The hotel is modern and has everything you need. From the little details in the rooms to the spa on-site, it’s amazing to relax in the cool pool during the summer heat. Breakfast menu is rich and has everything from somosa to caviar! Of course, this hotel wouldn’t be possible without the staff, and I can’t stop saying thank you for everything you did for us! We arrived before the check in time due to early flight but guys were happy to accommodate us, organised late breakfast and we were fully recovered and ready for the day after the overnight flight! There was some issue with the AC due to extreme heat but they also were able to solve this issue by putting us in a different room. I trully believe that this hotel deserves to be on the same list if not better than some of big chain names! You are the best and will definitely stay at this place next time!

AC didn’t work but no problem, staff immense helped me with directions and my phone charger adaptor, very good place and if come back to Milan would use again and will recommend.

The staff at Hotel Raffaello were top notch. They were professional and very helpful. The breakfast and serving staff were great!! The Family room was perfect! Very clean and spacious. It truly was as described. Perfect hotel for our stay to attend an event at San Siro. Thank you!!
