Hotel Agape in Milan was a great choice for our stay. It’s located in a pleasant and convenient area, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel was comfortable and well organized, and having a paid garage available was a very practical bonus. The staff were very nice, professional, and respectful. After a long trip, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free for us, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und vollkommen ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider kaum regulieren (es gab nur „Aus“ oder „Vollgas“. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend.

L’hotel è vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana di Crescenzago. La struttura è pulita. La stanza che mi è stata assegnata era piccola, pulita con il box doccia piccolo. Ottimo il Wi-Fi e la colazione nonostante all’orario di apertura della sala della colazione non fossero presenti tutti i cibi, alcuni dei quali erano a disposizione dopo più di un quarto d’ora

ـStaff were welcoming. The property was old but the room was well maintained and in the heat of Milan the AC worked well.

Staff are excellent. Very friendly and doing everything asked of them to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast is good and in addition to this, snacks and drinks are always left out at the reception throughout the day. Housekeeping is great too and this was done daily. The location of the hotel hasn’t done any justice to its standard of service. Haven said that, the location is ok and there is a metro just round the corner with direct service to the city centre etc.

The breakfast consists of 1/2 cookies and cakes and overall a bad selection of bread, toppings and yoghurts. The rooms where worn out and the AC didn't work. The staff was arrogant, the only good thing I can say about the hotel is the cleaning of rooms.

Otroligt lyhört så svårt att få bra sömn. F ö var rummen ok samt nära till tunnelbana o lätt att ta sig till centrala Milano. P finns men ingår ej. Svindyr frukost så den hoppade vi över.

Café da manhã não incluído na diária. Instalações antigas. Ainda com carpet. É longe da cidade, mas é super fácil de ir à cidade com o metro (1 min de caminhada). Só um restaurante próximo, que era bom. Equipe simpática. Estacionamento pago no local. Razoável para pouco tempo.

The hotel has paid parking next door which was very convenient for us, staff were not very friendly but they were helpful. The room and bed were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

This is a really nice hotel, all staffs are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy it’s a stones throw from the main train station.

Had a one night stay here. It was easy to get to and very close to the metro station. It was really clean and the beds were comfortable too.

The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities worked as expected (air conditioning, hot water, etc.). It felt like a place where someone cares. Staff / Service: The staff were exceptional. From front-desk greetings to recommendations for dinner, they were warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. They went out of their way to accommodate small requests and made everything easy. It felt like staying at a place run by people who want you to feel welcome, not just another guest. Overall Impression & Return Factor: I left with absolutely no hesitation: I would stay here again. The mix of charming ambiance, cleanliness, convenience of location, and friendly service makes this hotel a real gem. If you’re looking for something cozy, reliable, and with character — this is it.

Clean

Hotel todo reformado, muito bonito, limpo e espaçoso. Atendimento cordial. Um dos melhores hoteis que fiquei durante minha viagem pela Italia.

2 negative things. Parking wasn’t free like it says here it’s 13euros a day. Next is don’t bring food to the room or ants will invade. Yup ants. Good thing I stayed for 1 night only. How is this a 4 star hotel? A 3 at best.

It was mite in beds and...

The room was excellent and the service too. Far from everything but the train station was down the street so you could go everywhere.

We had the most pleasant stay here at Hotel Agape. As people we were here to visit the main attractions being 2 minute walk from the metro was amazing. We could come home in between to shower and go about our day easily. Breakfast was outstanding and was extremely pleased with getting unlimited fresh cappuccinos in the morning from friendly staff. The bedrooms were big! Shower was amazing and they provide you with shower gel and shampoo. The only downside of this stay was that the walls are thin and we can hear whoever is in the room next to us easily.. luckily no one was loud at an ungodly hour, We were throughly impressed by the accommodation here and them holding our bags safely free of charge for us as we enjoyed our last morning in Milan and seeing the Last Supper. Thank you kind stuff at Hotel Agape from people who live all the way in California. In the future we will be sure to come back. :)

Muy buen hotel el personal muy amable, esta la estacion de metro a 3 minutos, las habitaciones sencillas pero muy bonitas, todo muy comodo

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bodenbeläge sind fast abgenutzt. Das Bad ist winzig.

Albergo carino e ben collegato, buona e varia colazione, camere pulite, un po' piccole, ma dotate di ogni confort. Unico neo non trascurabile, la scarsissima insonorizzazione.

Good location with numerous amenities around. Hotel staff was polite and helpful, however the room was at the 2* level, but never 4. Emergency plan even displays the hotel having 3 stars,not worth the money

Siamo rimasti molto delusi dall'accoglienza ricevuta. Io rispetto ai miei amici sono entrato per primo e ho salutato dicendo BUONASERA senza ricevere risposta e allora l'ho ripetuto una seconda volta. La receptionist (Daiana mi pare si chiamasse), oltre a ignorare totalmente il mio saluto in quanto impegnata in una chiamata del tutto personale al cellulare che puntualmente al nostro arrivo ha dovuto chiudere, l'abbiamo vista addirittura molto seccata tanto che ci ha chiesto i documenti molto freddamente e ce li ha restituiti sbattendoli con una certa violenza sul banco della reception. Ora non so se il motivo fosse che l'abbiamo disturbata nella sua chiamata al nostro arrivo ma non mi sembra un atteggiamento professionale trattare così noi e i nostri documenti oltretutto per suoi problemi personali. Né un sorriso né una gentilezza. Io facendo il suo stesso lavoro mi è impensabile avere questo tipo di atteggiamento. Il suo collega che l'ha sostituita invece ha sempre risposto al saluto quando entravamo e uscivamo. Per quanto riguarda la stanza invece molto pulita e spaziosa, siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Friendly staff, had a really nice comfortable stay. I did request 4 single beds and got 2 singles and a double for 4 womenm other than that it was brill.

A minha estadia foi excelente. A recepção foi muito solicita. Quarto confortável e o café da manhã maravilhoso! Metro bem próximo ao hotel porem como eu estava só tive um pouco de receio de voltar só tarde da noite. Excelente hotel e recomendo

Det var bra. Mest som var bra med mig är service. Väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Tyckte inte om mitt rum så fick jag en annan. Bishoy på receptionen var otroligt snällt.

Litt slitt og gammelt. Greie rom, betjeningen forstod ikke så mye engelsk. Ikke mye som skjer i området, men veldig kort vei til metro

Hotel de fácil acesso ao metrô, uma ótima opção fora do centro superfaturado da cidade de Milão. Tranquilo de acessar o metrô, mesmo a noite, só não recomendo andar com celular muito a vista.

Colazione varia ed eccellente. Comfort e tranquillità in generale. Personale molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Soggiorno da consigliare.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès mon arrivée, le personnel toujours souriant et disponible. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et très bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais de qualité. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du métro. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Hotel en photos tres beau mais a l arrivée un environnement pas terrible. Parking cher et pas de place pour tout le monde.... Au final les petits déjeuners sont en supplément.... 15 euros meme pour les enfants...pas de bar le soir contrairement au descriptif. Porte serviette et manteaux cassés....insonorisation nulle ...bonjour la vie des voisins de palier. Trip cher pour ce que c'est. Trop d étoiles 🌟
