Great location with excellent restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean and well-equipped. However, I did not feel comfortable staying at their tower which locates across from the main hotel. Any stranger could enter the building by following us (luckily it did not happen).

ミラノ滞在が長引いたので、急遽予約しました。特筆すべきは朝食サービスです。メニューは豊富で、どれも美味しかったです。私は別館の4階に宿泊でしたが、部屋は十分に広くて綺麗でした。ただ、今回1人宿泊だったのに、部屋に戻ってスリッパに履き替えて暫く歩き回ったら、スリッパの裏に誰かが噛んだガムが貼りつきました。これ、なんなんですかね？清掃スタッフの仕業としか思えませんが…。なので、受付対応・朝食サービス・部屋の清潔さは◯ですが、噛んだガムの放置は✖️です。でも総じて、お勧めできるホテルだと思いました。

Hôtel propre, mais vieux, certainement pas un 4 étoiles. Peu d'isolation acoustique, on entend les voisins parler à travers les conduits de la ventilation, les portes qui claquent et les femmes de ménage qui commencent (trop) tôt... La douche est minuscule, je suis petite et mince et j'y entrais à peine! En plus, il faut laisser sa clé à la réception chaque fois qu'on sort, et la récupérer quand on revient. Ce n'est pas pratique. L'hôtel aurait intérêt à moderniser ses installations. Points positifs : petit frigo, bouilloire, tasses et verre, café et thé dans la chambre. Aussi très près de la gare de trains Milano Centrale et du métro.

밀라노 첫날 늦게 도착해 다른 호텔에서 하루 투숙한 후 본격적인 일정이 시작되는 둘째날부터 베르나에 묵었습니다. 아침 일찍 짐만 맡겨두고 일정을 시작하는 날이었는데 리셉션의 직원 분이 너무 친절하게 환대해주셨고, 호텔은 오래된 건물처럼 보였지만 객실이 먼지 하나, 머리카락 한 올 없이 너무 깨끗해서 감동했어요. 리셉션 옆에는 무료로 즐길 수 있는 커피와 간단한 스낵이 늘 구비되어 있었고, 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 특히 직접 갈아먹을 수 있는 당근이 너무 좋았구요. 호텔이 위치한 거리에는 늦은시간까지 여는 식당과 아침을 먹을 수 있는 브런치 가게들이 여럿 있었어요. 중앙역이랑 가깝다는 건 말 안해도 좋은 장점입니다. 밀라노에서 며칠 보낸 후 기차를 타고 볼차노로 이동해야 하는 저희 일행에게는 최고의 선택지였습니다. 1층에 바도 가보고 싶었는데 못 가봐서 아쉬워요. 이번에 두번째 밀라노 방문이었는데, 세번째 방문 기회가 있다면 전 무조건 베르나에 다시 갈 거에요.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room with full size shower (which is not as common in Europe). Centrally located and lots of food and places of interest nearby. There is a nightclub and hooka bar directly next To this hotel that gets loud at times at night (until 5am). The noise didn’t affect me, but it kept my friend up. I would stay here again, but ask for a room located further from the club.

Very pretty and cozy hotel. Absolutely friendly and kind staff, always willing to help and give advice. Delicious breakfast! The hotel is a little dated however. Air conditioning barely keeping up, ceiling fan not working. We were unable to close the blinds for the night. We would probably stay there again because location was excellent ❤️

The property is about 150 metres from the piazza in front of Milano Centrale. Brilliant location if travelling by train. It is a little dated but in excellent condition and very clean. The staff are very helpful. Cons: Our room was very small. The wi-fi was so weak, it was useless. There was significant noise coming from other rooms despite the hotel’s claims of “soundproof rooms”.

Very close to the train station! 24 front desk. Room is clean. They gave us free water and soda upon arrival, highly appreciated! The only negative thing is the size of the bathroom. I’m a petite person and there was hardly enough room for me to shower. The toilet situation is kinda weird. With the bidet in an angle with the toilet seat, it was just enough room for my petite legs. If you have long legs, it will be uncomfortable. Other than that, we like everything else.

Our stay began with an unfriendly gentleman at check in. Once completed, we began walking to the lobby elevator and Mr. Unfriendly responded with a sneer that we were in the building across the street. Ummm, why didn’t he tell us at check in? Our friends had Luka at check in and he graciously walked us across the street to our rooms. We spent a couple of evenings in the bar with Danielle and he was awesome! After the second night of our three night stay, the four of us were returning to our rooms and the elevator stopped. We contacted the front desk via a cell phone because the elevator button didn’t work. Luca contacted the elevator company then walked across the street to talk with us while we were stuck. We were finally set free after an hour +. Luca apologized profusely and gave us water and cokes. When we asked how we would be compensated for our horror/inconvenience, we were told that we needed to speak with the manager. The unfriendly desk clerk came by our table in the bar the following evening offering a drink coupon for our trouble with the elevator and we refused it because that wouldn’t make the situation right. Long story short, we never were able to speak with said manager before we checked out. When I emailed questioning a charge and asking about our inconvenience, all I received was a “sorry”. I find it sad that front desk personnel are not empowered to do the right thing when customers experience inconveniences. I do not recommend this hotel!

We were only in Milan for one night but the Hotel Berna was in the perfect location to reach the sights in the city. The room was very comfortable. We had an early departure leaving before breakfast but the hotel made us up a breakfast bag which was great!

Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Told us breakfast was included and during breakfast told us it wasn't. Wouldn't have eaten there otherwise. Arrived before check in time and sat for an hour and a half. Staff failed to proactively tell us when our room was ready. We had to go up and ask at 2:50.

Arrived Sep 2, 2024, around 10pm. The hotel room was clean and cozy, beds were comfortable but the downside was the hotel receptionist who was rude and inconsiderate who did not address our concern in a timely manner. Noticed an annoying beep from the safe and concern was not resolved in an acceptable time. Receptionist finally decided to move us to another room after I pointed out how hospitality services should look like. He was not also kind to his co worker.
