-The hotel is conveniently located with stores and food places around. The metro is also close-by, -The hotel design was very dated but the room was big with huge windows with an excellent view of the city. -The security of the hotel was excellent. Key card is required to press the button to go up, unlike other five or four star hotels we stayed in other cities. -The front desk staff were generally efficient and friendly. The male staff we met (the guy who helped update our keys - we had 3 rooms) were especially friendly and helpful. -The bell staff who helped us with the luggage when we arrived by car and also when we left by car were very helpful.

The staff sat the front counter were not very friendly. The room itself is quite old, and the bathroom has a water barrier step that feels rather unsafe — it is easy to trip and fall. However, there is a convenience store downstairs, which is quite convenient. The location is also a bit far from the city center.
