Check in made easy. The reception staff was nice and friendly and very attentive as well. A special shout-out to the attendant at the bar during the dinner time. Not sure what his name was but he was super friendly and quick with his service. I struggled with the language barrier in ordering but he was very kind.

Das Hotel liegt zwar außerhalb, aber direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Metro-Station. Zudem gibt es in fußläufiger Entfernung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist Glückssache, weil das Hotel eigentlich im Voraus keine Parkplätze reserviert, aber ich kann das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

This was the perfect hotel for exploring Milan with our kids. Immediately opposite a Metro station, it is incredibly quick to get into the centre of Milan - c. 25 minutes and it’s the end of the line, so a seat is guaranteed. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Interconnecting rooms are available for those travelling with children. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and the best of our stay. Breakfast was good. Parking is available for a nightly charge.

Great find for our family trip. The hotel Is clean and well maintained, we had connecting rooms which was perfect as we‘re travelling with our 2 teenagers. The hotel is situated right next a Metro station so it’s super easy to get into Duomo without the stress of taking the car. The bar was nice and friendly. The only thing that let it down very slightly was the fact that the restaurant was closed, they were doing food in the bar, so you could still eat but it wasn’t great. Mine was cold and my daughters was bland. But other than that the hotel is fab and the staff were all great. We would stay again.

The hotel room was nice and very clean. We enjoyed the bar at the hotel. Otherwise, we would not recommend this place at all. The staff at the front desk was incredibly rude and seemed so put out at any request. One of our travelers and we asked for extra pillows. You would’ve thought we were asking them for the world. Extremely rude! The hotel doesn’t have any restaurants nearby. It’s a hike to get to a restaurant. It was located by the metro so that was convenient. I would never stay here again solely based on the attitudes of the men who worked at the front desk.

Perfect hotel and previous reviews available I think are fair in a positive sense. Perfect location for the tube, small price to pay into the centre 20 mins, car parking outside the hotel within the grounds, hotel was very warm and comfortable, clean and very quiet, staff were very friendly and efficient. Not many dining options for dinner or something more special outside the hotel although more fast food options within a short ten min stroll to the nr by shopping centre. Would happily return should we come back to Milan.

Overall good experience. The one thing that was not convincing to me was the surrounding area of th hotel. The neighbourhood is fairly dirty, noisy, I didn’t feel the safest. Another thing that I did not like was the fact the bathroom was not the cleanest and I found food that was stuck to the bench by the close. I am a clean freak and I can not expect for all hotels to be up to my standard. Regardless, the staff was welcoming especially the front desk.

-Schmutziges Bad (Kalk, Fingerabdrücke, kurze schwarze Haare auf Klobrille, lange schwarze Haare in Dusche und auf Boden, Besuch von Silberfischen -schmutzige , stinkende Bettwäsche mit Blut und schwarzen Streifen -kein auffüllen von Duschgel -Bezahlung für Willkommens-Snack ohne Vorab Info -stinkende Handtücher (habe mich 4 Tage lang trocken geföhnt!) -Juckreiz am ganzen Körper in erster Nacht!! -stickige & gleichzeitig feuchte Luft im Zimmer -düstere Einrichtung , muffiger Geruch, Fenster kaum zu öffnen & selbst geöffnetes Fenster belüftet das Zimmer nicht ausreichend -hohe Feuchtigkeit in Zimmer, sodass man schwitzt, nachts nicht schlafen kann ! -defekte Belüftungsanlage -sehr hellhörige Zimmer -schlechtes Frühstück , zudem schmutziges Geschirr und Besteck, unmotiviertes Personal -Verpflichtung Fahrstuhl zu nutzen, da Treppen nur im Brandfall genutzt werden dürfen Alles in allem eine Schande für ein angebliches 4 Sterne Hotel ! Wer Wert auf einen gewissen Standard, vor allem Sauberkeit legt, sollte hier einen großen Bogen machen! 3 schlaflose Nächte und Ekel waren vorprogrammiert… ich habe viele Erfahrungen mit Hotels , sowohl positiv, als auch negativ. Kjempefornøyd med oppholdet! Pent og enkelt hotell. Pene moderne rom med alt nødvendig. God frokost og hyggelig betjening. Metroen er rett på utsiden av hoteller og gjør det svært enkelt å komme seg rundt og til sentrum. 15 min på metroen til sentrum. Godt renhold og rydding på rommer. OK aircondition. Vil gå her igjen neste gang vi skal til Milano.

Já me hospedei três vezes no Starhotels Tourist e sempre tive ótimas experiências. A localização é excelente, bem em frente à estação de metrô Bignani, o que facilita muito os deslocamentos por Milão. O hotel é limpo, agradável e confortável. Os quartos são sempre bem cuidados, e os banheiros são grandes, modernos e muito limpos. O café da manhã é diversificado e de ótima qualidade. Sem dúvidas, voltarei a me hospedar aqui em futuras visitas à cidade.

The hotel from the outside is unattractive. Inside you are greeted with a cool, clean and modern reception. All the employees were well presented,attentative and knowledgeable. No rooms have balconys which is a bit of a bind in the middle of a heat wave. Airconditioning was barely adequate. On leaving the room due to key card all power goes off including fridge and aircom. Great location. We were in Milan for Bruce Springsteen concert there were no issues with transport. Metro literally within 2 minutes walk. Overall very comfortable stay. Special compliments to the young lady who immediately solved a problem with our mini bar! Well done Starhotel Tourist.

The room itself was nice and clean. The noise from pipes in rooms upstairs at night was ridiculously loud and woke me up a number of times. We walked around the local area a little and were surprised to find rotting rubbish on the street. The hotel is well- situated for the metro, which is great. I found one of the breakfast staff rude which soured the stay.

Esperienza pessima … mancanza assoluta di requisiti basilari di professionalità… presa per i fondelli ! Abbiamo prenotato e Pagato in anticipo due stanze che abbiamo confermato peraltro il giorno prima previa telefonata … all arrivo alle 23 i nostri ospiti di cui due ultra ottantenni non hanno trovato la stanza …un receptionist li ha inviati in un altro albergo dagli standard decisamente più bassi ( come confermato dalla nostra visita e dallo stesso direttore dell albergo) … siamo andati a chiedere spiegazione considerato il pagamento delle stanze e il direttore dell albergo ci ha ha risposto che si era trattato di un errore del sistema … Una grande presa per i fondelli ! Expedia ci ha confermato che l albergo aveva impropriamente venduto le stanze GIÀ PAGATE .. state attenti … si tratta di operatori non corretti e che si permettono di prendere per i fondelli i clienti

Nous revenons d’un séjour de 3 nuits au Starhotels tourist ! Hôtel sympa pour les petits budgets mais l’accueil reste fortement à améliorer Nous avons été importuné par une femme de ménage très désagréable qui voulait absolument rentrer dans notre chambre pour nettoyer alors même que je n’étais pas disponible étant entrain de m’habiller pour sortir .. elle m’a presque hurlé dessus parce que je lui demandais de revenir dans quelques minutes et elle insistait toujours pour rentrer alors même que j’étais à moitié nue .. Ensuite elle va alerter la réception qui va ensuite à son tour me mettre la pression en m’appelant à plusieurs reprises pour que je la laisse rentrer .. pendant ce temps elle n’arrêtait pas de revenir frapper à la porte Et lorsque je sors pour m’en aller ,elle me lance un regard méchant en fiasquant et murmurant des paroles . Cette scène m’a tellement perturbé que j’ai même oublié mes accessoires en sortant et loupé mon train ce jour là . Une attitude totalement inacceptable et irrespectueuse du client ! Un hôtel qui ne respecte pas ses clients ni leur tranquillité c’est aberrant !! Pour avoir fait des hôtels de luxe à travers le monde je n’ai encore jamais vu ça !! En général soit le client ne veut pas être dérangé ou on revient plutard s’il n’est pas disponible Par ailleurs on m’a poursuivi en salle du petit déjeuner pour me faire régler la note alors que j’étais en table entrain de manger Je vais néanmoins faire une mention spéciale à une gentille dame du bar

Wonderful helpful staff on Reception. Room great with cimfortable bed and no noise disturbance ar night. Directly opposite Metro so no problem in finding. The surrounding area is not great no shops or restaurants but only about 10mins by metro into Milan.

Great reception staff. Comfortable, clean accommodation. We slept really well! Nice breakfast. Excellent access to the subway (across the road) but a bit far from the centre of the city to come and go during the day so plan ahead for outings. The suburb is not a good one for walking but there is a supermarket nearby if you need it.

Wonderul stay. The location is a little bit outside the city but right outside the train station which has one of main metro lines connecting to the centre which is very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and staff were friendly.

It’s not a tourist place, it’s in the middle of industrial area with no no places to go, the closest restaurant it’s 39’ of taxi or the metro across street will take to the center of town in 30’ with a transfer. The hotel itself it’s very clean, modern an organized, no food until 7 pm, but very good Notmy cup of tea!

Quarto bom, cama confortável, ducha boa, café da manhã completo, apenas tivemos um inconveniente em um cafe da manhã onde havia dois grupos grandes de turismo que não comportavam todas as pessoas na sala de café, nesse dia tomar café foi uma verdadeira confusão, falta de mesas, a comida acabava rapidamente e não havia reposição imediata, tinha que ficar pedindo e avisando que acabou...foi uma experiência muito ruim.

It was very nice, and I appreciated that the staff have made us an upgrade room only because we told them we will come with a baby and we need a quiet room. The staff was very nice. I didn’t liked they got lot of services you need to pay separately, for example the parking. And what I didn’t liked was the breakfast, only few things to eat.. I though it will be more rich. But overall was very nice. The subway station was in front of the hotel, m5 and then m3 and in 20 minutes you are ate the Milan duomo.
