Exceeded my expectation, 5 star service. Front desk manager Kitty Zhang and her team member Evelyn Wang made my stay perfect. the complimentary suite upgrade, the diverse breakfast, comfort swimming pool. everything is perfect and up to IGH's highest standard. I will definitely go back again.

The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from two different subway lines and the main shopping area of the city. Getting from the airport was simple with a subway line direct from the airport to the city center. The hotel was clean with an ample selection of foods at their breakfast buffet. They tried with service but if you don’t speak Chinese it’s hard.

Convenient with lots of eating places nearby and a shopping mall just within 10minutes walking. However, was quite disappointed that the room had a strong smoking odour left behind from previous customer, despite the no smoking signage placed inside the room. Breakfast is not included by default and is relatively expensive. However, staff was very friendly and helpful with our enquiries.

The night manager Teddy Tang was so helpful when I checked in late at night. He is friendly, courteous and very considerate. The manager in the morning Emily Lou is such a professional in hospitality. The entire staff worked as a team to make customers feel happy and comfortable. They are an asset to IHG. I will definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues .

Breakfast was pretty good, location quite central. Hotel is a bit dated and tvs are very small. No international channels. Other residents smoking in so called non smoking rooms was the major issues. Staff moved us and provided air purifiers and were very helpful but there was a strong odour of cigarette smell throughout. Remember a swim cap if you wish to use the pool. Delivery robots were very cool. Overall it was fine and staff were famtastic.
