We had a mix-up on our end, and the staff were very accommodating to help us get it all sorted out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with a toddler as well, so it was nice to have a hotel with a pool to play in during the heat of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a very comfortable family stay at the Rose Hotel. The room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and returning after a long day felt genuinely relaxing rather than simply coming back to a hotel room. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help whenever needed. The location was also very convenient for exploring Yokohama. We would happily stay here again.

Room is clean,Staff is very helpful. Air conditioning is kind a noisy when it’s starting up and when it’s shutting down. The room is spacious ,the biggest china town in Japan is a cross the hotel. Location is convenient.

Great location,right at the beginning of China town and walking distance to many amazing parks Buffet breakfast was very good and the other restaurant was delicious as well. Staff were extremely helpful and patient with us as we spoke no Japanese Well worth the money
