence. The concierge was helpful and so was the front desk, but the housekeeping was poor and unreliable. I would not stay there again unless there would be a major renovation and improvement in housekeeping and F&B.
