This Hotel had the best staff. Front desk was super helpful. Service was outstanding and we enjoyed the complimentary hour in their spa with Steam room and Jaccuzi. Had a great time in the California Bar, with the amazing staff that shared culture, conversation about music and History. We had the best time in there and location of this Hotel is awesome. This is my 4th time staying here.

We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently. Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby. The breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely room with friendly staff who were also very efficient. We had an issue on the last day that a payment had been taken from the cards held to the room in error. The staff were very apologetic and while it took a few days to sort out the money was returned to our cards. Overall a great hotel with splendid, if not ostentatious, decor and helpful, friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.

Such a beautiful hotel! Everyone was so nice, and while there was a minor hiccup up on my arrival, Dinas at the front desk didn't just rectify the situation, he went above and beyond to ensure that the rest of my stay was nothing short of magical. That right there is the type of hotel employee I only wish I could encounter everywhere I go. Already recommended this hotel to any friends I know who are coming to Vilnius. And a special shoutout to Ramunas at the tapas bar for the great conversations we had over the course of the weekend, and Anna for also helping on Dinas' day off. I can't wait to come back!!

Very nice location! Easy to get around the old town. We had the breakfast included and it was fantastic. Waitresses were super attentive and very helpful. Unfortunately, the spa facilities were closed and were not informed about it in advance. Overall quite a nice hotel, but with its own vibe.

Gratis bruk av SPA avd (boblebad)mellom 07-09 om morgenen, må betale ca 60 euro pr pers utenom denne tiden🙃Rotete frokost, med å bestille på avkrysningsskjemaer for å bestille hva man skulle spise neste dag! Super hotel dans la vielle ville. PLein centre et quand meme calme. Un bar et un restaurent gourmet mais abordable. Personnel tres serviable et aimable. Chacun parle anglais y compris les dames de chambres. Petit dejeuner 4* avec service a table le dimanche. Je ne peux que recommender. SDB pas à la hauteur (serviette contre les WC, pommeau de douche qui part dans tous les sens + jointure mal faite = écoulement partout obligatoire). Bof. Petit-déjeuner : je n’ai jamais vu une salle aussi petite (jus d’orange mauvais). J’ai pu en revanche profiter du SPA (à réserver à l’avance), c’était top. Personnel sympathique.

Our stay was spoiled. At first, we got a stinky room but they changed it to a better one once we requested. No one greeted us with a glass of champagne, as it was listed on the deal at hotels.com. I think the room size of 20sq m was seriously exaggerated, as it was half of it, bearly. It was one of those small boutique hotels, with very conservative design. The location was the best part though.

The condition of the hotel was not a five start. I had 2 times problems with WC. Untel they change the broken unit . The smell of the rooms was very bad because of the fitted carpet. My friend they change his room becomes off the smiles. The buildings very old .

For some reason I really liked the breakfast here. I’m the sliced fruit, sausages and pancakes, coffee and pastries kind of guy. Of course you could say that the rooms are old but the single room mainly felt cheap rather than old. The toilet was mildly smelly but the bed was perfectly fine. The tiny TV had a sufficient selection of news channels which is quite important to me. I was a bit tired the second evening and went to the hotel restaurant, which was a mistake. The restaurant had tasty food but I disliked the service quite a bit. If I’m not served bread before dinner, I’d like to get some dessert after the dinner. To me hotel restaurants are a last resort for nutrition, not a place to get drunk on an empty stomach. And by the way, the concept of a complimentary drink doesn’t work, if you actually don’t get either water or some average white wine as a compliment. ”You can have a glass of our (even worse) house wine tomorrow before you leave” isn’t enough for me. Yes, I’m being petty, and no, you are not a five-star hotel. It’s a paradox that the staff seemed like a bunch of really nice people but the service left me quite dissatisfied. I can only draw the conclusion that the culture just isn’t for me - now I know.

From the cold and impolite welcome to the moldy rooms with old carpets and dated interiors, the stay at this hotel was thoroughly unpleasant. Hotel staff will not willingly give you information about the hotel, you have to pry it from their cold and stiff lips."Is there a gym? Yes...but. "Is there a spa? Yes...but. The gym, by the way, is the size of a toddler's bedroom, without a toddler's charm. I have never felt so unwelcome in my entire life, even when rejected by pretty girls I really, really liked. Stay away from this hotel at all costs. suffice to say: This hotel is nowhere near a 5-star hotel! Vilnius: Yes! Imperial Hotel and Restaurant: NO! Plus: the receptionist when I checked out was very polite and nice, maybe because I was leaving?

Ganske fint hotel, lidt slidt trænger til renovering. De første 2 dage var service til morgenmaden i top, super service. De sidste 2 dage var der ingen service, og vi måtte selv gøre opmærksom på hvis vi manglede noget. Der var så også kun 1 tjener, der tydeligt var lidt stresset. Hotellet ligger centralt. Luxurious hotel in the city center. My room had a magnificent view and everything you could possibly need. Breakfast is amazing, the staff (reception, bar and breakfast!) are incredibly nice and helpful. I couldn't imagine a better hotel to stay in. Thanks for everything, including for the welcome drink!

It was such a pleasure staying at Imperial. The single twin bedroom was a little tight in some areas, but the overall experience was wonderful. I really liked that the housekeeping would come by in the evenings and offer a warm greeting card with the weather forecast for the next day and a piece of delicious coffee candy. The breakfast was good as well and there was a decent selection available each morning. Would stay here again.
