Novotel Atlantis Shanghai

2nd time staying in this hotel. Happy with the service but the swimming pool and fitness room were closed during my stay.

The reception staff were very friendly and spoke English fluently, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options in a rotating restaurant on the top floor with great city views; the free laundry facilities are convenient but busy in the evenings, the nearest metro station is a short walk away, and the hotel starts from the fifth floor, with shops, restaurants, and an Aldi supermarket on the ground level, which is very convenient for guests.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the free laundry and dryers. Detergent and soap are provided, and everything is fully automatic. There are three washing machines and three dryers. You simply put in your clothes, choose the temperature (cold, warm, or hot), and press start. It was extremely convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs, which made everything so easy. You can buy salads, prepared food, fruits, and daily necessities without leaving the building. The hotel also has a designated area on the first floor for online shopping deliveries and food delivery, which is very well organized. The pool is large enough for kids, making it family-friendly. There is a designated drop-off and pick-up area, which was very convenient for calling taxis. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything perfect. The only negative point is the swimming pool also open to public and children lessons so basically not easy to be used for relaxing or swimming by the hotel guests

The room was above the 30th floor and they just opened the window and there was no screen door or anything. We had such a difficult time staying in this hotel. The location was not good either. You need to either take a cab or change trains a couple of times to get to most of the tourist spots. I would recommend not to choose this hotel if you are going to Shanghai for sightseeing, especially for those who does not speak Chinese.

服務都很好～晚上叫客房服務送水也是馬上就來了，不知道名稱但是1/28晚上大約12:30分為3508房服務的人員，態度非常好，餐廳經理「褚俊」很親切服務很好

객실은 깨끗했으며 조식도 매우만족 하지만 체크인할때 직원들의 영어실력이 매우 부족하여 불편함을 겪음

Novotel Atlantis är ett bra och enkelt hotell för en stadssemester. Om du däremot åker kollektivt måste du gå till hotellet i cirka 10 minuter och i sommarvärmen är det en obehaglig upplevelse. 완전만족스러운 숙소였습니다! 조식식당도 훌륭하고 메뉴도 다양했고 회전식 테이블이라 눈도 즐거운 만찬을 즐겼네요 룸은 코너룸으로 받았는데 탁 트인 전경에 깔끔하고 넓었습니다.대만족했어요! 건물옆에는 쇼핑몰과 마트가있어서 편리했습니다. 다음에 또 묵을꺼에요

Desayuno buffet, bastante básico. Mesas sin montar cuando ya habían desayunado otras personas. Personal no especialmente agradable. Limpieza habitación aceptable. Lo bueno del hotel es la ubicación y la vista panorámica a la ciudad desde las habitaciones y comedor.
