駐車場がチェックアウトの日中ならずっと使えるのが助かりました。夜遅くだったので、チェックインに時間はかかりませんでしたが土曜日の午後15時過ぎのチェックインは長蛇の列という感じで、待合用の椅子も準備されてましたよ。番号札の発行もあるようでした。スタッフの方々の対応も良く気持ちよく過ごせました。

Convenient location 5 mins walk from Shin Yokohama station. However, there’s no direct underground path so you have to walk outside when raining. The rooms were tiny but the view was nice from 29th floor where we stayed. The rooms were clean but super dated with no usb plugs and few power outlets near the beds. The bathroom was very small with no place to place toiletries. It felt like the bathroom on the plane. Shower curtain smelled. The towels were nice and fluffy. The hotel has several high end restaurants but there’s no benefit to eating there as a hotel guest. Many didn’t have a table when I tried to make reservations. There’s nobody at lobby to even help. Top floor bar was nice tho super expensive and sitting fee. I was surprised that they are not open for lunch on a Sunday. There’s no fitness center or pool. Overall, they treated us as a second class guest as I booked via Expedia. I was charged extra 6000 yen to check in early even tho my room was available and extra 2000 yen to extend checkout to 1pm. Not a problem but felt tack with all the fees. It’s unlikely I will stay there again as there are better options nearby more convenient and modern.

横浜アリーナでのスポーツ観戦で利用した。アリーナに比較的近く、子供連れでも無理なく歩いて往復することができた。施設自体は所々老朽化が目立つ上に、ベッドを移動させると大量の埃が出てくるなど清掃も充分ではなかった。朝食はバラエティにも富み、非常に美味しかった。全体的には家族4人一泊朝食付きプランでリーズナブルと感じる内容ではあった。

Stanza più piccola di quanto atteso, al 33 piano invece del superiore o più come selezionato in fase di prenotazione. Polvere di vecchia data sull’armadio (in cui entrano appena un paio di abiti e con 2 cassetti piccolissimi), tracce di muffa nel bagno, dove il lavandino appariva in alcuni punti senza smalto. Una delle abat-jour è caduta sulla testa di mia moglie mentre dormiva e pur se il desk ha detto di averla sostituita, mancava di una vite e di conseguenza molto poco ancorata e ferma alla parete. Nota positiva: sono stati di aiuto nel trovare qualcuno che potesse riparare il mio trolley che aveva perso una vite della ruota

A landmark building in Shin-Yokohama but very dated building, with constant reminders of former glory. 43 floors with hollow center with rooms on the outside. Rooms are small, limited power plugs, no USB, and dated bathroom. My floor (14th) had fated carpet and a space where the old ice machine used to be. 5 mins walk to the station so many shops and restaurant options. Unfortunately not connected so you will get wet if it’s raining. Buffet breakfast is excellent so highly recommend to get the breakfast option.

急いでいたのでExpediaから予約したのですが、後で公式サイトを見たら同じ日程で同じ金額で朝食つき(¥3000)で出ていました。それは自分が悪いとして、、ビジネスホテルと考えたら普通かなと思いますが、隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえたり、夜中は配管部分？がキシキシずっと音がしていてよく眠れませんでした。施設はとても古く、空調があんまり効かないし、カーペットも年季が入りすぎて不潔な印象を感じました。朝食をつけたかったのでチェックイン時に申し出たのですが、プランは変えられないので朝食会場で払えと言われました(追加で払うとか出来るはず)。朝食会場にお財布を持っていくのが嫌だったのでそうしたかっただけなのですが、、ホテルにしては気が利かないと思いました。また、朝食会場は入り口付近の暗い席、しかも大柄のグループに挟まれた通路も狭い、何とも居心地の悪い席に案内されました。食事を取りに行くときに見ると、窓側の明るい席がたくさん空いていたので席を移りたいと言ったら嫌な顔をされたので勝手に移動しました。プリンスホテルは何度か利用していますが、ここはちょっとサービスいまいちだなと感じました。ゴールデンウィークで忙しくてお疲れだったんですかね。

チェックインに時間が、他よりはかかる気がしますが、宿泊者は、当日も翌日も荷物を預かってくれて驚きでした！駅のロッカー利用しなきゃと思っていたのでこのサービスはとても助かりました！ありがとうございます。

A landmark building in Shin-Yokohama but very dated building, with constant reminders of former glory. 43 floors with hollow center with rooms on the outside. Rooms are small, limited power plugs, no USB, and dated bathroom. My floor (14th) had fated carpet and a space where the old ice machine used to be. 5 mins walk to the station so many shops and restaurant options. Unfortunately not connected so you will get wet if it’s raining. Buffet breakfast is excellent so highly recommend to get the breakfast option.

横浜アリーナから近く、移動で疲れていたので休む時間もあり体力回復させてLIVEも体調良く行くことが出来ました。周辺にはたくさんのお店もあり食事や買い物も不便なく出来ました。朝のビュッフェも種類が豊富でステーキやパンもとても美味しく頂きました。是非、また、利用したいと思います。丁寧な対応も好感もてました。

Lovely hotel only a few minutes from Shin Yokohama station. It’s also attached to a mall where you can get some shopping done. The breakfast buffet add on was affordable and the food options were great as well. Wish I woke up sooner to try more dishes!

Breakfast was good. Very convenient location for commuting via Shin-Yokohama station, which was only a few minutes walk. Staff were nice, courteous and helpful.

The hitel lication was a few mins from the train station. The receptionist was very nice and kind. The room was dated but the view was excellent. We stayed with 2 kids and they enjoyed the higher floor.

Very convenient to the station and there is a nice mall connected to the property. 7-Eleven is also on site. Not as good of a selection but very convenient. I liked staying away from busy Yokohama Station and the price was decent for the time of year. Lots of restaurants conveniently located at the station and hotel.
