Knowledgeable about area & taxi rates, speak English that enable us to communicate, comfort & quiet, Plenty water are available inside & outside the room, breakfast is incredibly good, many elevators & quick too, many taxi outside the hotel, exceptionally good restaurants nearby, location is about 10 minitues from any shoping centers.

I have stayed numerous times and have liked the rooms. However this time the room was old unlike the ones I have stayed in the past. I requested a a walk in shower rather then a bathtub, but they claimed they were mot available. In sum, i would stay there again as I love the Sultan Restaurant behind the hotel.

Booking type of room on your site DOESN'T mean one gets that room. I had to argue for over 40 minutes with reception to be offered “an upgrade” to a room that didn’t meat the biked room. On third try, duty manager offered yet another upgrade…. To the room I booked, having showed the 4 receptionists & duty manager my booked room pictures from your site. GRAND DOUBLE ROOM.
