There is room to park the car in front while checking in and overnight parking is right around the corner. Staff made check in a breeze and recommended a fantastic restaurant for dinner. The room was huge and there was a double rain shower. Breakfast was extensive.

Delighted with the hotel, great room, very quiet from the street outside and also the Alcon which was whisper quiet. Everything looked and felt very new and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and the restaurant was an added bonus. Highly recommended for a stay in Milan.

Really good 4 star hotel just ten minutes walk/tram ride from Milan central stn. Tram 9 stops right outside hotel. The hotel is modern, clean with large rooms and bathroom with bath and shower. only downside was there are no tea/coffee making in rooms. The hotel offers an extensive buffet breakfast. It is ideally situated to access tram or metro to all parts of Milan. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I would book again, esp. for business trips. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and in a very convenient position, not far from the Stazione Centrale and from the yellow Metro stop (Repubblica). Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner just around the corner. Breakfast satisfying, maybe a little messy but it can happen. A/C very fresh (almost cold!), which was of course quite welcome in the scorching hot weather - same goes for the free mini-bar in the room. Loved the shower gel brand :)

I traveled with my 12 year old daughter, the night we stayed has a big thunderstorm we come down to the restaurant for dinner, and they have a private party I want to get dinner for my daughter and the manager from the restaurant was so rude, super rude and aggressive told me they are closed I asked what about room service and he went close to my face and told if I didn’t read the sign of course I didn’t see it. Next day I talked to the manager he apologized and said he had an event and he was under stress, in this case if he can’t deal with the stress he shouldn’t be in this business and learn how to deal with guest, the restaurant was tiny, in two weeks in Italy everything was perfect until I come to this place, we went to sleep without dinner feeling so bad for my little daughter with an empty stomach 😭

Très bon séjour d'une nuit à l'Hôtel Windsor. La chambre et notamment les lits étaient très confortables. Le petit déjeuner était compris dans la chambre (ainsi que le minibar qui est gratuit) mais nous sommes parties très tôt le matin (avant le début du petit-déjeuner), on nous a donc donné un panier repas à emporter. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé entre les deux gares principales de la ville, ce qui est très pratique.

Not the best either. This May have been a 4 star at one point, many years ago but certainly not 4 star service now. Aircon ineffective. Rooms dated. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but there was a small minibar - if you don’t mind the drinks at room temp and out of a bottle. There are no cups or glasses in the rooms and when we asked at reception on the evening, the response was less than helpful. The receptionist bluntly didn’t want to be disturbed and told us that the bar etc were shut (11pm, when most 4 star hotels would still be at the very least providing room service) and that there were no glasses available anywhere. Very strange hotel. More like Faulty Towers

Godt hotel med godn beliggenhed i nærheden af Hovedbanegård og metro. Værelset var meget rent og godt indrettet. Vi havde en balkon men døren var aflåst. Jeg var lidt bekymret, at vi ikke kunne blive reddet pga. den aflåste dør. Deruden var der kloaklugt hver morgen, som forsvandt i løbet af dagen. Da døren til balkon ikke kunne åbnes, kunne vi ikke lufte ud, derfor luften på værelset føltes tungt. Men ellers er der bare god hotel, som kan anbefales. Morgenmaden i Bistroen var OK.

The bathroom smell like sewer, we had to keep the bathroom door close at all time. The AC dis. It work, we had to open the window to circulate the air in the room. On a brigter side, they have wide spread of breakfast options.

The room was clean otherwise, but the shower head was dirty. The walls were thin and talk from other rooms could be heard very well, but luckily the neighbors were not super noisy. The breakfast was good and the air condition worked well. The location was great since the subway and the railway station were close to the hotel. Also good restaurants and shops were near.

The hotel is modern, clean and has a VERY large bathroom for European hotels. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL. However, the soundproofing is near nonexistent. You can hear the streetcar, your neighbour flushing their toilet and doors opening and closing across the hall as if they are right next to you. However we were so tired and the beds so comfortable we still slept very well.

Photo’s are somewhat misleading. Furnishings are dated. Bathroom good size but shower is tiny and water pressure lacking. Most front desk staff were good, but one terrible, asked if WiFi was down he said another guest also commented but blamed our iPhones. WiFi was down at least 24 hours. Breakfast was good and fresh. But with no coffee machine in rooms, they should offer coffee in the lobby before the restaurant opens for those of us catching early tours. Heating in the rooms was also excessive, had to sleep w windows open & hear the trams. Lastly, the complimentary in room mini bar was appreciated, but please turn on the fridge they are stocked in or remove the fridge and offer on a shelf or cabinet. Offering warm drinks from a refrigerator is ridiculous.

Really nice hotel only a 15 minute walk from the Centre of Milan. Front Desk Team are excellent and nothing was to much trouble. Only slight negative was my bathroom shower unit was very compact. Overall though...would highly recommend this hotel.

The wifi internet was so bad for the first five nights, the ac at our heads and cold. The suit we booked did not look same as the pictures in hotels.com, after paying they said its a corner suit. I wish if they would be more transparent and put the pictures for the corner suit to be more honest. The breakfast was fantastic

Convenient for central station and Republicca Metro. Breakfast is nice and the staff are excellent. However, if you have a room at the front of the building it can be very noisy. We were on the first floor and the vibrations from the tram line outside cam be felt well into the night, as well as staff coming and going from the utility room on the second floor The doors and walls are not thick, so any sound from the next room or corridor travels. I would recommend asking for a room high up, particularly of you're a light sleeper!

For a European hotel room, mine was surprisingly spacious! Staff was pleasant, room and bathroom were clean. The only potential drawback was the shower was TINY! A person of size honestly might not even fit. It was super narrow, basically a phone booth. Other than that, great area and great experience. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

We got a room close to the street on the second floor. It was noisy and woke us up, especially once the street trains started running around 5ish. The breakfast was amazing though. The location was great; we could easily take a subway to Duomo and the train to the airport.

Hotel in general is ok. Day desk staff are professional and service oriented.Negative aspect is the night shift front desk, highly disrespectful and looks at you from head to toe. We arrived late past 11pm , was not accommodating from the start. When we reached the room, no soap only shampoo( that was ok and not really affecting us) but when we I called the "night shift desk", told me are you sure there are no soap! Hotel in general is ok. Day desk staff are professional and service oriented.Negative aspect is the night shift front desk, highly disrespectful and looks at you from head to toe. We arrived late past 11pm , was not accommodating from the start. When we reached the room, no soap only shampoo( that was ok and not really affecting us) but when we I called the "night shift desk", told me are you sure there are no soap! So pleased with myself for choosing this hotel. Really good location for walking about the city and on all public transport. Great breakfast with vegan and vegetarian hot and cold options which were tasty and of very good quality. Staff here were particularly friendly and efficient. Bathroom and bedroom well fitted and comfy. All staff were welcoming. Able to leave our bags securely before and after check-in/out. Very good hotel for all aspects, would be more than happy to stay again.

the night staff at reception are extremely rude, the night doorman on Friday, April 29th, was very rude and said that if we didn't like the way he spoke to take our things and leave. I have never been treated so badly in a hotel before. The day staff were good. but the man of the night was horrible. he would never return. I expected much more from a 4 star hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at The Windsor. The staff made it very welcoming and so pleasurable for us. They deserve a pat on the back. The hotel and the room were very clean and tidy. We were really happy there and we'll be back in the near future

The hotel is in a good location as you can walk to the Metro. The train station is one stop away on the Metro. There are restaurants and bars that you can walk to as well. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast buffet included in our room package. I recommend this hotel.

We got a room close to the street on the second floor. It was noisy and woke us up, especially once the street trains started running around 5ish. The breakfast was amazing though. The location was great; we could easily take a subway to Duomo and the train to the airport.

Vary good location. Next to tram stop and five minutes walk to metro and 15 minute walk to Milan Centrale main line station. Room was excellent, vary clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. One very minor point was could not get the bath plug to stay down, but shower was excellent anyway.

Location was good, very close to Central Station though a half hour walk to the cathedral and other tourist attractions. We didn’t mind the walk, all flat and better to be staying away from the crowds. The staff were mainly very friendly and helpful and breakfast was wonderful! Our room was very comfortable. Would stay again if we are lucky enough to return to Milan.

Good location for central station and getting around by tram. The first night for us wasn’t too great as we were above electric gate and staff put out rubbish and laundry at 4.30! Very noisy!!We asked to move rooms and staff did sort for us. Breakfasts were great. Coffee was good and lots of choice for breakfast. Breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a nighttime bar/bistro if you wanted to stay in hotel. Hotel rooms simply furnished but clean and typical of city hotel. Small outside area at entrance to sit for coffee if required. Overall very good location.

Very welcoming hotel, all staff we dealt with were lovely and helpful. Our room was comfy and very clean, no tea or coffee facilities but had shampoo, plenty of towels, selection of pillows and got 4 small bottles of water complementary each day which was appreciated. Good location, 20 min walk from central station and metro stop across the road - only downside is the trams are loud and run from early morning late into the night. 24 hours supermarket 2 mins down the road as well. Breakfast was great, good selection of food and all really tasty. Range of juice, water and coffees as well. Hallways and doorways on the first floor felt a little run down and could do with a refresh but all good in the room.

O café da manhã é bagunçado. O restaurante funciona para público externo, com isso, segregam uma parte do salão para hóspedes, fazendo com que fique muito apertado. O hotel fica próximo à estação central e no meio do caminho até a piazza Duomo. Foi tranquilo para chegar com as bagagens e também para ir até às atrações principais.

The cleanness, service, breakfast…everything was perfect! The bathroom was amazing! There were two bathrooms. The staff were super kind and heartwarming. The breakfast was incredibly great! It was much more delicious than other restaurants. If I visit Milan again, I’d love to come back.
