This was the worst 4 star hotel we ever stayed at. It is 1 to 1 1/2 star at best. EXTREMELY tiny room. Very very very small shower. No adequate bathroom supplies.. towels mats soaps etc ( plenty of toilet paper!) A/C does NOT WORK. EXTREMELY NOISY FROM STREETS ( we were on 4th floor). Elevator works sporadically … used by contractors and staff. Inefficient. Run down. Bar advertised as open. Was not. Would NOT recommend this property at all. Shout out to the front desk evening manager Mr Florian. Very helpful and humorous.

Stayed here with two friends and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and kind. There was cucumber, lemon, ginger water available when you walked in. Perfect accommodation for a quick stay in Milan.

The staff was great especially Florian, I was disappointed the Hotel Bar was closed even though the advertise it. The rooms are small and the bathrooms were extremely tiny. Although we did ask for a room change because my handicapped mom couldn't manage in the first rooms bathroom. They gladly moved our room and the bathroom was definitely bigger. The breakfast was a little underwhelming at the motel(every time I've visited Europe before it's usually really good) However over all solid, close to everything, restaurants close by and the staff as I said was great.

A few major problems, bed bug ridden room, becareful. Also, the wifi wasnt working and since i had to get some work done had to change hotels; they refused to refund me. It is very noisy both from construction and thin walls. The staff was very uncooperative. It appears the location is fair didnt stay long enough to find out.

Mi dispiace dare questo commento ma ho lasciato l’hotel stanza 304 due giorni fa ed ora sono piena di punture a sangue di cimici da letto. Il giorno dopo aver dormito ho notato macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola bianche, erano piccole e sparse e la cosa mi sembrava stranissima. Non vedevo sangue sul pigiama che indossavo. Poi sono andata a lavoro ed ho iniziato a grattarmi su entrambe le braccia e collo , partí esposte durante la notte. Non solo non tornerò mai più in questo albergo ma pretendo anche un rimborso perché non è’ accettabile la mancanza di pulizia. Ovviamente le cimici compaiono spesso di notte attratte dal calore corporeo o avrei immediatamente lasciato l’hotel la prima sera del mio check in. Chiamerò anche hotels com

Alles was man von einem. Hotel erwartet hat es erfüllt. Die City ist sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal was sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden jeden Tag gesäubert und neue Handtücher hingelegt. Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde wieder kommen..

Hotel is very clean, it's updated and service is good. It's close to the tram and metro for seeing the city. Our room the air conditioning did not work properly and the floor was also heated. It was 90 degrees outside so it was uncomfortable for sleeping. The hair dryer overheated within 1 minute so bring your own. Buffet was pretty good. 15 euro/ person. Overall we'd stay again but would've complained about the AC sooner and got a new room.

I stayed there for 4 nights in Milan and it was the worst four nights of my life. The host was EXTREMELY UNWELCOMING and yelled at me if I asked any questions. The worst part was that I found BED BUGS on the best and then they gave me another room and that’s where I found bed bug poop and get bitten even more. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! now all of my belongings and my house are exposed to bed bugs and I’m in great distress during the holidays. Please stay away!!!!!!

I stayed at Mokinba Milan twice and both times the air conditioning in my room didn’t work. Despite reporting it, the staff offered no real solution and just asked me to “wait until the next day.” The room was unbearably hot, and no alternative was provided. Extremely poor customer service and lack of care. I will not return.

Originally I was put in room the size of a closet, literally, I could not fit my very modest suit case there. No wardrobe, no desk, nothing ... I asked for a different room, but was told that I can upgrade for additional price. After I complained to Expedia, next day my room was upgraded for free. Although a better room, it still fell short of 4 star hotel. No room service, very basic conditions. What was particularly upsetting is that WiFi connection WAS NOT SECURE. I was intended to work from there and was not able to.

Good location, friendly staff, nice and clean, decent price. Be forewarned, I'm used to small rooms in Europe, and while it was a little on the small side, the shower is impossibly small. Smallest I have ever seen. If you are larger, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere

Amazing hotel staff, whenever I needed any type of help they were more than happy to help. Any request I had was always fulfilled. Location is perfect and airport transfer was good. The young woman working behind reception was the nicest person I’ve ever met and went above and beyond to help me with my short stay when I got lost in Milan. Beds a little hard but wouldn’t stop me from staying again next time I’m in Milan. 10/10

Adicionalmente, no check-out, fomos cobrados pelo cafe da manhã, sendo que não houve nenhum informe de que não estaria incluso, indicando falta de transparência do estabelecimento. Me hospedei em dezenas de hoteis nesta viagem pela Europa, e sempre é dito se o cafe é incluso ou não no check-in. Mas a equipe amadora não informou absolutamente nada. Não pretendo me hospedar novamente nesta rede.

I ordered three single rooms for three people and paid in advance. When my employees arrived was evening already, they asked if it was possibility to get a double room instead of all three rooms since one person would not be arriving. The receptionist said yes but charged them an extra 50 EUR( for upgrade, even we had 2 extra rooms, they have not got a keys) before giving them the key. The room, which cost 270 EUR for one night, looked like the picture below..."

Hotel a quattro stelle con belle stanze moderne. Letto molto comodo, bagno con doccia super, reception alla mano e decisamente d’aiuto con i bagagli + taxi. Posizione centrale e comoda, vicino a metro e stazione centrale. Ah e bel quartiere :) Tornerei!

Stupenda la doccia. Grande la stanza, il televisore, le finestre. buona la colazione e la connessione Wifi. Ottima posizione. Discutibile la silenziosità. Benché fossimo al 5° piano arrivava il chiacchiericcio del bar sulla strada. Non disturbante se la persona dormiva, presente in caso di risveglio.

The property has declined since we stayed here 2-years ago. We had hair on our bathroom floor and it\'s time for them to wash the bed coverings. We had written confirmation breakfast was included through our Expedia reservation, but the hotel staff requested us to pay stating it was a "typo." The location of this hotel is convenient, but there are plenty of others with better customer service and clean floors. We\'ll pick a different one next time.

Propere kamer, vlakbij metrostation waardoor je snel overal bent. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Wij zijn wat aan de latere kant gaan ontbijten waardoor er eigenlijk niet zoveel meer beschikbaar was ondanks dat we jammergenoeg wel de volle prijs voor het ontbijt betaald hadden. Los daarvan, top!
