Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr gut. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist schlecht beschildert und zu weit von der Straße entfernt. Kleine Defekte in Zimmer und Bad werden offenbar vom Reinigungspersonal nicht gemeldet und deshalb auch nicht abgestellt.

Hotel is situated an upper part of a shopping mall which means a lot of stores and dining options around there. Mercadona is below and El Corte Inglés is just nextdoor. 30 min bus ride to the city center. 20 min to the beach. Parking discount 14 euro/night. Sent us a good instruction beforehand, so easy to find where to park. Facility itself needs some update, but the room was clean. Amenities were quite basic. It would be great if they provide a fridge. AC works great. The staff were nice and friendly.

25 atrapado en un ascensor sin que nadie acudiese a sacarme, ni siquieran sabian cual de los 2 ascensores estaba parado. Si vas por trabajo no tiene escritorio, solo la cama una mesa con la television y dos taburetes, ningun otro mobiliario Aun mas austero que un Ibis pero al prwcio de un 3 estrellas

Todo estuvo excelente en esta estancia, lo malo? Solo disponían de un ascensor que tardaba muchísimo en abrir, cerrarse y llegar a las habitaciones, muchas veces se sentía que se quedaría parado. De resto buena ubicación, execelente vista, todo está cerca y muy buena zona en Valencia

The hotel on the 5th floor was noisy due to mainly cleaning staff. Rooms were cleaned after 4pm . Lifts were out of order so had to use stairs one day or wait a long time as only one lift was working .. food was very average . I would say use the Aqua 4 as good there much improved

This is not the newest property I have stayed in, but definitely one of the cleanest. The housekeeping staff is excellent! The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would stay here again.

Les points forts le buffet et la proximité avec la cité des sciences. Aucune aide si vous ne parlez que le français.Une mention spéciale pour BEGONIA sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Dans la soirée du 17/04 un groupe trés bruyant a débarqué vers 22 heures criant et frappant sur les portes.Je suis descendue à 23H à la réception pour demander que le vacarme cesse ( j'étais au premier étage chambre 121) la porte entre l'étage et le RC était ouverte sur un va et vient incessant sans que cela ne fasse réagir la personne de la réception.La chambre n'était pas d'une propreté exemplaire, les rideaux mités, et la bonde de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas Les plafonniers inexistants et la clim hyper bruyante.

The bathroom (bath and toilet) seemed dirty with stains on them. The door in the bathroom was not very private and kept getting stuck when trying to open it. There was no fridge in the room so water provided was hot. Our A.C did not work properly so was boiling and couldn't sleep, as well as the bed being very squeaky and fragile every time we sat on it. Some sort of refund or compensation would be great as it wasn't a great experience.

Quarto bom para 2 pessoas. Mais que isso fica muito apertado. Boa localização, mas não há frigobar. Em um dos dias a limpeza do quarto não aconteceu, tendo sido feita apenas a arrumação das camas. Não houve reposição do papel higiênico.

El trato buenísimo, todo limpio, la maquina de agua fresca una maravilla, el bufet variado. Hecho en falta mas información sobre la ciudad. Lo recomiendo.

Great location, inside a mall and near the City of Arts and Sciences. However the hotel lets you down with other bits. For example, they don't provide iron and iron board and force you to use their expensive laundry service (7-10 euros per item). I've never been to a hotel with at least 3 stars with no iron or iron board. I ended up having to go to Mediamark downstairs to buy a cheap iron for 15 euros. The hallway in our floor had smoke smell both nights so either they have rooms where they allow smoking or they don't monitor it as people were definitely smoking. One of the days they took our used towels but didn't replace them with clean ones. I had to call reception late and night and request them.

This was not the first time at this hotel and, of course, it will not be the last one. The rooms are perfect, clean and comfy. The restroom was perfectly clean. Even we had complimentary water and a sweet. The location isngreatbdor almost any activity you plan in the Valencia.

Advised room check-in from 2 but rooms not ready until around 3.30. Mess up with breakfast meant we had to go over the adjacent hotel for breakfast. Room was clean and in general a good stay. No kettle or tea coffee in room. No iron available. Staff friendly and helpful.

La habitación tenía un desconchado en una de las paredes. La configuración de las puertas d elos baños debería ser más cerrada y no dejar huecos en los laterales. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un baño, no un armario. Las puertas de las habitaciones deberían tener un punto donde se no "cayese" la puerta de golpe. Por las noches a ciertas horas hay gente que vuelve tarde y se cierran de golpe las puertas y despierta a la gente que duerme.

La habitación es pequeña, austera y con una cama de matrimonio de malísima calidad. Imposible descansar. Hundida en la zona en la que todo cliente se sienta a probar el colchón. Te clavas los muelles en la espalda y suena como la de una pensión.

Buen desayuno, muy variado. El hotel necesita algún arreglo pero para lo caro que está todo es suficiente para dormir, aunque los colchones se hunden. Nos reservaron un taxi que nunca apareció, pese a que estábamos esperando y volvimos a contactar con la recepción para reclamarlo.

Good check. But the rooms are not in good conditions. The bathroom ‘door’ it’s a glass door which doesn’t shut so when you are doing your business it’s like doing it in the room. Me and my partner had to go for a walk in the mall to give eachother privacy which is ridiculous! They don’t have a wardrobe. And not drawers FYI. The room was spacious enough. The place is extremely noisy, especially when the cleaning starts early in the morning you be 100% sure you will wake up as there is A LOT of banging. I put a request for a quiet room and possibly with a view (which I know it’s not always possible) but guess what ? They gave us a room right in front of the elevator, which is super noisy and people come and go at all sorts of time. The room also had with a view to a parking lot( which we didn’t care much for that).

Location is good. Receptionists are kind but hotel rooms and service are terrible. No minibar, no kettle, no glass and even no shampoo or hand soap in the rooms. Just showerjel and bed. No restaurant/bar service if you need even a simple drink around 11 pm. I was sick and needed hot tea, they were not able to give me a glass of hot water although I offered them to pay its double cost. Breakfast start at 8:00 (not 7:00). Room was not cleaned properly. Worse hotel I had stayed compared to its price. Never ever!

Beds are terrible and walls are paper thin. Lady at desk in the morning was helpful but the lady who checked us in did not give any information and was rude. Cleaning staff took dirty towels but did not leave a clean one. Would not recommend

Staff were excellent from our arrival, very polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern, excellent facilities within. Right in the city centre as well and has shopping centre right underneath with plenty amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Dans la soirée du 17/04 un groupe trés bruyant a débarqué vers 22 heures criant et frappant sur les portes.Je suis descendue à 23H à la réception pour demander que le vacarme cesse ( j'étais au premier étage chambre 121) la porte entre l'étage et le RC était ouverte sur un va et vient incessant sans que cela ne fasse réagir la personne de la réception.La chambre n'était pas d'une propreté exemplaire, les rideaux mités, et la bonde de la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas Les plafonniers inexistants et la clim hyper bruyante.
Les points forts le buffet et la proximité avec la cité des sciences. Aucune aide si vous ne parlez que le français.Une mention spéciale pour BEGONIA sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Buen desayuno, muy variado. El hotel necesita algún arreglo pero para lo caro que está todo es suficiente para dormir, aunque los colchones se hunden. Nos reservaron un taxi que nunca apareció, pese a que estábamos esperando y volvimos a contactar con la recepción para reclamarlo.

The hotel on the 5th floor was noisy due to mainly cleaning staff. Rooms were cleaned after 4pm . Lifts were out of order so had to use stairs one day or wait a long time as only one lift was working .. food was very average . I would say use the Aqua 4 as good there much improved

El hotel tiene muy buena relación calidad precio, el personal es muy amable y colaborador y las instalaciones están muy bien. Está al lado de la ciudad de las Ciencias y las Artes, de un centro comercial y de varios restaurantes. Está muy bien comunicado en autobús con el centro y con la playa. Lo único que nos ha gustado menos: la bañera no tragaba bien, y la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien en la parte superior. Pero las camas eran muy cómodas, y la habitación era silenciosa. Repetiríamos.

Great location, inside a mall and near the City of Arts and Sciences. However the hotel lets you down with other bits. For example, they don't provide iron and iron board and force you to use their expensive laundry service (7-10 euros per item). I've never been to a hotel with at least 3 stars with no iron or iron board. I ended up having to go to Mediamark downstairs to buy a cheap iron for 15 euros. The hallway in our floor had smoke smell both nights so either they have rooms where they allow smoking or they don't monitor it as people were definitely smoking. One of the days they took our used towels but didn't replace them with clean ones. I had to call reception late and night and request them.

Only stayed for one night, but checkin was great, staff incredibly helpful. Breakfast really good choice. Silly thing but I actually thought the wooden door card was a cool touch and having one card for door and one for electric was also a good idea.

La estancia fue fantástica, estuvimos 4 noches. El desayuno era muy variado, abundante y de calidad. El personal muy atento tanto en el comedor como en recepción. Me gustó el detalle de poner en recepción de manera gratuita piezas de fruta, y latas de agua en la habitación. Repetiría.

El desayuno buffet se realiza muy tarde pues es a partir de las 8:00 a.m. y la puntualidad del mismo deja mucho que desear pues además de abrir a un horario tardío para los que tenemos que marchar temprano, encima abrieron 5 minutos tarde (8:05)

This is not the newest property I have stayed in, but definitely one of the cleanest. The housekeeping staff is excellent! The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would stay here again.

Great location and excellent overall service. Thanks for the cans of drinking water in rooms. Superb breakfast and a wide array of buffet food offerings. But a few raw points. The beds are metal makeshift beds. A double queen bed is actually two metal beds put together. Otherwise excellent experience.

Location is good. Receptionists are kind but hotel rooms and service are terrible. No minibar, no kettle, no glass and even no shampoo or hand soap in the rooms. Just showerjel and bed. No restaurant/bar service if you need even a simple drink around 11 pm. I was sick and needed hot tea, they were not able to give me a glass of hot water although I offered them to pay its double cost. Breakfast start at 8:00 (not 7:00). Room was not cleaned properly. Worse hotel I had stayed compared to its price. Never ever!
