Incredible service from the first minute you enter the hotel. They really try to maintain an old fashioned atmosphere but with modern amenities. Only caveat is that the doors to the rooms have old fashioned keys and not cards. Very charming but not practical. Also, the breakfast was high quality but quite a small selection of breakfast items for 45 EUR. We stayed on the first floor, known as a noble floor. The ceiling height is like 4 meters, amazing.

Everything was good, the only reason I do not give a 5 star review is because I had a request for housekeeping at 10pm and they were not available (gone for the night). Other 5-star hotels I have stayed at had 24hr housekeeping services

The hotel is in an ideal location, 5 minutes from La Scala and 10 minutes from Brera. And, the hotel is gorgeous and historic. But what made the hotel really stand out was the staff: helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at the hotel—from the concierge to the front desk personnel to the bellmen—went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. I can’t recommend the hotel enough.
