Cute hotel, in walking distance from the historic city centre. The hotel itself was very stylishly decorated. The spa and jacuzzi etc were for an extra fee and booking needed to be made to use these. This was not clear in the information. The area is not the nicest of the city, a bit run down and dirty. The room was also a bit old but the decoration was cute and vintage. No complain about cleanliness.

We were so surprised by the uniqueness of this property! Cute terraces on floors 2 and 3 (maybe 1 as well but we didn’t check!), free bicycles to use (first come;first served), nice spa area, comfortable room and wonderful staff! Location was perfect for us - near the train station and only a one mile walk to the center of Bologna! The walk was great! We had the BEST dinner and service at a nearby restaurant- La Corte dei Ghiottoni!! So perfect!!

Hotel molto carino, comodo per raggiungere il centro, sia a piedi che coi mezzi, buono anche per evitare la ztl centrale e trovare parcheggio abbastanza facilmente (seppur a pagamento, fino alle 18). Non ho ricevuto alcun servizio Vip Access ma il personale è stato comunque molto gentile. Rifacimento delle camere giornaliero, stanza piccola ma regolare. Le pareti non sono molto insonorizzate e filtra un po' di luce del corridoio nelle stanze. Ho usufruito della spa con accesso ad uso esclusivo per un'ora, 35 euro a persona ma la possibilità di un completo relax (ottimo il bagno turco, molto intenso). La colazione è opzionale a 15 euro a persona, ideale per chi non la vuole fare risparmiando qualcosa sul costo del pernottamento.

The room we had was small and we were not offered an upgrade. I think most rooms are on the small side. You can hear people coughing and talking in the rooms next-door. We could not get the water in the spa hot enough. It seem to, get the heat going when you push the Jets on but they only lasted on for about five minutes and pushing them on most the time we were there did not get it to the temperature we wanted. The steam room and sauna were nice. The TV was mounted at the side of the room and trying to make it more easy to see pulled the cable out of the back. Only one channel seem to have English, number 39. The parking down the street was tight but worked.

Easy to find. Parking was free but a tight squeeze. Comfy bed and a jetted tub, room is small. Only complaint was sound proofing. The guy in the next room made phone calls until 11:45 pm and you could almost hear both sides of the call.

Loved the location and concept of the property. Staff at the front desk was very welcoming. However, taking off points for cleanliness. Some parts of the room were obviously dusty (area around the bed, there were someone’s hairs in the towels, signs of mould in the bathroom). We didn’t appreciate the old duvets much. The pics are really nice but not exactly as the hotel looks. Front desk and restaurant are amazing people. Room not so good for 4 star hotel. I had to clean a few things in the bathroom, specifically and towel warmer that had 1cm in dust. It seems it was never cleaned. the shower was terrible, just a few drops coming out of the head. the location is good, some good restaurants near by and walking distance to the city center.

Staff simpatico, mas hotel com zero isolamento acústico. Parece que as paredes são feitas de isopor, não dá pra ter uma boa noite de sono. A parte positiva é que é perto da estação central, mas o caminho não é agradável, sobretudo a pé e à noite.

Camere purtroppo estremamente rumorose, assenza di insonorizzazione, dalla mia camera si sentiva ogni porta che veniva chiusa, ogni passo di altre persone. Il soggiorno purtroppo è stato ulteriormente rovinato da un gruppo di ospiti estremamente festaioli dello stesso piano, che sono stati più volte redarguiti in piena notte anche dal portinaio, con scarso successo. In bagno a disposizione solo cuffietta doccia, sapone e bagnoschiuma. Per un quattro stelle consiglio di mettere a disposizione almeno anche fazzoletti monouso e balsamo. Sinceramente non ci tornerei.

Helaas is het in de kamer enorm gehorig. Weinig slaap gehad en matras was mij te zacht. Ontbijt was gemiddeld. Ik zou het hotel geen 4 sterren geven. Goed voor 1 overnachting om vlucht op luchthaven Bologna te halen. Locatie was wel goed. Op loopafstand van treinstation en met gemak binnen 10 minuten op vliegveld met de Marconi Express.

A comfy place to stay that is clean and just right for a solo traveller with hand luggage. Coming as 2 or more or with large suitcases might prove tricky to place them comfortably. The location is great near the station and some restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. No noise whatsoever and there is also a small shop on the corner selling items like water and snacks. The counter in the bathroom was wel sized to put toileteries.

My room had a balcony and went looking outside, there were two guys stealing a bag from a tourist. I run to reception for them to contact the police but the lady in the reception stated that it was not the hotel “bussines” I left wondering about the sense of community and helping others as it was next door to them! Not going back there. The stuff were rude.

Unhelpful staff! They couldn’t help with dinner reservations, couldn’t make change,… The room had no aircondition and was hot. The window had to be open and the restaurant downstairs had noise until 11:30. The bathroom had such a small sink the you could barely fill your water bottle in it. There was barely a place to put your toothbrush. This hotel was expensive and offered no amenities. Breakfast was 15 Euro more per person per day Behind the door was ripped wallpaper. This hotel did not set a good tone for our visit to Bologna!

Personale disponibilissimo, mi ha permesso anche un check-in in anticipo e ho sempre avuto risposte pronte ad ogni problema (Nicola e Simone in particolar modo). Uniche "pecche": il riscaldamento in camera che non sono mai riuscito ad abbassare (anche spegnendo, la camera era decisamente troppo calda) nonostante i consigli; il letto non irresistibile (il materasso non era comodissimo anche se accettabile). Struttura veramente bella, personale stesso di pulizia molto disponibile e ottima pulizia. Se avessi modo, ci tornerei, perché trovare buone strutture in Italia non è più scontato. Complimenti!

Closer to centre than I thought as don’t usually stay on that side of railway. It was a blessing as there was roadworks outside one hotel and work on the towers at another. Room nice but plain, bathroom very good. Quick check in and room available early. Staff very helpful.

I felt this was a perfectly adequate hotel and represented good value for the price paid. The location was good being near the station and for my next destination. The city centre was quite a long walk but nothing unmanageable and there's plenty to see on the way. I did not book breakfast I felt the price was a bit steep but changed my mind. I was glad I did. Whilst not exceptional the price compared favourably to a single dish or a pastry and juice in the more touristy areas, I do recommend this so you can spend more on a good lunch

We stayed for one night in the Flower Suite during a really hot day in the summer. We were two adults and to teenagers. The location is close to the train station and it is straight forward and easy to walk there even with luggage. The suite is really a flower suite since all wallpapers are with flowers. It was clean although it is not super modern. On the downside the bathroom is a bit cramped. Staying the suite probably makes more sense when it's not really hot in the summer. The reason we booked the suite was that we got a really got price for it. However, it was really good that the kids got their own beds instead of sofa beds as usual. Since we stayed inside due to the heat in the afternoon it was convenient with the sitting area. When we arrived, there was something wrong with the AC and the room was hot. We were not sure if the AC could not cope with the heat outside, but after an hour or two we contacted the front desk. The lady there was super friendly and solution oriented. She came to our room and managed to get the AC going after pulling a few tricks on it. Great job! She had a backup plan tough, offering is two other rooms if the AC would fail. But it did not and what a relief it was when the suite was chilled. We opted in for breakfast and did not regret it. There was plenty to choose from and a barista preparing coffee. It was a treat to be able to sit outside in the shade in the courtyard to enjoy the breakfast.
