The property is convienently located around good dinning places. It has a good gym and spa services. The staff need a little bit of good customer service training, specially those who are at the reception desk. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have many options to choose from. It needs an improvement. Overall, I recommend any business traveler to stay at this hotel.

No basketball open to public only booking and before gym entrance seems dark and when I went in there is a note saying needs instructor. Only good thing about this hotel is good location everything is nearby like malls and metro walkable distance.

I booked this hotel for its golden location, but the view from the 20 floor was absolutely a nice surprise. Even though the hotel is old, I’ve enjoyed my stay here with the comfy of the bedding and towel, the convenience of the location (walking distance to public transit, a nearby mall with various restaurants/fast food to choose from) and decent service (fast cleaning and quick response to my requests) . The room is so spacious it’s even good for business men/women to work in. Overall, it’s a nice stay.

Great property and good location in Guangzhou. Excellent Front Desk Service. Bilingual Staff that’s helpful and communicate well in English. I enjoyed walking from the Hotel to nearby parks and cultural attractions. Walking distance from Guangzhou Zoo, which I enjoyed quite much. Revolving Buffet Restaurant has amazing views 👍

I enjoy having bottles of water at the elevators and also a staff member who assisted with getting into the elevator. The room was clean and I love the pop of color on the 35 th floor. The view was amazing and the ambiance of the lobby area was fantastic
