A great hotel in the center of Valencia, so ideal for viewing this wonderful city. The hotel has a cozy feeling to it and the room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The only downside to the room was lack of storage for clothes. There was a small wardrobe which had a single shelf above it, no drawer unit or additional shelves. The hotel has limited facilities, for example only serves breakfast no other meals and this area is used as a cafe/bar for a few hours late afternoon into the evening. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel as a base for our visit to Valencia.

Hotel is uitstekend gelegen vlakbij het oude stadscentrum, het treinstation en diverse winkels en winkelketens. Het hotel heeft weinig extra's (er is geen hotelbar en geen restaurant). Het incheckingsproces verliep veel trager dan verwacht, ook al had ik alle info al digitaal doorgegeven. De liften werken, maar zijn erg traag. De kamers zijn OK en badkamer voldoende groot en met voldoende toiletartikelen.

I liked everything about this property. The staff was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and attractive. I liked the little balcony overlooking the street. I was on a roadtrip, so where to park my car was a big concern. I had written the hotel in advance to make sure I would have parking. They sent me the address of the parking garage where they have an agreement and discounted parking, so I drove there directly. When checking, in the hotel staff stamped my parking ticket for the discount, and I paid the cashier at the garage when departing. It was very easy.

Nice central location. The room was clean but some parts were tired. The mattress springs squeaked and the TV was very old so the brightness was at full and still the picture was dark. No english channels like BBC news or CNN. The internet was most of the time so weak that you could not use e.g. Netflix. For the price of 250€/night the breakfast was very basic. The hotel entrance had rubbish next to the door for a whole day before it was cleaned.

The property location is excellent. However, a few disappointments considering it’s a 4 star rating - . no drawers to put clothing or bits in room or bathroom . no tea making facilities in room . hot breakfast choice is poor - music too loud in breakfast room . reception service inadequate usually only 1 staff member and unavailable for 5/10 mins at times and seem to only attend to one guest at a time whilst other guests are waiting and may just want brief advice or to ask a quick question But individually George, Lucy and Meriana were very helpful to us - especially when we’d checked out, arrived at airport to find our 11am flight cancelled! They were very kind in letting us return to the hotel with our luggage and use the lobby area to rest and stay until we departed again at 17.00hrs. Thank you, it was greatly appreciated.

Good:- The hotel is located in an excellent central location with attractions in all directions. There is a cool refreshing entrance to reception and the Air Con works well. The staff are very polite and helpful. It is clean and well maintained and has a good choice of breakfast fayre. The bed is very comfortable and there is a reassuring security safe in the room. Bad:- There is very little storage space for clothing and we had to live out of suitcases. There are very few surfaces in general for placing things so stuff ends up on the floor. We could not get hot water from the shower on some days. The bed base is much bigger than the mattress causing us to bang our shins on occasion. There is no onsite bar or cafe but plenty of options nearby. No English language channels on the TV but luckily we took a Bluetooth speaker. The Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach the 3rd floor so we needed to go to reception for a better signal. Reception did offer to re-room us lower but I though this excessive so gave them a pass. In general:- I apologise if this review reads more negative than positive because we really enjoyed our stay of 9 days.

O hotel vendeu um quarto triplo e um duplo com banheira . Ao chegar disse que só tinha um duplo com Banheira . O triplo disse que a cama de casal era grande e que podia dormir três pessoas na mesma cama . Era o que tinha . Disse que não tinha pelo horário de 19horas ninguém para fazer cama extra e que se tivesse tinha que pagar 50 euros a mais , ja pagos na reserva . O Hotel disse que tinha estacionamento . Mentira . O estacionamento é super longe é pago só com um pequeno desconto do hotel dentro do shopping. Sem condições de levar mala até o estacionando do shopping. Além disso não tem onde descarregar as malas ao chegar com o carro. A porta do hotel fica em frente a uma parada de ônibus . Não tem menor recuo nada . Hotel muito ruim sem infraestrutura alguma . Locatie is perfect, lekker centraal en in leuk deel vd stad. Staat van hotel en netheid/hygiene laat echter te wensen over. Wij hadden meer verwachtingen, zeker gezien de prijs. Overal vieze vlekken, in beddengoed en op tapijt ed. Zwarte en vieze hoekjes en voegen in de badkamer, koffie druppels langs de muur en bed, kapotte stekkers in de stopcontacten en uitzicht op een vieze muur. Jammer!!

My friend and I had an amazing stay!! The staff was welcoming and very helpful from start to finish. They can all speak lots of languages which is great. The room itself was so lovely, the bed and pillows were so comfy (it was actually hard to leave the bed in the morning!). The location was perfect - close to everything, walkable, the area was beautiful and so clean. Only negative thing was the wifi which did not work very well but everything else was perfect!

Imagine a hotel that doesn't offer a washcloth, or have a box of facial tissues in the bathroom. Imagine a hotel room without a chest of drawers to unpack your luggage into. Here it is. When I asked for a low pillow made of feathers/down because of a neck problem I have, they wrote back that they will accomodate this request. When I arrived I pointed out they did not provide this, and they said they don't have one but would look for one at their other hotels. They never communicated with me further even though I continued asking for it. Never stay at this horrible place.

The bed was too hard so we had a very uncomfortable sleep. We asked for a mattress topper and was told this is not a option. We would have liked to be able to plug our firestick in but this could not be done as the tv was framed. Disappointed having only 2 English channels

The staff are very polite and helpful. It is clean and well maintained and has a good choice of breakfast fayre. The bed is very comfortable and there is a reassuring security safe in the room. Bad:- There is very little storage space for clothing and we had to live out of suitcases. There are very few surfaces in general for placing things so stuff ends up on the floor. We could not get hot water from the shower on some days. The bed base is much bigger than the mattress causing us to bang our shins on occasion. There is no onsite bar or cafe but plenty of options nearby. No English language channels on the TV but luckily we took a Bluetooth speaker. The Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach the 3rd floor so we needed to go to reception for a better signal. Reception did offer to re-room us lower but I though this excessive so gave them a pass. In general:- I apologise if this review reads more negative than positive because we really enjoyed our stay of 9 days.

All the staff were very cheerful and went out of their way to help. Room was spacious and clean and shower was amazing. Location perfectly central - simple journey on metro from airport and a bus stop immediately outside. Breakfast plentiful with lots of choice and proper coffee.

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Alles war perfekt – vom herzlichen Empfang an der Rezeption bis zum freundlichen Service während meines gesamten Besuchs. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat mir das reichhaltige Frühstück gefallen – frisch, und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch die Lage ist ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung! 🌸

The property location is excellent. However, a few disappointments considering it’s a 4 star rating - . no drawers to put clothing or bits in room or bathroom . no tea making facilities in room . hot breakfast choice is poor - music too loud in breakfast room . reception service inadequate usually only 1 staff member and unavailable for 5/10 mins at times and seem to only attend to one guest at a time whilst other guests are waiting and may just want brief advice or to ask a quick question But individually George, Lucy and Meriana were very helpful to us - especially when we’d checked out, arrived at airport to find our 11am flight cancelled! They were very kind in letting us return to the hotel with our luggage and use the lobby area to rest and stay until we departed again at 17.00hrs. Thank you, it was greatly appreciated.

Die Lage ist spitze, gute Erreichbarkeit mit den Öffis, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, ein paar Minuten zur Metro Station die direkt zum Flughafen fährt. Bitte aufpassen, die Duschwanne ist sehr rutschig. Frühstück war okay aber bei weitem kein Highlight. Personal ist ziemlich neutral. Reinigungsdame war zwar am Zimmer, hat aber nur das aller nötigste gemacht (z.B. WC-Papier nicht nachgeteilt, Müll nicht täglich geleert)

Location is brilliant. A few minutes walk to the main square, and easy to walk everywhere to see all the sights, and Colon metro station is close by. As it is so central it’s easy to pop back if needed to in the day. The staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel only do breakfast as it’s a small hotel, but the shops and restaurants are so close by that’s not an issue. The bus to the beach stops literally outside the main door and that takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach. Bed was really comfortable. Reasonable price hotel at great location.

Pros: The room was modern and big for European standards. Nice bathroom with great waterfall shower and pressure. Hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to all sites and restaurants. Overall, a good place to stay. Cons: Courtyard view was basically the side of the building. Paid breakfast was good, nice selection, but hot food (eggs & bacon) were cold two days in a row. I informed staff the first day.

Nice central location. The room was clean but some parts were tired. The mattress springs squeaked and the TV was very old so the brightness was at full and still the picture was dark. No english channels like BBC news or CNN. The internet was most of the time so weak that you could not use e.g. Netflix. For the price of 250€/night the breakfast was very basic. The hotel entrance had rubbish next to the door for a whole day before it was cleaned.

The property is stylish and well located. The breakfast was good, not great and in some ways, style was chosen over function in the room...for instance, the space was very roomy and attractive but storage is very limited. Overall, the staff is great, the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect
