The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great - very easy access (2 min walking) to the metro and a few more minutes to get to Milano Centrale. Access to the Duomo with the metro - 10 minutes. Breakfast is good, nothing fancy, but it does the job. Family (quadruple) room is a bit small. Air conditioning! There is an air-con in the hotel and in the rooms - while not freezing cold, it was still good (we had a good night sleep even during the heatwave).

Only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the hotel. Drilling 7am was not fun at all!! Other than that the location is great crossing street from central station, staff and amenities are nice, breakfast is great!

The hotel's proximity to Milano Centrale (train station) is very convenient, just a short 5-minute walk away.There is Also a hop On and off bus stop near the hotel. Guests can enjoy a happy hour at the bar offering a drink and snack for 8 euros. The lounge is cozy and well-maintained, while the room size is satisfactory. There are plenty of breakfast options available. Cheche, who works in the breakfast area, is extremely friendly and accommodating.

Very disappointing experience at c-hotels Atlantic Milano. The hotel refused to check us in because I did not have my passport with me, even though I presented my French residence permit, which is an official document. The situation escalated to the point that we had to go to the police station to confirm my identity and legal status, wasting a lot of time and causing unnecessary stress. Ironically, after the police intervention, the hotel finally accepted our check-in — proving the issue could have been solved easily from the start with a bit of professionalism. A hotel should welcome its guests, not send them to the police station before giving them a room.
