Great place to stay, absolutely fabulous location. Nice features including a roof top terrace that we had access to. Clean and everything worked just fine. If back in Milan this will be our number one place to go back to.

The hotel was a bit fenced off due to renovations, but it was easy to find and in a great location near Milan train station. From the hotel it was easy to navigate by metro and tram to attractions and San Siro. extra points for well-implemented luggage storage after check-out

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, with the hot options just as cold as the rest of the breakfast i.e. sausage, bacon and scrambled egg was always cold, so after two mornings gave up on the cooked breakfast. The check-in and check-out were lacking in friendliness, the reception staff hardly spoke, only asked for card details to pay the city tax and then issued my key. Bar staff were not much better, we managed to order some drinks, and then had them brought to us without a word spoken, not even a hello. All in all, the hotel was okay, as we were out most of the 4 days we were there. It was just the lack of friendliness from the hotel staff that let it down.

Great location, very near the train station and subway. The hotel itself was a bit hard to find at first but once we got there and made a note of the location, it was easy to access. Room itself was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was good for dinner. Reception wasn’t super helpful with questions but that could have been a language issue. Overall we had a great stay.

The building was completely covered with a white netting material that made it look like it was under construction. I was told there was no construction happening to the building and that the netting was for safety purposes. Not sure what that means. Also, the power went out for 3 to 4 hours and no one could get into their rooms. It appears the hotel did not have an emergency generator.

Hotel was very clean and our room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a little flat. The location is perfect if you’re using Milan as a jumping off point to explore Northern Italy. Less than a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale train station! Highly recommend this hotel in Milan!

I was shocked at this property. The room is big, yes but the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Instead of it being a queen sized bed, they put together two twin beds which led my partner to fall on the ground in the middle of the night. We were three people in the room and only offered two towels. At night, I needed a cup of hot water for my tea and medicine and I called the reception a total of 6 times and was not assisted. The hotel is under renovation of some sort and it’s very inconvenient to park, order Ubers and have access to it. The hotel corridor is dark and it feels old and odd. Strange. For 250 a night I expected a bit more modern, better beds, and services. There’s not even a single person to help with luggage! It’s crazy.

This was a really nice hotel close to the train station in Milan, it was one of the biggest rooms I've had in Italy even in the United States, we had a junior executive suite on a high floor facing the Alps, it was really nice

Staff interactions were robotic. The hotel was a little difficult to find because it is tucked behind other commercial buildings in a parking lot. However, the room was very spacious and clean. And once you find the hotel, you will realize it is very close to the central train station.

Lobby unattended for 25 minutes, No VIP treatment, checking time took 30 minutes, lose my flight because they couldn’t get a taxi in 40 minutes. Expedia do better choosing these hotels l. It cost me money for the lobby uncompetitive service

We were very happy with everything. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel is nice and new. The only issue is the hotel is hard to find. Don’t follow google maps route, if you’re walking from the train station. It will take you around the block and double or triple the distance. Take a right when exiting the train station and then turn left on Fabio Filzi. You will then see a sign on the sidewalk that will direct you right to go to the hotel. The hotel is off the street by about 50 meters.

Not an easy task to locate since the signage is very small, and if happen to be on the other side of the street walking from the train station as I was, you miss it. But once you realize where it is and go through an open entrance and through a building voilà, the big sign that you were expecting appears. And I did enjoy my stay.

Our train was cancelled, so we spent an unexpected night here. Excellent location to Milano Centrale, but took some exploration to find as no signage existed on the street. Overall, room was clean and in good repair. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant, and a nice breakfast spread in the morning. Staff was helpful to print my train ticket.
