The room was really spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner wasn’t responding properly but it wasn’t a problem as it was a bit chilly. The staff was helpful, there was an issue with the lights which they fixed immediately. The hotel is at a five minute walk from a shopping centre area with plenty of restaurants and a tube station (Line 5)

Staff very cold and unwelcoming. The room was a nightmare - TV didn’t work, Internet was horribly unstable, fridge was warm, bedisde lights don’t work properly, 1 coffee sachet for two guests, air conditioning didn’t work - Hotel was horribly hot. Bed was comfortable however.

Breakfast is very good, a variety of food to choose from. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is really convenient, close to Wang fujing and subway stations. Hotel rooms are a bit old and outdated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
