Nice hotel; the location is excellent, and the staff was helpful. Katrina at the front desk was nice to talk to in English and helpful. The train station and electronics malls are close by. Breakfast and afternoon tea were complimentary and good. The room was good and clean, but the washrooms need to be cleaner.

Great Hotel in a Very Good Location I had a very good stay at this hotel in Shenzhen. Overall, everything was excellent. The staff were great, the food was very good, and the breakfast was especially enjoyable. The hotel is also very well situated in Shenzhen, which makes it a convenient choice for staying in the city. The only area that could use some improvement is the business center. It feels a little rundown and could definitely use some attention and a bit of investment to bring it up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. That said, this is only a minor point. Overall, it is a good hotel with great staff, good food, a very good breakfast, and an excellent location. I would definitely give it a good rating and would consider staying here again.

Very disappointed with the staff at reception. We had booked and fully paid through Hotels.com for a room for three people, yet upon arrival, the reception staff insisted that we pay an additional charge for the third person and the extra bed. We tried to explain that the booking was clearly for three people, but they were unwilling to listen or consider the situation. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge, but unfortunately, no one came to speak to us. We were left with no choice but to pay the additional charge. To make matters worse, the extra bed was incredibly uncomfortable — as hard as a rock! I subsequently contacted Hotels.com, who were extremely helpful, apologised for the misunderstanding, and offered compensation for the inconvenience caused by the hotel. On a positive note, the hotel itself is nice and centrally located. The city views are amazing, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the poor handling of our booking by the reception staff significantly affected our experience.
