Hotel ist sehr groß, Reisebusse Touristik, Zimmer zumindest meines ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück ok und unspektakulär. Lage ist schoen um im gegenüberliegenden Park zu verweilen. Gym sollte dringend in einen größeren Raum gefuehlte 12 qm mit drei Cardiogeraeten und einem Tower ist definitiv weit weg von der heutigen Zeit.

Der Fahrstuhl zum Wellness Bereich war defekt. Mein Vater mit Rollator konnte deshalb nicht mit zum Schwimmen bzw. Sauna. Das war sehr schade. Ansonsten war es super!

Séjour convenable, proprété parfaite, personnel accueillant, petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Bémols : la décoration date des années 80 et le nombre de places de parking (payant) insuffisant par rapport aux capacités d'accueil de l'hôtel. Nous avons demandé et obtenu le remboursement de notre place de parking.

Der Pool, sowie der Fitnessraum, ist leider nur kurz offen und zu kalt um länger darin zu verbleiben. Parken ist sehr teuer. Zimmer sind relativ altmodisch eingerichtet. Buffet am morgen bietet viel Auswahl und ist gut. Die Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Park an der Ilm befindet sich direkt daneben. Eingangsbereich schön gestaltet.

Ich hatte das Hotel über den Suchfilter "Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge" gefunden und deswegen gebucht. Außerdem habe ich bei der Buchung geschrieben, dass ich um die Reservierung eines entsprechenden Lade-Parkplatzes bitte - es gab diesbezüglich keine ablehnende Nachricht. Als wir dann mit leerem Akku dort ankamen, erklärte die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, dass es dort überhaupt keine Lademöglichkeit gibt. Für den Parkplatz wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 13 Euro pro Tag fällig, obwohl das Hotel 1,5km von der Altstadt entfernt ist. Fazit: Für mich hat die Sache einen "Geschmack", denn ich hätte das Hotel unter diesen Umständen nicht gebucht. Positiv zu erwähnen sind das Frühstücksbuffet und der Pool, sowie die Größe und Sauberkeit der Zimmer.

A lovely hotel, well served every 20 mins by the local bus. NB the evening I was there the restaurant was closed for a rpivate function, which meant walking 20mins or getting the bus back into town to find a restaurant. The hotel pool was nice BUT only open 4-9pm on weekdays. Come on hotel, that's not good enough!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top, direkt am Ilmpark und nur ca 1 Km bis zur Innenstadt. Jedoch ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Flecken an der Wand, abgenutzte Möbel, Schimmelflecken im Bad, nur um ein paar Sachen zu erwähnen. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte gar nicht, die Klimaanlage hat nur etwas Luft geblasen, was nicht so schlimm gewesen wäre, wenn man das Fenster hätte öffnen können. Davon liessen sich nur zwei kleine Lukfenster etwas öffnen. Auf Nachfrage hiess es aus Sicherheitsgründen, damit niemand aus dem Fenster springen kann.... Die erste Nacht war dementsprechend furchtbar, die zweite Nacht musste ich canceln wegen eines unerwarteten Diensteinsatzes. Wenn man einen Parkplatz braucht, ist man gut beraten, in einer der Seitenstrassen zu parken, da es sonst 13 Euro pro Nacht kostet.

Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad wurde leider nicht gut gereinigt. Auf dem Boden lagen noch die Haare von ehemaligen Gästen. Der Teppichboden wurde nicht gesaugt. Beim Frühstück mussten wir sehr lange warten um einen Tisch zu finden. Das Personal aber war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad wurde leider nicht gut gereinigt. Auf dem Boden lagen noch die Haare von ehemaligen Gästen. Der Teppichboden wurde nicht gesaugt. The hotel needs an upgrade, my room did smell of smoke and carpet was not vacuumed everywhere. Every morning at breakfast, I had to queue for 15 min before a table was available. The hotel was not able to cope with a full capacity. For a hotel of this category the food and the service was disappointing.

Sind als Familie angereist. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, besonders das Badezimmer. Dafür alles sehr sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. Besonders praktisch war der kleine Kühlschrank sowie der Wasserkocher. Betten in Ordnung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre geraten, aber sauber und das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Gut war die Lage, nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber man konnte in kurzer Zeit hinlaufen. Ausserdem gibt es eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas.
Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre geraten, aber sauber und das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Gut war die Lage, nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber man konnte in kurzer Zeit hinlaufen. Es wird mit einem Pool geworben, Fitnessbereich und Sauna. Leider ist aus Personalmangel fast alles geschlossen, was nicht auf den ersten oder zweiten Blick ersichtlich ist, vorallem nicht beim Buchen. Das Frühstück ist okay, wobei es sich speziell bei der Wurst und Käseauswahl um Massenware handelt, die vorallem günstig sein muss. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und ein Kühlschrank ist ausgebaut, angeblich aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend und keine Empfehlung!

Das Zimmer war tatsächlich ziemlicher 90er Chick… Teppich, alte Badezimmereinrichtung usw. Sauberkeit war ok. Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage auch gut. Alles in allem gutes Mittelfeld und zum Schlafen und co in Ordnung.

The only issue we had was that the air conditioning was not working. This is fair considering the temperatures we cool. The problem was the noise from the street made it hard to sleep

The hotel was located in an area with good transport links. I found occasionally it was difficult in my chair with static electricity. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a shower is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair at times. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs. I had written to the hotel about a couple of issues, butdid not get replies. The restaurant staff were always kind and helpful. The wifi was occasionally a bit hit or miss.

Walking into the lobby of this hotel was absolutely beautiful. I was expecting a more lavish room. However I was very disappointed with the decor of the room considering I paid for an upgrade. Rooms were very dated and definitely need refurbishing. The air conditioning was very poor and left the rooms uncomfortably warm. A big contrast between the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Munich.

Tuve que ser realojado en una segunda habitacion, la primera tenia una araña de dimensiones consideradas en el baño. Habitacion muy amplia, con nevera y hervidor de agua. La reposicion de cafe, era solo a medias, tan solo te reponian la mitad de lo consumido, sin embargo el pago de la habitacion si que era completo. Buena calefaccion, pero iluminacion para el tamaño de la habitacion, insuficiente. Baño amplio, con bañera, que necesita una reforma urgente, aunque todo decente, pero viejo. El desayuno todo un espectaculo, muy completo, de buena calidad y una enorme seleccion de productos, nada habitual para esta categoria de hotel. El personal de recepcion muy amable y servicial. Cenar en el hotel, se hace complicado, no sabes cuando abre el restaurante, cuando esta cerrado y tienes que usar el Bar o incluso el dia donde simplemente no hay cocina. Cenar en el hotel, se hace complicado, no sabes cuando abre el restaurante, cuando esta cerrado y tienes que usar el Bar o incluso el dia donde simplemente no hay cocina. Wir waren 3 Tage Gäste des Hotel und hatten uns ein grösseres Zimmer reserviert. Das Zimmer erstaunte, weil es sich als 4-Bett-Zimmer erwies. Zwei Hilfsbetten waren mit hineingestellt und raubten den Platz, den wir eigentlich für unsere Mehrkosten geniessen wollten. Natürlich wollten wir und haben wir das Zimmer getauscht. Nur ziemlich unprofessionell war, dass man uns patzig an der Rezeption verbeschied, dass das Aufstellen von Hilfsbetten bei grösseren Zimmern üblich sei und behandelte uns doch ziemlich frostig. Immerhin traf diese Aussage denn doch nicht zu, da wir dann doch noch ein uns genehmes Zimmer erhielten. Das Duschen erfordert doch einigermassen Akrobatik: die Dusche ist keineswegs separat, sondern in der Badewanne platziert. Bei der Fülle an Gästen mit Rollatoren ein echtes zu überwindendes Hindernis. Wir konnten froh sein, div. Hürden übersteigen und doch noch beim Duschen in der Wanne uns reinigend balancieren zu können. Immerhin gab die Klimaanlage (unser Zimmer zeigte zur Strasse und war alles andere als Verkehrsberuhigt) nur ein Säuseln von sich, das beim Schlafen nicht störte. Wir hatten auch schon sauberere Hotels erlebt, wozu passt, dass man bei Ankunft Auskunft geben soll, ob die Zimmer überhaupt gereinigt werden sollen und begründete dies mit (nicht nachvollziehbarem) Umweltschutz. Ob es vielleicht nicht doch Personalmangel ist?

Klimaanlage nicht leistungsfähig (sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Stockwerk/Speisesaal), gleichzeitig können nur wenige Fenster geöffnet werden, dadurch ist es sehr heiss und etwas muffelig. Unsere Anfrage auf ein Kindergitterbett wurde nicht bearbeitet. Am Empfang kann es zu Wartezeiten kommen.

Wir haben über Weihnachten mit Kleinkind guer übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Lage des Hotels ist super. In knapp 20 Minuten ist die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung direkt am Park an der Ilm. Hier kann man wunderbar im Sommer spazieren gehen und dabei einen Blick auf das Römische Haus oder Goethes Gartenhaus werfen. Auf Grund dieser Lage ist das Hotel nicht sehr zentral, allerdings fährt der Bus direkt nebenan ab und fährt in unter zehn Minuten ins Zentrum Weimars und in ca. 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Alternativ kann man auch durch den Park spazieren und die Sehenswürdigkeiten so zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist gut, es gibt sehr viel Auswahl, verschiedene Säfte, sehr viel Obst und warme sowie süße Speisen. Das Hotelzimmer ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel bietet noch besondere Extras wie ein Schwimmbad. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in Weimar!

NB the evening I was there the restaurant was closed for a rpivate function, which meant walking 20mins or getting the bus back into town to find a restaurant. The hotel pool was nice BUT only open 4-9pm on weekdays. Come on hotel, that's not good enough!

The hotel needs an upgrade, my room did smell of smoke and carpet was not vacuumed everywhere. Every morning at breakfast, I had to queue for 15 min before a table was available. Hotel restaurant was not open on the two days we stayed. We had planned on having a lazy day and made use of the hotel vending machines as there was nowhere else to get food on property. The WiFi was inconsistent.
