The staff here were all really friendly and very helpful. We’re not Italian speakers but the staff had excellent English so this wasn’t a problem. The rooms were very clean and well equipped and room service came in every day. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of things to choose from. We spent time at the rooftop jacuzzi area which was a very pleasant place to sit and relax.

The staff were excellent. The food/dining were well above and beyond what I’ve come to expect from a hotel. The gym had minimal equipment but its location on the top floor provides a beautiful view of the sunrise if you’re willing to get up early enough.

Very modern hotel with good size room & bathroom. Enjoyed the rooftop area and hot tub. The breakfast was one of the best we have had with great service. A bit of a walk from old town but worth the extra walk.

Hotel OK, good breakfast with plenty of options. Location is convenient as it’s very close to the bus stop. 30min walking to Bologna city centre or 15min by bus Cleaning services were quite annoying since it took 1h to clean our room.

The staff was excellent, the room was spacious and quite, the TV was ima good size, lovely roof terrace, but the cleaning wasn't up to standard, when we checked in, the trash wasn't emptied, the little paper cups weren't replaced, and left ditty and many more little things like that, i suggest that the management will do spot inspection on the cleaners, to avoid this issues reoccurring

Es stimmt dass die Zimmer renoviert wurden. Das Zimmer an sich (Bett etc.) war auch in Ordnung. Nur das Bad war eine Zumutung. Schimmel, Kanalgeruch, Dreck und ein nicht ablaufen wollender Abfluss haben alles getoppt. Wir waren froh nur eine Nacht dort verbringen zu müssen. Der Teppich in den Hotelfluren müffelt. Das so gelobte Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse hat gelbe Wasserränder. Kein Service in dem Bereich! Auch niemand der Müll wegräumt. Die Outdoor "Bar" existiert nicht, es stehen nur Stühle rum bei denen man sich setzten kann, das war es! All in fühlen wir uns von den positiven Bewertungen und den Hotelbildern sehr getäuscht! Wir können es nicht nachvollziehen.

Hotel staff was very friendly. The room was big enough, beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. When I checked in, they had to give me a different room than planned because my room hadn't been cleaned yet even though I wasn't too early to check in. The room was very noisy. I could follow every conversation of people passing by in the corridor and I could hear when someone in the room next to me was taking a shower or flushing the toilet and I woke up from their alarm. The shower was not separated from the bathtub so that was quite slippery and dangerous. Breakfast was fine, a lot of options as well. The scrambled eggs needed some more salt and pepper though and the bacon was not crispy at all. When I checked out I could store my luggage to pick it up later, so that was very practical. However when I came back to pick up my luggage I needed to use the toilet in the lobby and those were very filthy.

The room was very nice. Very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The only thing that would stop me from giving it five stars is the fact that you do not have any control over the temperature of your room. It was too hot, and we were told to open the window. I would have preferred to just adjust a temperature gauge since after about ten minutes, we were too cold. Temperature was a constant struggle throughout the stay.

Schönes Zimmer, scvon etwas abgewohnt aber mit allem benötigten Komfort. Leider mit einer Verbindungstüre zum Nachbarzimmer, so dass man jedes Wort das Nebenan gesprochen wurde mitbekommen hat. Frühstück war dafür hervorragend.

Nice modern room. NOISY!! Noise from adjacent rooms high. Noise from garden events awful. Make sure your room is the other side. Breakfast 7/10. Restaurant 5/10. Very good location for Exhibition centre. Poor location for tourism. I won’t stay here again.

This hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room. A mini fridge and a kettle and some coffee was provided which was very nice. Bed was comfortable and big. Lots of lights so helpful to read book at night. Air conditioning was great. Not too far from station or city center. Bus stop near. Aldi close by literally 5 min walk.

Simone and the front desk staff were amazing, accommodating me with an early check in when my luggage was lost. Restaurant staff were pleasant as well. Only suggestion would be free delivery for rooftop requested meals and mosquito treatment on the rooftop as well. Would stay again.

The hotel is 20 minute walk from the train station and is not very close to historic Bologna by foot. Keep this in mind if you have heavy or bulky luggage. You can catch a ride into historic Bologna, and the staff is happy to arrange this for you.

Room was clean and maintained daily. Location is a little north of Bologna city center which allows it to be quieter stay. Easy access to bus into city and nice restaurants nearby to hotel of wanting to stay closer for dinner. Staff were excellent and helpful for recommendations within Bologna.

L'albergo è bello, curato e moderno. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Materasso molto comodo! Colazione ottima e completa. Personale dalla reception alla sala colazione gentile. La nota negativa secondo me è rappresentata dai dintorni dell'hotel, soprattutto la sera a piedi non è molto sicuro, c'è poca scelta di ristoranti. Apprezzabile quindi che ci sia all'interno della struttura un ristorante aperto per cena.

Wonderful hotel located outside the Old City but a short bus ride or taxi ride to the Old City. A very modern hotel. We had a queen size bed in a large room on the 3rd floor. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Very large and delicious breakfast but this is optional. There are not many restaurants in the vicinity but the hotel has an excellent restaurant on the main floor open from 7 to 10 pm with a reasonably priced menu and very good service. Try the Bolognese dishes - their specialty.

Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Cleaning was done every day to a good standard and bathrooms were well equipped. Hotel staff were very friendly and offered help with making reservations and bookings at restaurants for us. Location leaves a little bit to be desired with regards to accessing the city centre however the new tram network should address this. Restaurant served great breakfast with very good choice and selection including hot and cold items and beverages, though the dinner menu left something to be desired.
