宿泊する前から微信でやりとりできて便利だった。部屋は広く設備も揃っていて非常に清潔だった。スタッフは親切で英語で応対してくれた。カフェの無料券が付いていたり、モーニングのビュッフェも料理が中華料理から洋食まで非常に充実していて美味しかった。オシャレなコンセプトのインテリアやアイテムが飾られていた。無料でランドリーを使用出来のが非常に便利だった。ロボット犬を見られるかなと思っていたが、故障しているのか受付付近に保管されているのみだったので次また行った時には見れると嬉しい。

CYBO hotel was great! The hotel room is very clean and modern - buttons right by the bed that make turning off the light convenient, bidet in bathroom, TV where you can see which laundry machines are open, etc. Speaking of laundry, a huge perk of this hotel is that there are 3 washing and drying machines each in the hotel! There is also a breakfast which had an amazing spread - we ate there both mornings and fully enjoyed ourselves! Staff is very friendly as well. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great hotel. Super modern and clean with great use of space. Coffee bar right in the lobby, baozi right outside, and taxis in front. My wife and I loved it and will stay here again.

Great hotel with clean, well-equipped rooms and at a very reasonable price. Staff are courteous and helpful. Complimentary coffees are a nice touch. Location is convenient with lots of eateries around. Downsides are the front of hotel is fenced off from the road so cars pickup and drop offs needs to be around 20 metres away and not so convenient if you're carrying lots of bags and luggage. Also ceiling and seals inside shower showing a bit of age and wear. Otherwise housekeeping does a great job as the room is very clean by smaller hotels' standards.

Staff was patient and kind. Good location for different food options, shopping and public transportation. Very spacious room. The room was relatively quiet even though there was a major construction project happening in front of the hotel. Loved the free laundry options (both washing machines & dryers) for hotel guests. It was a nice touch that you could track the timer of the laundry so you weren't wasting time guessing when your load was done. Appreciated the free coffee vouchers for the hotel's cafe. Only down side was that the hallways were a bit dark and rundown looking.

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel with great location for eating out and buying necessities. Also, free daily breakfast with so many food and drink options included (western and Chinese as well as fruits/vegetable selections). Even more standing out the courteous and helpful staff from receptionists to housekeepers, etc. Lastly, free laundry self-service included! Best for value and experience!

O hotel é bem localizado, perto do metrô e da Dongmen Street, e fornece vários amenities e bebidas grátis. Outro ponto positivo é lavanderia grátis e café da manhã variado. Porém a limpeza deixou a desejar. O chão do quarto estava muito empoeirado, não foi limpo nenhum dia, e as toalhas de banho e rosto sempre tinham fios de cabelo de outras pessoas.

今次係第三次入住亦都係體驗最差嘅一次,今次安排喺五樓,樓下就係垃圾站,經常有人掉大型垃圾好嘈吵另外浴室行出地板有啲問題,經過時候非常嘈,尤其是夜晚去廁所嘅時候可以整醒另一位！之前有潤膚液今次冇咗！左邊床,被面有污漬！另外今次小君好似有啲問題,叫咗佢好多次都冇乜反應,要用手動控制冷氣中途突然間試過一兩次自動熄咗！之前兩次入住都冇呢啲問題,希望下次再入住唔好再安排我住低層,同垃圾房樓上真係幾嘈！之前入住冇早餐,今次有早餐,中式比西式嘅好食,建議睇入住情況再安排食物,有啲食物真係放得太多,太耐火腿腸仔變得好乾！腸粉同粥幾好食！

Staff were very helpful. Staff were very helpful. Aircon became warm in the early hours ans we could not fix it. No toilet facilities on the ground floor. Toilet on 3rd Floor was dirty. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

The hotel was very advanced. It had all the cool features like automatic opening and closing of the curtains, auto switching lights on and off, in built alarm, and warm toilet seats. We had a great stay here and staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Everything almost alright, but there is a construction plant(by mtr) next to the hotel. Saturday Morning at sharp 7:30am, the workmen started working, the loud noice was so annoying, the ' bump bump bump and the digging sound made us cant sleep. this is the worst part of the trip !

ベッドの横に段差があります。注意していても必ず足を引っかけます。朝食ビュッフェは美味しいですが、種類はそんなにありません。注文するとお粥を目の前で作ってくれます。ホテルの南側は飲食店が沢山あります。徒歩10分くらいに华润万家という大き目のスーパーマーケットがあります。2階にビールも売っています。老街も徒歩10分くらいです。地下鉄の湖贝站まで徒歩4分です。 PCで作業できるような机はありません。丸いテーブルがあり、14インチノートPCを置くとマウスのスペースをなんとか確保できるかな、、という感じです。 10階の部屋に宿泊しました。自分の部屋は2重窓の外側の窓がしっかりと閉まりませんでしたが、騒音は微かに車のクラクションが聞こえてくるくらいです。 5泊し、周りの宿泊客の気配は全く聞こえませんでした。これはたまたま隣の部屋に誰も泊まっていなかったからなのかもしれませんが。冷蔵庫はまったく冷えません。 Wi-Fiは途切れることなく使えました。当然ですがGoogleやX(Twitter)などは規制されて見えません。

Hotel is clean! Room is equipped with a voice prompt for everything, e.g. opening and closing of the curtains, turning on and off air-conditioning, TV and lights. Hotel is a 3-5 minute walk from the Hubei (Line 2) subway station. All in all, a great stay at a very reasonable price!

we had a bed experience with property due to following reasons 1. actual room size was much smaller as compared to what was shown at time of booking. 2. cleaning staff broke inside the room even when we had clearly mentioned "do not disturb" sign and some of our things were got missing we even complained at reception but no action was taken. 3. reception staff was uncooperative

訂房是兩位成人及加購早餐，用餐前，女服務員竟然說只訂了一位早餐，我查看資料及出示証明，確實註明兩位成人及免費早餐，那位女服務員不服氣說，今次可兩位用餐，態度很差，令我感到很不安。我確實有付費，並不是白吃的，竟如此態度。退房時，男服務員說是他們弄錯了，應該包含兩份早餐，還贈飲品及致歉。另外，房間床邊沒有防護，容易碰到受傷，很危險。經過這次不愉快經歷，以後不會入住，亦不會推薦給朋友。

As previously mentioned a number of times, we truly enjoy staying at this hotel not only because of its surrounding, close to the infamous walking streets and good selections of eateries, most importantly are both the amenities and those helpful and friendly staff like Locus and his colleagues. I'd highly recommend this hotel to all my friends who come to Shenzen for a visit. Daily breakfasts were ample and large varieties.

Excellent accomodation. Staff helpful, good little cafe at reception. Turn left out of hotel and a few minutes walk from bustling food shops and restaurants. 3-4 minutes walk from metro, when turning right out of hotel.

The hotel is new and modern with good choices for breakfast. We like the voice assisted operation for turning on TV, light and opening closing the curtain. The hotel is located near Shengzhen East Gate district, plenty of dining and shopping options. Although metro is wide spread in the city, we found taxi is more convenient to get to the hotel.

It's close to subway, walkable in 5 mins, and it's close to many shops and eateries. We're allowed to check in an hour before official check-in time. Room was clean, spacious, modern and with a very big TV. The street around is always busy, particularly when construction work is undergoing. Included breakfast was quite good, not fancy but with reasonably mix to make it filling and nutritious. It's not a fancy hotel but practicable and good value.

Building looks very old. The breakfast is on 13th floor. If there are aged folks with wheelchair, this place is not suitable. Walking up 2 flights of stairs can be difficult for the senior folks with weak legs. Otherwise all is Ok. Rooms, toilets are installed with smart switches and smart toilet bowls which is quite cool

洗濯機の稼働状況がテレビ画面で確認出来るのは良いが夜の時間は洗濯機3台、乾燥機3台とも空いていないことがおおかたです。朝食は美味しくないです。3日申込しましたが、1日だけたべて、のこり2日間は食べませんでした。また、脚が藤生で、食堂や洗濯機の13Fまでは、12Fから階段であがらないといけないのも大変不便でした。
