Kerry Hotel, Beijing by Shangri-La

This is my second stay at the Kerry Hotel Beijing, and once again, it did not disappoint. It had been a top shelf experience from check in to check out. As an American who speaks no Chinese, I am especially grateful for the ease of communication both in directional signage and personal interaction. It has been a beautiful, comfortable, welcoming experience.

yes have shopping mall, more suitable for business trip

I had a late flight and I didn’t get to the hotel till 3:00 am . As USA citizen check in was easy and they had wash cloths . It is a amazing hotel with excellent food

Can't believe we were staying in the same hotel as the British Prime Minister during his visit to China. It's definitely a smart choice. Great location with easy access to everywhere. Lots of choices for good food and wine within the complex and a covered walkway to malls, which is key during this freezing winter season. We stayed at the club floor which is highly recommended with made to order breakfast, snacks all day and a highly delicious buffet cocktail from 5:30 to 7:30pm where you could skip dinner. Everyone at the club floor is really helpful and nice. You will definitely feel pampered. Micheal, Ava with beautiful smiles and I forgot to ask for the name of the young lady in the morning shift who tried her best to help us with restaurant bookings plus all other requests. Bars are another highlight. Centro in the lobby with live music and we saw the prime minister there too. Another one is Vinotheque if you prefer something quiet. Wine selection is excellent at reasonable price. What's more, they gave 30% discount for bottles below RMB3000. Can't wait to come back
