Hotel was much better than expected. Easy to find with transport links nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Decor a little dated but did not affect our stay. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel hours before we could actually check in, which was really helpful. We booked a suite for 3 people and glad we did as was perfect size, anything else would of been too small. Ate in the hotel one morning and breakfast was adequate (basic continental for 12 Euro per person). Lift up to rooms felt a little unsafe, but did not see option for stairs. Lots of natural light in the room and had air-con. Wish there were more pillows and drinking facilities (coffee sachets, cups, bottles of water) in the room. Would recommend and stay again for an easy trip to Milan

The size of room was great and clean. The location we did have to Uber alot. We also picked it for having a gym but when we arrived we found out it was unavailable we were extremely disappointed. We should have been notified prior to checking in.

Premier séjour de 3 jours à Milan. Bel hôtel dans quartier calme, juste un peu excentré mais très appréciable avec son parking au tauf raisonnable pour la ville. Jardin intérieur très agréable pour le petit-déjeuner. Une valeur sûre pour ceux qui aiment marcher...mais les transports en commun sont aussi à proximité. Personnel très agréable.

El personal del hotel esta super amable, gracias chik@s por todo! El servicio muy bien, nos gusto mucho el lounge y el afternoon-pizza :) La habitacion estaba bien nos toco una con suelo laminado (mejor que con carpet). La cama tenia ruedas y se movio al sentarse para ver la tele. Hace falta un poco de amor a todo, esta siendo muy "run down" y no perfectamente limpio. El desayuno no lo recommendamos para nada - que manera de empezar el dia! Un sitio super ruidoso, mal organizado, solo una maquina de cafe para TODOS y el cafe un insulto! En Milan?! Al final mi marido pregunto si por favor nos podrian jacer un latte macchiato ya que lo de la maquina no se podia beber, y nos trajeron uno.descepcion total!

We thought we had booked another hotel, but when we arrived, we found ourselves at the Leonardo Hotel by mistake and realized this at the reception. But it was a good thing we stayed at this hotel; the room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. We had very little time to explore the city, but despite that, Mr. Federico at the front desk welcomed us warmly and kindly without any hesitation, drew up a route for us on the map, and we were able to explore the city thoroughly. Pobyt zaliczamy do bardzo udanych, czyste i schludne pokoje, codziennie sprzątane. Wygodne łóżka, miłe i komfortowe wyposażenie. Przechowalnia bagażu. Smaczne i obfite w różnorodności śniadania. Very nice hotel in Chinatown with many food/drink options locally or walking distance to M2 or M5 Metro lines for travel to main train stations or Central Milan/Airport . Bed was very comfortable and maid service exceptional . Breakfast was more than adequate with hot/cold choices . The only negative i can give is there was no in room kettle for coffee but other than that a very pleasant stay .

Upon arrival to our room we found someone had already been in the room and drank a bottle of water. They also used the slippers and made a cup of coffee on the end table leaving a mess of sugar and coffee behind. The bathroom floor had what looked like splattered blood droplets on it. Generally needs updated. Shower was terrible. Couch heavily stained. Air conditioning not great. Noise from outside easily penetrated into room. Overall dissatisfaction.

The Hotel is in the middle of the China Town which is not bad and in the near of the hotel is a tram station, so you can easily take that to go the city if you do not want to walk even if it is a short and nice trail to the city through a park. Most of the staffs were friendly. The room was ok, not to say "too old". It might have been cleaned up but you could tell that the building is old, so the sofa looked like it belonged to the grand-grand-grand-grandmother with its stains and the same with the curtain and the room smelled a bit of smoke if someone smoked in the room many years ago which also means that they never changed the curtain. The bed sheets also contained stains (black). I am sure that they washed it and the stain was not removable but in this case for 4 stars-hotel they could have changed the bedsheet instead of keep using it. I do not know if it is common not to be able to open the window but if they just do not clean everything but keep things also hygienic, I would book the place again.

We had a great jr suite on the first floor … room was great but very noisy… right above delivery drop off and early starts. Staff was great… recommend just get a higher floor room

I loved the room but carpet and stained upholstery. Air conditioning turned off at 9 pm which makes no sense given that s when people need air conditioning. Hotel in la Spezia didn t charge us city tax to compensate for nights when air conditioner didn t work. This hotel refused to compensate us for the inconvenience.

We thought we had booked another hotel, but when we arrived, we found ourselves at the Leonardo Hotel by mistake and realized this at the reception. But it was a good thing we stayed at this hotel; the room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Staff went over and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. We stayed 1 night on Sept. 25th 2025. The concierge who checked us in was extremely helpful. He recommended restaurants, a store to buy a backpack and taxi service.

I used to stay at this hotel when it was l’ermitage hotel. Even though the hotel was not new, the staff were very gracious, professional. We arrived at the hotel now under new ownership and we were not greeted by anyone. The is no one to help with the luggage. There is no beverage whatsoever in the mini bar. There was only one set of towels even though there was two of us in the room. This is now a motel, not a hotel. If your intention is to stay one night and leave, it will do. Otherwise, find another hotel. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

A large and comfortable room, and the location is ideal for exploring Milan, as it is close to Centrale train station and tram and Metro stops are nearby too. Metro line to San Siro stadium is just a few minutes away, making it a good choice for football fans, and Chinatown is a busy, exciting part of the city.

I stay in many hotels on business but this one excelled. It's a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area but don't let that put you off. It's 4 star and the staff are super helpful. Located right on the edge of Chinatown and a short walk to the subway.

Het hotel was super , zeer goede staat , stille kamers , ruime suites (3pax ) ,goede room/cleanservice/baliemedewerkers 1 Aan het ontbijt kunnen nog dingen verbeterd worden , betere verse broodjes , smaak van divers beleg , groen gekookte eieren . Sehr freundliches Person. Möbel sind sehr alt. Bad ist z. T. Verschimmelt. Sonst sehr sauber. Abendessen im Restaurant war gar nicht gut und nicht zu empfehlen. Parkplatz (Tiefgarage) sehr gut.
