Excellent stay downtown Milan, both for business and leisure, located close to Corso Buenos Aires shopping district, clubs and central train station. Excellent brekfast. The tiny gym , with spa and the sundeck are a perarl, being downtown. Unfortunately, prices have increased a lot since the pandemic end.

Wonderful hotel, would definitely stay here again. One idea though, I'm surprised management hasn't put a small ramp on side of steps to roll bags down to check-in from front door entrance. I watched doorman drop bags and watched guests struggle. How can the hotel owners not put a little side ramp against the wall?? Beds very comfortable, rooms beautiful and only a 25 min walk to Duomo. Plenty of shops and cafes around the area. Safe area for families and guests.

The hotel is right off Corso Buenos Aires shopping area, this location is really hard to beat. Close to the public transport. An excellent breakfast. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel also has its own parking which is very convenient in a city like Milan.

Used ours as a hub for going into town so didn’t use many of the facilities nor did we eat there. It did exactly what we needed with it being close to the Metro and walking distance. Only issue is that the lifts were small and didn’t have sensors to stop it closing…but this seems to be a theme across Milan.

ミラノサローネ視察にいつも使っていますが、便利な場所になります。ミラノ市内のホテルの中では広いと思います。このホテルの良いのは朝食でイタリアホテルのよくあるコールド食材だけで無く、卵やベーコンや温野菜もあり、品数豊富な食べ物で、とても美味しくサービスも良いです。少しだけ問題は道路からチェックイン時にフロントまで階段があり、スーツケースを下ろすのポーターさんが居ないと大変です。また、エレベータが狭いので、混み合う時はなかなか乗れません。でも、部屋の広さと朝食の豊富さでここ以外のホテルは考えられません。

This hotel is fabulous. Clean and fresh and classy. The front desk staff were courteous, attentive, professional, yet friendly. Lovely people. We will most assuredly be back. Best stay, of many, in Milan, our favorite city.

absolutely disappointing. cabinetry was worn out- desk was splintering at the edges, wall skirting had detached, mould was growing in the corners of the bathtub walls. we were supposed to have received a complimentary bottle of wine, but we received a bottle of water instead.

No outlets to charge your phones on both bed sides , no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the enlargement mirror placed in a wrong way and the protection glass to the tub doesn’t stop water seepage to bathroom floor. The lady on the front desk “Laura” was so nice and helpful guiding us to the city attractions.

The hotel is excellent, lovely staff, good service. One thing that needs to be improved is the quality of the internet, which sometimes didn't work and even when it did, it was of poor quality. I will definitely return to the hotel again.

Decent hotel. But be aware. They took "pre authorisation" payment on check in AND then again on check-out. So you pay twice!!! They are not engaging on returning the "pre-authorisation" payment. Very poor.

Check-in was a bit slow on a quiet afternoon. Another guest service agent arrives and he greeted us with care so that makes up for it. Breakfast is average and a bit cold. On the 4th day we had a leak from the air-con in our room. It drips down and I reported it in the morning but they didn’t follow it up till I chased it again in the evening. They said that they will send someone but nothing. Also asked about Toilet Rolls in the morning- nothing till I chase it again in the evening. So disappointed with the service. They did offer to change the room but they should have done this when I first reported it but they didn’t follow it up after I chase the 2nd time and I did even ask for an update but nothing.

Terrible hotel, absolutely do not recommend! We arrived in the evening and were told there were no available rooms. The staff were rude, refused to offer any help, refused to assist in finding another nearby hotel, provided no documentation confirming they couldn’t accommodate us, and gave no guarantee of a refund. As a result, we were left without accommodation late at night and had to urgently book another hotel at a much higher price. Absolutely do not recommend — total lack of professionalism and respect for guests.

The property was lovely and the staff was very nice. The location was good. Frank N was very nice to us he had so much time to share all the information we needed. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and I will definitely be going back anytime I am in Milan

I stayed in the hotel for the F1 weekend and found it to be excellent. The rooms were comfy and clean and the service was excellent. The hotel is only a short walk from Lima Metro station and approx 15 minutes from Milano Centrale so the location was ideal. Plenty of cheaper restauraunts and fast food nearby so dining options were plentiful. The only negative was that some of the streets around the hotel are pretty scruffy. That's not the hotel's fault though and the area felt safe, even late night and early morning.

El desyuno muy variado, tanto dulce como salado. La habitacion muy bien, con una cama comodisima y una terracita que daba a la parte trasera del hotel, zona muy tranquila. El hotel está justo en una calle paralela a una con muchas tiendas y bares. Muy cerca del metro y a tan solo 3 paradas estas en la plaza del duomo.

Cuatro muy espacioso y cómodo, regadera increíble y si quieres descansar un rato ideal! Tiene espacio para trabajo igual, la ubicación una cuadra detrás del Corso Buenos Aires, para caminar por tiendas y restaurantes a 15 -20 minutos del a pie del Doumo y una parada de metro a una cuadra para movilidad. Muy recomendado tanto por la ubicación de igual forma la utilización del metro

Stayed here for 4-nights and loved it! Close to the Porta Venezia metro and walking distance from Milano Centrale so it was very convenient for me. Room was small, but very nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Got to Milan early and thought I’d have to wait to check-in, but was able to get my room by 9:30. Loved the view from my room and hearing the church bell. The area seemed fine to me too. I would stay here again!

We stayed at Star Hotels Ritz during our stay in Milan this month and were completely awestruck by the place. It had such a spectacular entrance and conveniently located to the City Centre. The Duomo was a 10 minute ride as well as the main city. The staff there is super friendly and always ready to help out. We loved the place and would love to stay there on every visit to Milan. It is very easy to find the metro from there too. Love the hotel.

Less than a 30 min walk into the city and close metro links make it an ideal place to stay. Staff were all really pleasant and dealt with the minor issues that arose for us. Lots of good places to eat around the hotel so we had a lot of choice. I would go there again.

Super lækkert hotel. Venligt personale. Fin rengøring hver dag. Fin morgenmadsbuffet - de havde dog lidt problemer med at følge med primetime kl. 9. Første dag (lørdag) ingen ledige borde, og da vi så fik et, så ventede vi 10-15 min før der var brød, æg, bacon, pålæg, juice mm, da fade var tomme . For lidt personale til at fylde op. Øvrige dage var det fint.
