Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel is only minutes from the airport. 24 hour shuttle runs twice per hour. Rooms were clean, beds, including pull out couch were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent including hot selections and an omelette bar.

The hotel itself was very nice. Close to the airport so remonder to bring earplugs for sleeping if that bothers you. The only downside to this hotel was the parking situation. They have posted placards EVERYWHERE saying they are not responsible for any theft or damage and through looking at other reviews it looks like that has been an issue. So we felt uncomfortable and also the parking garage is just sketchy.

We stayed in a king suite. The bed was so uncomfortable. The pillows were too big, elevating my head to high, causing pain in my neck. Our room was near the elevator and we could hear everytime it dinged. There was a terrible whistling sound that woke me up around 7 am. It sounded like it was coming from the room above using the shower and you could hear the strain from an old pipe. The bathtub had mold around the caulking, disgusting. Overall layout of the room was nice. The breakfast buffet had delicious croissants but very undercooked meat.The staff were friendly and professional.

Hotel looks updated and modern. The issue is that cleaning is definitely not their thing. Our room's bathroom has NOT been hygienized. Overall doesn't seem too bad.

Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean for the most part. Unfortunately, the pull out couch bed was neglected. Stains on the cushions and the bed sheet was dirty.

It was a very nice experience to stay at the Embassy hotel. The check-in was easy and smooth and I was greeted with a smile. My room was bigger and more luxurious than I had expected but the couch is in need of a good deep clean! The rest of the suite was clean. The free drink vouchers in the restaurant were a wonderful gift!! The food was good and the staff very friendly and accommodating to my dietary needs. Also the breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise to have such a variety of real food. Well done! A recommendation would be to have the elevator / hallway carpet, all push buttons, etc. kept clean. I would stay at this hotel again. The free airpirt shuttle is great, too which runs every 30 min.

방이 넓어서 좋음. 넓은 거실에 쇼파와 티비가 있고 침실은 분리막이 있어 방해 받지않음. 엘리베이터 근처 방이라 엘리베이터 도착하는 소리가 계속 들려서 수면에 좀 방해 받았음. 매일 물 2개씩, 수건타월 3개씩 채워줌. 조식은 가지수는 많지 않지만 적당히 먹을만했음

Large clean & comfortable rooms. Great view of planes from YYZ depending on your room and which runways are in use. Excellent breakfast with many hot items and an omelette station. Service in the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast options were constantly checked & replenished as needed and everything was very clean. In the evening, the server ‘Sayim’ did a fantastic job. They were understaffed and he was a one man show working really hard and taking care of a packed dining room. Great job!

When I arrived midnight and exhausted, the staff at the front desk told me that I had already checked in. It turned out that they mistook another person with the same last name and checked in that person. I waited for 25 minutes before they resolved the issue. This was not the end, the hotel charged me for two nights of parking when I had no car at all. Obviously, the other person they checked in may have gotten a car, but the bill went my way. Very poor management, quite chaotic in a way. The AC inside the hotel is quite noisy as well.

There are several things that we loved about the property. 1) The staff in EVERY role was amazing! Everyone was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. 2) When we arrived to our room the tub was clogged. When I called the front desk they sent maintenance up within 15 minutes to fix the issue. That was wonderful. 3) The hotel restaurant had excellent food, a fabulous buffet breakfast with an omelette bar and great hours. 4) The shuttle was very convenient and useful. 5) The room was clean and spacious. The bed was a little firm for my liking but after a couple of days I got used to it. We didn't have any complaints about anything other than the tub being clogged but that was minor and resolved quickly. We enjoyed our four night stay there and will be back when we return to Canada.

I would have to refer to this hotel as hit and miss. I emailed them to let them know I was coming in on a red-eye and asked if I could store my bag, I received a very prompt reply telling me I could and how to get the shuttle. When I arrived a very nice, very professional lady assisted me stored my bag and helped me with a map for taking the UPexpress. Took the shuttle back to the airport and toured Toronto for the day, I was quite tired when I returned at 6:30PM. A different person was at the desk I told her I had been in earlier and dropped my bag she said and inquired "too bad you can't have it back" and laughed, do I know she was joking yesterday, did I find it funny no, completely unprofessional. She was not very polite after I didn't laugh. I went to my room, very beautiful, clean and spacious. I went to the restaurant on the property for dinner, I told the girl 1, she said you can sit here (one of two small tables) or at the bar, I chose the table and she asked twice wouldn't I rather sit at the bar..NO. The woman who was tending bar came over, very nice took both my drink and dinner order, she was very friendly, professional. My dinner was exceptional, grilled Halibut cooked to perfection. When I returned from my day out I again ate in the restaurant not good, had Fish/Chips. When I left the girl at the desk was more interested in flirting with another guest. It's a beautiful property comfortable clean-staff is hit and miss.

Very rude staff and people in general in the city. A first arrival the front desk was not welcoming. We went down to the restaurant for dinner and we ask the women at the front about the specials and then just turned our head for a second to look at the special menu they had posted on the board before we can even look back at her she walked away, didn’t even offer us a table at the restaurant. The housekeeping came into our room and picked up the dirty towels but did not leave any fresh towels. We had to call the front desk 6 times before someone actually answered the phone so that we can ask for fresh towels. They also did not make the beds. The rooms was freezing at night ! The heater was not working. The breakfast buffet is alright.

Great hotel. Check-in was friendly, easy, and fast. The room was very clean and nice. I suggest the higher floors. Shower pressure extremely nice. Made-to-order breakfast is always great (Raj is the best). Manager 5:30PM reception in the restaurant adds to a beautiful hotel stay. I do recommend and will be back.
