Had another excellent staff. This time we brought our pet and stayed in a suite with a small yard. The suite provided excellent space and was super comfy. We had a couple of small maintenance issues that were quickly rectified by the staff. The suite comes with a King bed and also a full sized fridge/freezer. One small thing - the suite only comes with two towels. We asked for a couple of extras and were provided these on request on the second day, but they were again removed on the following day. In my view, a suite should come with maybe 1-2 extra towels. The Hotel is so conveniently located within walking distance of just about everything. We normally just park and walk everywhere once we’ve arrived. The onsite destination EV chargers are excellent and so convenient. We had in-room breakfast on Sunday. The food was of an excellent standard and presentation. Would definitely recommend! Can’t wait for our next stay.

Rooms are a good size with nice options, including a large television with a range of streaming options. Really nice and helpful staff. A favourite place to stay in Wagga Wagga.

We chose this property because the advertisement promised a pool. The pool was the size of a spa and not at all appropriate for swimming. The room was clean but dark. GIven the number of properties within the immediate area and the higher price, we would not recommend this based on price per value.

A one night stay. The room was comfortable with aircon and king bed, large flat screen TV. Welcomed pleasantly at reception. Quiet location but walkable distance to town centre. The on-site restaurant at front of property was already fully booked. Sadly, as it was very hot, maintenance of the small pool should be a higher priority.

I always love my stays at the Charles Boutique Hotel. Unfortunately on this occasion the restaurant was closed. The property was more than I could have wanted. The only let down was the cleaning in our 1-bedroom apartment. The lounge area and main bedroom had been cleaned fully (ie under the bed dirty tissues and fluff; and the lounge had discarded rubbish underneath and between the cushions. Apart from this it was the perfect stay. Still highly recommended

The reception and restaurant look gorgeous so you get excited for a lovely modern stay, but then you get into the room and it looks like you are back in the 90's. Tiny Bathroom, door wasn't even painted. Doona was filthy, the sheets were too small for the bed so kept coming undone, and then you ended up with the filthy doona. TV doesn't connect to the internet. No ice in the ice tray. Lounge was dirty. Needed to be aired out, room had a very stale smell.

The property was quiet and the bed comfortable. Sadly the room had not been cleaned nor the bed made when I arrived. Even after they fixed this, the bathroom was unclean. My brother's room next door to mine had a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. The property does not supply bath mats which makes safety tricky. I would not recommend this hotel nor stay here again.

Good location and a very helpful check in with Hannah. The rooms need renovating especially the bathrooms. Coffee mugs and wine glasses were dirty. No milk provided in the mini bar fridge. King bed was comfortable.

Would have liked handtowels in the bathroom for that standard and price. Clean and comfortable. Was charged minibar which wasn't used which i only picked up by checking credit card statement after leaving property. It was rectified straight away.

We were not advised in advance there would be no one to check us in and we waited almost an hour before someone did. Not being from Australia our phone did not work for the number on the door were told to call so we had to knock on the door of someone who was already there to use their phone to call for someone to let us check in. I've never experienced this in my life being Sunday or not.

The hotel is excellent. The layout ensured our privacy. The very best part of our experience was the work of the hotel staff. We had forgotten a phone charger in our room and headed home to Melbourne. The hotel staff found it and contacted us. They then very quickly organised to post it to us in Melbourne. This was not only kind it was so efficient. We are very grateful for this extra service.

Astounded at the level of the recent renovation. Absolutely top shelf. Everything brand new. Only comment was that the bed was missing a mattress protector! Restaurant was unfortunately closed but the Mercure one is walking distance and quite good.
