Excellent facilities, the only downside is that the hotel hallways are dark, and you have to turn on your phone’s flashlight.

Beautiful hotel with great service. Perfect central location. Typical hotel gym but on the rooftop so beautiful views. Great rooms. Great breakfast.

ミラノ中央駅から80m程度の位置にあって、周辺にはスーパーや飲食店が多く、別都市への移動や日帰りでの電車観光、バス観光などで疲れて帰っても直ぐに部屋へ帰れます。設備や清掃は完璧。ジムのトレッドミルが故障中だったのが残念でしたが、その他は申し分ないホテルです。

Essendo in una struttura VIP access ho ricevuto una piccola bottiglia di vino (formato metà bottiglia classica). La camera era sprovvista di cavatappi e nonostante la prenotazione fosse per due c’era un solo bicchiere/calice ho telefonato in reception e mi è stato risposto di scendere al bar per aprirla e prendere il bicchiere … per il resto hotel strategico, bella struttura, palestra con vista stupenda in una bellissima veranda con posizione invidiabile.

The staff were super friendly in this hotel. Rooms very comfortable, pleasant bar in which I had both drinks and dinner one night. The gym is very small (three people made it very busy and difficult to find space to work out) but the gym is on the roof with views across Milan which is very nice and makes a difference from the usual basement location. Overall, a nice hotel but parking in the area is a nightmare, I ended up in a private multistory at EUR 31/night.

The Hotel was fine, the only problem we had was the lighting in the corridors. It was obviously to conserve power but it was too dark for me to make out things like room numbers etc.

Fantastic location near train station. The staff were very good and the room was clean and well equipped with a huge bed which was very comfortable. The only fault was the bar prices. €26 for a lager and a shandy!. Would recommend and definitely return.

Property located close to the Milan Train station connecting to different points of interest all across the city. The hotel ambience and facilities are simply outstanding. Little pricy but would stay here again.

This hotel is across the street from a major train station which was a priority for us. Beautiful breakfast and a happy hour with live music. Highly recommend.

Quarto limpo, hotel bonito, atendente do café da manhã um amor de pessoal, não sei o nome dela. Mas foi um doce com a gente. Localização excelente pra quem quer praticidade na locomoção, bem ao lado da estação Centrale, ótimo pra quem vai pro aeroporto de trem.

위치:중앙역바로앞이라 찾기쉬워요.지하철도 바로 앞에서 탈수있어서 좋아요 ,말펜사국제공항가는 버스도 5분이내의 거리에있어요.호텔시설:매우 깨끗하고 현대식건물이예요.객실내 실내화가 없어요.편안한 의자가 2개있어서 좋았어요.새벽에 잠에서 깨었을때 바퀴벌레가 베게위로 올라와서 너무많이 놀랐어요.바퀴벌레가 이불속으로 들어갈까봐 바퀴벌레를 죽인다음 잠깐 잘 수있었어요.조식:여러가지 종류가 많았고 맛있었어요.카푸치노를 마시고싶어 주문했는데,종업원이 30분넘도록 카푸치노를 주지않아서 결국엔 못마셨어요. 직원서비스:일처리가 미숙한 직원이 몇명있어요. 캐리어보관:비행시간에 맞추어 캐리어를 무료로 보관해줘서 좋았어요.

The area around was a bit dirty. The room is furnished in darker wood color which looks not too clean. And there’s a hair on the bath towel.

Great room and was clean

The hotel was beautiful, clean, quiet, and the breakfast was wonderful! I felt safe as a single traveler and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Milan central station was a quick walk from the hotel.

Great for anybody wanting a layover in a comfortable hotel with an affordable breakfast travelling through Milan Centrale. Lighting system is a little complicated and would benefit from dimmable lights above the bed

Great hotel, superb location! Just one slight criticism you can hear the metro in the the room I was in (102) assuming this was the same for whole 1st floor.

Decent size room, modern, elegantly design. Super comfortable bed with excellent bed linens and nice bathroom. Only downside is that the room was too dark. Need brighter lights.

The hotel is well located by Milan Central Station. Rooms are very small. Breakfast ok. Service could be improved.

I am in room 523 at Star hotel ECHO. The bathroom is ridiculously small and inconvenient. The standing shower is hard to get in and out of, and the toilet is placed so close to the shower that it’s uncomfortable. Unless you’re a short person, your legs won’t fit when using the toilet. Beside the sink, there is no room to put your own belongings at all. My friend paid the same price as me, but they had a bathroom of normal size.

Great room (2 rooms connected for a family of 4 with 2 young kids). Very clean, modern, sleek. Excellent location next to central station if you will be traveling (e.g., we used train to Venice, shuttle to airport, rental car to Lake Como). Area could be a bit sketchy at night but didn't feel unsafe.

The bedding was top notch. Arrangement for a family of four with separate bedrooms and bathrooms was lovely. Very clean and they treat kids like gold- free mocktails, Star ECHO Tshirts and stuffed animals to make them feel like honored guests.

During our stay we ran into a few issues. Good thing was that the staff was attentive and tried to resolve the issues real fast. But we shouldn’t be having these issues in the first place. First when we checked in , instead of giving us a king room as we booked, they gave us a larger room with 2 twin beds squished together. They changed our room on our request but the second room had a blocked shower drain. We had to change the room again. In the 3rd room we couldn’t get Wi-Fi. So I had trouble with catching up on some urgent work emails. By that time we were tired of complaining. In addition, we requested iron and iron stand (as they are not automatically available in every room). We went out and later when we came back we realized that someone came into our room and took those items (probably to give to another guest). Mind you we were not asked or informed. We had a do not disturb sign out. We felt that it was a big invasion of privacy. My husband forgot to lock the safe. Luckily nothing went missing. Like I said it was our last night there and we were tired of complaining so we didn’t mention this last thing to the manager. Besides, staff was really nice and accommodating that we didn’t want them to have to deal with another issue. Although we booked through Expedia, the manager was nice enough to offer dinner on the house in their restaurant as compensation. We were not able to avail the offer but my daughter did end up getting a pizza. Overall, we may not return.

The hotel location is great, close to Centre, central station and it has its own parking. The breakfast is ok. Unfortunately their cleaning staff entered my room while having the Do Not disturb sign at the door. The reaction of the front desk was awful and ignorant. Actually totally unacceptable. No sense of customer service. I will never go back

Quarto impecável. Atendimento maravilhoso. Levaram nossas malas até a entrada das plataformas. Tive um problema na devolução do carro alugado e eles fizeram de tudo para me ajudar, mesmo não tendo nada a ver com isso. Café da manhã também muito bom, além da localização incrível, a poucos passos da Milano Centrale.

Exceptional service. Convenient location a short walk from Milan Central Station. My cell phone charger wasn’t working and a young man behind the front desk charged my phone with his charger.

Excellent front desk service; all the staff was very kind, helpful and empathetic with our needs. We even returned to the same hotel a couple of days later. Breakfast is unbeatable and the staff at the restaurant makes you feel at home. Greeting and luggage staff members ready to help! We loved this hotel conveniently close to the station and with the comfort and warm welcome that made us feel at home.

Very convenient to Milano Centrale and a very helpful, pleasant staff. But the immediate area around the train station is not very appealing, so you should count on taking the Metro to other neighborhoods if you really want to enjoy what Milan has to offer

The hotel was perfectly located, walking distance from Milan central train station and metro. Four stop to Duomo by metro. The hotel was everything we wanted, clean, comfortable and perfectly located. The room size was above average for Europe. We had the superior room which came larger bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel, property and staff were incredible but the area felt very unsafe at night. Was concerned to even walk from central station to hotel.

The “Hot” breakfast scramble egg, Omelette and the rest hot options were cold. Disgusting cold. The only hot thing that I have was the hot tea.

It is a great hotel situated right across from the Milan Central train station! For us being a family with kids it was super convenient. We walked right out of the station and were at the hotel in a 3 minutes walk! We ordered room service and it was good and arrived in a timely fashion. The Hotel and rooms were clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again!

Two detractors on this trip. One had to recycle in many locations: glass on the desk, plastic in a bag. Why not use a trash container with several compartments marked plastic, glass etc. ? Second the breakfasts were under par. The scrambled eggs cold from the chafing dish and the prosciutto was full of chewy fat non-swallowable as was the pineapple, core cut with pieces

The staff was wonderful (extremely helpful), the room was perfect, and the location exceptional. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast. There were so many options, and everything was delicious. This is a first-class hotel, and we very much enjoyed our stay.
