La única razón por la que reservamos este hotel era porque se encontraba cerca del aeropuerto y en la web de hotels.com decían que se ofrecía ese servicio. The property itself was not bad close to the train and had underground parking. We were told not to take the train late at night but that could be anywhere. Other than the cigarette smell in the hallway it was a good stay for me as my family.

Πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο κατάλυμα για όσους έχουν αυτοκίνητο (Πολύ σημαντικό) , υπάρχει και στάση λεωφορείου λίγα μέτρα πιο κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο, το οποίο σε παίρνει στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το δωμάτιο άνετο και καθαρό για μια οικογένεια, το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν το κλιματιστικό που δεν παγωνε το χώρο, μείναμε σχεδόν μία μέρα και ήταν πολύ ζέστη στην Μπολόνια. Δεν μπορώ να πω για πρόγευμα επειδή φύγαμε πολύ νωρίς το πρωί. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την εξυπηρέτηση

We chose this property because it was close to the airport. The website said they had 24 front desk and a transfer service. Neither are currently true. The front desk was closed from 11 pm to 7 am. They did call a cab for us and check in was easy. The pillows were extremely flat, some of the cases were stained and we asked for extra pillows which they could not supply. The property was clean but is showing some wear. The breakfast was good.

We stayed here with our two kids for an overnight layover, essentially checking in at 11pm and leaving at 5:30am. The hotel was excellent in terms of easy check-in, close proximity to airport, clean, quiet room with AC, and spacious bathroom. We loved the king bed in the middle and single beds on either side for our kids, who by this point in our vacation were thrilled not to have to share any longer!

Leider hat die Unterkunft nicht gut abgeschnitten. Die Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig, man hörte die Straße, die Menschen im Flur und und Unterhaltungen an der Rezeption. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen sehr ruhig.Check in und out problemlos.Konversation gut in Englisch möglich.Die Betten leider etwas durchgelegen und d.Kopfkissen sehr hart.Der Frühstücksraum sehr klein,das Frühstück spärlich.Kaffee gab es gar nicht,da für 30 Frühstückende nur 1 Kaffeebereiterin an der Kaffeemaschine zuständig war.

It was at 5 in the morning as we were leaving the hotel and my sister was stuck on the elevator alone. No employees were available to rescue her or help her. It took her approximately 15 mins or more before someone in the elevator in the emergency bell answered her. We are guests in this country travelling and not having anyone to attend as an employee can be very scary with a law suit if anything happened to her in the elevator so early in the morning stuck by herself and no emo yes to Assist!!!

Over all experience went well. There was confusion with their breakfast. They charge for it and it is not included. We were in a hurry and took a couple of items to-go and they charged us full price. I believe the language barrier was the issue. Staff could be nicer as well; seemed like it was an inconvenience to have foreigners.

We stayed at hotel del Borgo when visiting Ducati factory and museum. This hotel is literally a stones throw away, ideally placed! The staff are amazing Allessandro (manager) friendly and accommodating. As is the way with Italy, rooms are just as you need them. Bologna is a simple 20 minute bus ride on one direct (no.23) €2 /person (each direction) whilst we were here. Bus stops at terminus in Bologna, when returning get off at “Ducati” stop. Recommend the restaurant Trattoria Della Salute highly! Whilst the google pics and exterior do nothing for it, the prices are what locals pay and the food is of the quality locals demand, whereas restaurant next door to hotel is arty farty and expensive! Breakfast in hotel is more than adequate, typically continental, always fresh meats, eggs, fresh bread and with croissants too. Nice coffee fresh made. Stayed in many hotels top/bottom of market and very much feel hotel del Borgo ticks our boxes.

Stayed here for 1 night as had a very late night flight arrival. Was sent a door code to get into the hotel and keys were left, which was a really quick and easy process. 7/8min journey from airport and was around €18. Hotel was so lovely and room was clean! Beds were comfortable and exrta pillows were in the wardrobe if needed. Well stocked minibar (pay at checkout) and lovely traditional italian breakfast!! The pastries were amazing!! Woukd definitely stay here again.
