The gym left a bit to be desired, but was ok. The pool was nice, and the terrrace bar/restaurant was great. Pretty good breakfast as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in centre of Valencia. The room was ok and clean, a little bit outdated. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of fresh products. Very close to the hotel is a big mall with shops and restaurants and a bus station. The metro is also close to the mall. The hotel does not have its own garage but you can park your call in a public garage underneath the hotel. Unfortunately the discount card for the parking garage we got from the hotel did not work.

Prima locatie en uitvalsbasis om Valencia te ontdekken. Centrum op loopafstand al is een fiets huren zeker de moeite en leuk om doen. Zwembadje is wel klein en zeker op eind van de middag als mensen voor het avondeten even wat verkoeling zoeken te weinig ruimte rond zwembad. Verder prima hotel zoals we van NH gewend zijn !

Really lovely stay. Hotel slightly dated but clean. Staff were very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Pool was small and cold but perfect at the end of the day to cool down after a lot of walking. Lovely roof top terrace overlooking the city. Location is great - near to the bus station and the metro. Turia park across the road. 15 minute walk into the city centre.

La habitación da a la zona de embarque de la estación de autobuses, con una pared de cristal, con lo que aunque potencialmente tiene mucha luz, si quieres tener algo de intimidad, tienes que cerrar la cortinas. Overall we enjoyed our stay, which was for 7 days. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and mostly helpful. A few amenities like the kettle were a little worn but not bad. The roof terrace was nice to have although we didn’t get to use the sauna as you need to inform the staff ahead of time to use it. Location-wise the hotel was next to a busy road, but equally a quick walk to Valencia’s park and old town, which was very convenient. It’s a shame there weren’t many vegan options in the restaurant, which seemed to literally be a plate of grilled vegetables (a vegan burger was available from the hotel bar, though). The breakfast was absurdly expensive being around €18 each per day (you can get it cheaper by booking in advance, but then you have to book for all days of your stay, which we didn’t want to do). I’d recommend this hotel but I’d make sure you weigh up its location with what you want to do and see in the city.

The breakfast was fantastic, there was so much variety and there were little signs with traditional food of the area and their history. The coffee machines where great and speedy, and the staff kept the area well stocked and cleared dishes quickly. The room we stayed in was super clean and spacious, the showers had amazing water pressure and temperature. The beds were so comfortable and the AC kept us cool and fresh.

Vi ankom hotellet på en torsdag. Reagerte da på at det var mye støy utenfor rommet vårt samt pågående arbeid.. Aircondition fungerte heller ikke. Det var svært varmt ute (38 grader) så vi gikk opp for å ta oss et avkjølende bad. Bassenget var iskaldt og mye mindre enn det ser ut som på bildene. Vi tok kontakt med resepsjon og ba om å få bytte rom, pga støy og manglende AC. Vi fikk beskjed om at det ikke fungerte på hele hotellet, men at de holdt på å fikse det. Vi fikk byttet rom fra 1108 til 1106 som i praksis sett var naborommet bare med heisen i mellom. Uten noe særlig søvn ga vi på fredagen beskjed om at aircondition fortsatt ikke fungerte. Vi fikk beskjed om at de skulle sende opp noen til å se på det, men ingen kom. Lørdagen tok vi på nytt kontakt med resepsjonen og etterhvert kom en ansatt opp for fikse airconditionet. Obs! Hotellet har ingen tilrettelegging ifht allergier så har du glutenallergi bør du ha med eget brød i bagasjen..de ansatte i frokostavdelingen vet heller ikke hva dette er, men er du heldig treffer du på den ene ansatte som jobber der og har dette selv. Hu kan gi deg brød fra egen lomme. Du får heller ikke kjøpt noen typer øl uten gluten på hotellet. Vi sjekket ut en dag før og fikk refusjon for en natt, men hele oppholdet var en katastrofe.

The hotel looked clean and appealing upon entrance, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. They are in the middle of upgrading all their rooms, but did not hear anything to do with construction. The room was clean and spacious albeit the furniture and counters were very worn. Around the outside of the hotel towards the bus station there were lots of homeless hanging around. And the area was very dirty.

The property presents itself online one way, and then when you see it, it's not only outdated, it's very worn out. The air conditioning does not work as it should. Our thermostat read 17, and it really, truly never got below 25.. The staff was wonderful but the hotel definitely needs a tremendous overhaul

The plumbing in this hotel is horrid. The whole hotel smelled like rotten eggs and the rooms were extremely rank. Beds were hard and super loud and noisy. AC did not work. Pros- great breakfast, walkable location and free parking available.

El servicio muy top. Siempre dispuestos a conformar al cliente. Todos con quienes hemos tratado eran super amables. El desayuno ha sido uno de los mejores que he visto por ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Muy completo, el personal super atento. Si faltaba algo te lo traían al momento con una sonrisa. La piscina súper guay para pegarte un chapuzón después de un día con mucho calor. Lo único que no me ha gustado ha sido la cama. Muy dura, se siente los muelles. Lo comentamos y nos dieron una habitación nueva. La cama seguía dura pero bueno. Un hotel bien ubicado si vienes en coche.

Carmen at the front desk was incredibly rude. EVERYDAY. Everyone else was fine. We did have issues with our room key not working and noticed several other guests with the same room key issue. Other than that, pleasant stay.

Arrived 2:30pm, check-in 3pm. Supposedly no rooms with king or queen bed available. After almost 24 hours of travel had to take a room with 2 single beds. Front desk staff not very friendly or accommodating. Overall, the front desk staff didn't speak very much English so it was challenging to communicate. Google translate helped but I think because we weren't local people, they didn't care. I've stayed at other NH hotels but this was the most disappointingt

Muchissimo ruido… con los conductos del aire, se escuchaba la habitacion de arriba… gente duchandose, o peor en el baño… Tambien la nevera hacia mucho ruido. Esta el hotel al lado de un sitio con gente tomando drogas, o sea muy poco seguro asi que hemos vuelto siempre en taxi.

The hotel and the staff were great. The furniture a bit old, but everything was clean and with a great location. The only detail was that in the next block, beside the bus station there was a group of homeless consuming drugs. Nothing happened to us, but we were a bit stressed to be walking back and pass in droit of them.

Very good stay. Room spacious with a view. Travelled by car and the hotel was easy to find with a public parking garage right next to the hotel. Good cycling options around the hotel so easy to ride to the beaches through the lovely park.

Tolles Hotel, sehr gut zum erreichen mit dem Taxi oder Öffis. Zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Altstadt. Abendessen im Restaurant konnte uns nicht überzeugen , Hamburger waren innen noch roh, als wir reklamiert haben wurden sie in der Mitte auseinander geschnitten und nochmals angebraten und die kalten Pommes wieder mitgeliefert. Das andere Essen, Nudeln waren auch nur lauwarm.Salat war super.

Clean, newly refurbished room. Great shower. Traditional Spanish breakfast buffet. Expansive and delicious. Breakfast sausage on Saturday was nice. During the week they served the world's worst ever hotdog. Awful. What a pity. Very nice yoghurt bar, juice offerings. All in all, our favorite breakfast buffet ever.
