Hotel incrível, o melhor café da manhã que provamos na Italia! Cidade de bologna é maravilhosa, a melhor culinária italiana! Hotel muito limpo, estruturado e quarto muito espaçoso e confortável. Oferece uma academia top no ultimo andar! Unica observação é que é um pouco longe do centro, mas de carro ou com transporte publico é algo de no maximo 30 minutos! No geral, hotel excelente! Great stay if you’re visiting nearby car museums I stayed at the Best Western in Bologna and was pleasantly surprised. The location is super convenient if you’re driving — easy access and parking made it stress-free with a rental car. The room itself was comfortable and the air conditioning blew ice cold, which was much appreciated in the summer heat. The hotel is a little dated in some areas, but I noticed renovations underway, so it looks like they’re working on updates. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. One big highlight: the breakfast. Honestly, for such a reasonable price, it was way better than I expected. Marriott properties could learn a thing or two here — this was fresh, well-stocked, and offered plenty of variety. Only downside was the elevator — the doors closed way too quickly and the ride itself was painfully slow, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. If you’re in town to see the Lamborghini Museum, Ducati Factory, or Ferrari Museum, this is a great base. I’d definitely recommend it.

Ein eigentlich gutes Hotel, in dem man ein zwei Tage übernachten kann. Die Zimmer waren ok, relativ gross. Oben Fitness Bereich war gut. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war nicht gut genug wie es in einem 4 Sterne Hotel sein soll. Erster Eindruck, wenn man reinkommt gut. Die Aufzüge müssen definitiv erneuert bzw. wenigstens neu gestrichen werden. Die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel kann man nutzen.

La habitación que había alquilado era Suite Junior y era un desastre, moqueta con manchas, no tenia mesa para trabajar, cortinas rotas, muebles muyyy viejos, en general la habitación parecía un hotel de 2 estrellas y he pagado casi 200€ por noche… en general el hotel no tiene mantenimiento, el gym tenía todas las maquinas muy antiguas y no tenia ni maquinas ni mancuernas solo 3 cintas de correr y 3 bicicletas… En general un desastre!!

Outdated property with stains all over the floors. All the equipment in the gym was malfunctioning and was most definitely a safety hazard. The front desk staff was very formal and not welcoming. It was a decent location for one night but I will not be staying here again.

Room carpet and curtains smells bad, need renovation, moulds in the bathroom, the lift is always busy, have to wait a long time. The hotel was near the supermarket, lot of parking spaces, easy to take a bus to town.

The actual room for which we were paying was dirty. The carpet was stained and torn in spots. Dust had accumulated unchecked in corners. In short, the room was disappointing by US Best Western standards. While some of the staff were pleasant and helpful, at least a couple seemed to be, by nature, unusually surly. Although we had no disputes and exchanged only a few innocuous sentences with her, one staff member at the front desk was the most unpleasant person -- not just to us, but to everyone, at least non-locals -- we met on our travels. It is striking how some hospitality chains employ, in customer contact positions, people who are, by nature, unusually ill-suited to the role or do not like people, who just do not believe in being pleasant, or even slightly friendly. I watched the woman to whom I am referring interact with others, and at least with all non-Italians she was brusque and rude to everyone. It was not a momentary or passing mood issue, because she was surly in the evening and the next morning, all day without any mitigation. Various parts of the hotel and amenities were closed; food was generally not available nearby. At times the whole facility seemed like it was operating at a bare minimum level, barely staying open, and staff seemed unhappy about even that.

There was free parking at the hotel, which was very convenient for us. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was a nice surprise. The Wi-Fi connection was quite good, and the rooms were modern and relatively clean. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of hot food, including scrambled eggs and sausages. However, better ventilation in the bathroom would have improved our stay. We also noticed a stain on the duvet cover, which was unpleasant to find. In the early morning, we were woken up by housekeepers chatting and laughing loudly in the corridor—likely due to poor soundproofing.

This should not be on your VIP list! I did not receive any VIP benefits. The carpet was filthy, found hairs in the bathroom and the safe and remote control did not work. We called front desk to have the issues fixed. After waiting for a while and after a second call to get a ETA, technician showed up and repaired the the control but was unable to fix the safe. This is definitely not worthy of the VIP status. Disappointed and would have picked a different hotel.

Checked in and out with lovely Benedetta, she was super helpful and friendly with a radiant smile. The rooms were cool and spacious and well fitted. Breakfast had a vast array of food and drink and was delicious. Transport links to the centre good, only 20 mins by bus.

This was the best Chain hotel I have ever stayed at, and i travel alot. The room was huge and had everything you needed. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing we needed was to ask to have the AC turned on, as its a green hotel and controlled by the front desk. The 6euro breakfast was well worth it. All you can eat and was a wide variety of food. The desk staff was more then welcoming and helpful. It was located pretty well, about an hour walk to downtown. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are in the area.

Stayed four nights. We had a car, so I wanted a place close to Bologna and close to major highways (for daytrips). Great place! It's 15 min to the major parking at Bologna (Plaza VIII) and convenient for day trips to Ravenna, Rimini, Modena, Parma, Ferrara, etc... Highly recommend.

Liked close to downtown Bologna, underground parking and very friendly front desk staff. Didn't like that we couldn't eat lunch in the restaurant because they had a buffet set up for meeting guests only so we had to leave the property to get a meal. Part of selecting this hotel was an on-site restaurant.
