번드뷰라서 방에서의 야경은 멋있었습니다 제일 놀란 거는 지하에 사우나 시설 이었는데요. 락카가 오래돼서 그런지 곰팡이 냄새가 엄청 났고. 사우나 안에는 누군가의 빨래가 널어져 있더군요 이틀 모두 빨래가 널려져 있었어요. 정말 특급호텔에서 상상도 할 수 없는 광경을 보았네요. 뷰만 보고 가기에는 조금 더 지불 하더라도 다음 다른 호텔 가고 싶어요. 저는 호텔이 신축인 줄 알았는데, 신축이 아니라 방만 최근에 레노베이션 한 것 같습니다. 그리고 주말 내내 큰 행사가 있었는지 엄청 사람이 많아서 로비가 너무 번잡 했어요. 암튼 지하 사우나 시설이 너무 충격적이어서 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다.

Wir waren für fünf Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Stadtteil hat uns sehr gut gefallen vor allem das große Zimmer mit der Tower Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit vor allem bei Essenslieferungen ins Hotel, wo wir keine chinesische Handynummer hatten und was ich ein wenig schade finde ist dass man mit dem Kind nicht auf die ruf top Terrasse nach 18:00 Uhr gehen kann, um den schönen Ausblick zu genießen.

Special thanks to Martin at rooftop bar.! HE IS VERY PROFEESIONAL and frendly. Very nice hotel but not many hotel staffs speaking english. Pls make aure that your oom should be oppsite side of the construction site. I had to change my room early in the morni g becasue od the noisy. No swimming pool no suna opend yet.

遠眺外灘及浦東的絕佳窗景。地點離附近主要景點適中，走路或短程打車立即可達。房間應該是整修過了，新穎舒適，非常好睡。早餐偏西式，選擇算是足夠了。比較可惜的一點是，32樓絕佳觀景地點，全規劃為Bar，沒辦法帶小孩入內，對家庭旅遊者有些可惜。該空間若能適度區隔規劃，讓小孩子也有機會一探高空美景，那就更完美了。

バスルームが広くて大きめのバスタブがあります。部屋からの景色は夜景も朝焼けも絶景でした。ルーフトップバーからの景色が特に必見で、人気で混雑してるので早めにテーブルを押さえた方が良い。朝食は種類がとにかく豊富で満腹になること間違いなし。ロビー階のレストランを利用しましたが、どの料理も美味しかったです。

We had to move rooms twice because the rooms were dirty. The first room the carpets/floor hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbs of food all over the floor and on the chair within the room. We informed the front desk, who were actually very good, and were told it would be cleaned by the time we were back from a walk. It hadn't been cleaned some 5 hours later so they move us. The second room was the same but also had hair in the sink and bath where the room hadn't been cleaned. Again, I complained and 45 mins later they moved us. The last room was good but the air-conditioning was not good enough considering the current temperature in Shanghai. I guess they use power saving at night to reduce their costs and so during the night is got warmer and warmer till around 7 when it started to feel cooler again. Overall, the hotel is tired and in need of renovation. I would say it's not worth the money it cost.

Old and dirty bathroom. Strong cooking smell from their kitchen made it to our room at 5:00 AM. Lobby is impressive but rooms are not up to Hyatt standards.

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from The Bund and Nanjing Road. A great roof terrace bar that adds a significant plus to this hotel. Cons: NO internet in the room at all. I've complained several times to the reception, but limited ability of receptionist who doe not speak well English resulted in no help. I tried to speak with manager as well, but they never arranged that. I was at the reception 3-4 times during my 6-night stay, but nothing changed. They did not help at all. I am still waiting for the manager to reach out to me, but nothing has happened. Another thing - the breakfast setup looks more like 3 star hotel than 5 5-star. I've tried other hotels in Shanghai, and they were more luxurious (seating, the atmosphere, etc) than the Hyatt on the Bund. It is very crowded in the morning and it is a bit dirty with massive production.

Decent hotel but NO WIFI!! if you try to connect it will be in Chinese and after that network will be unavailable. You can get a room with nice views but gym and pool are not really up to standards.

This hotel has one of the best locations in Shanghai, and in my opinion, before COVID was one of the best hotels in the world. Today, it is a shadow of what it was. The lobby is dark and lifeless, internet does not work 80% of the time, the staff barely speaks English. It used to be a melting pot of nationalities, today is mostly Chinese. Coming to this hotel was one of the things I was most looking forward to do when on business in Shanghai. I am afraid I will be looking for a new location next time I am in town

I spent last night without lights, and the next morning I still didn’t have power. So I called the concierge to report the issue. An engineer came to fix it, but the problem happened again afterward. We even had to take a shower in the dark with no power. In addition, the room temperature controller wasn’t working. We had to sleep every day at 20 degrees without being able to adjust the temperature. Overall, I felt like I was staying in a cheap motel under the Hyatt name. It was very disappointing compared to the image I had of Hyatt.

The English level of pretty much all the staff was close to non existing (even for basic words) making this hotel less convenient for non Mandarin speaking visitors. Unfortunately, the service level was also not very quick - checking in to our two rooms took more than 15 minutes; despite what should have been a standard procedure, the staff seemed unprepared and lacking training.

千萬不要來這裡！除非你也想經歷這場惡夢： 5月24日入住，前台職員Zuo非常冷淡，全程正眼都抬過，對答沒有基本禮貌，經歷了十幾個小時的長途飛行來到這裡，第一印象就非常失望。預定明珠塔景房，安排的卻是普通江景房，沒有外灘更沒有明珠塔。我們拖著行李返回大堂，前台職員才說明珠塔房已經沒有了，要等到晚上9:30才能清潔完，而且廣告圖片僅供參考，景觀本來就不一定有。這一點已經構成詐欺。最後換到價格便宜一點外灘景房，差價沒有退返，依然明顯不符合網站上明珠塔房的樣子。據稱是行政樓層，但樓層反而較低，還有刺鼻的燻肉/汗液味。我們等了半小時來的清潔服務，竟然只是一個打掃阿姨拿著噴壺上來噴幾下就走了。可見上海Hyatt的管理是結構性問題。 5月25日一早要求換回明珠塔房，電話接線生態度消極，轉接到當值的大堂經理還報錯客人名字和性別，非常不專業。到大堂換房卡時經理也刻意迴避，似乎是怕被當面責難，他逃避責任的態度證明再次印證這裡多麼可笑。 check out的體驗乏善可陳，連門口幫忙開車門的職員也都反應遲鈍。在上海8天的假期我們住了3間五星級飯店，毫無疑問這是最糟糕的一間！其餘2間都給我們留下了非常好的印象。圖片為前台「歡迎」我們的蟲子

My family chose this hotel specifically because we wanted a room with a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower. Even though we arrived earlier in the day, we requested a room with a better view, and the front desk told us this could be arranged. However, when we checked in later that evening, we were assigned a room on a lower floor, where the view of the Oriental Pearl Tower was blocked by the building in front. We went back to the front desk to explain the situation, and were eventually told that only one room was available for adjustment. During this process, a female staff member at the front desk openly criticized the staff member who was assisting us, saying that the room should not be adjusted, and this happened directly in front of us. Having stayed at many hotels, this was the first time we experienced such unprofessional behavior at the front desk. If the hotel had clearly distinguished between high-floor and low-floor rooms at the time of booking, this arrangement would have been understandable. However, it was difficult to accept being placed on a low floor, followed by an unpleasant service experience after raising the concern. Shanghai offers many hotels with river views and views of the Oriental Pearl Tower, and next time we will choose a different one.

We arrived late from an exhausting trip, unfortunately we recieved the wrong room, we booked tower view but we got somehow the river view.... We accepted it because it was late and we wanted to sleep, not a good service because during check in us was told it will be tower view. It was either a mistake or the tower view room has the tower around the corner;) We also ordered some food but I had to pick it up in the lobby at the concierge, no efforts to bring it to our room.

Business trip to Shanghai and hotel location is excellent and very comfortable room on the 15th floor. Great choice of food at breakfast and only one complaint is that the staff are very slow to clean tables. I went for breakfast at 0900 hrs Apart from that was excellent

Es un hotel con muy buena ubicación si quieres tener acceso cercano a The Bund. Las habitaciones están bien, el desayuno te da varias opciones. Pedimos vista al río pero se veía obstruida. La recepción lenta pero amables.
