O Hotel é muito bonito, pertíssimo da estação central de Milão, tem elevador, muito pequeno, mas tem. Quarto pequeno, mas com boa cama, chuveiro bom, chaleira elétrica com chá e café, boa limpeza, esquadria elétrica black out, mas a acústica dos quartos é ruim e se pode ouvir conversas. Para quem precisa de uma estadia curta, perto de tudo: trem, metro, onibus de traslado, onibus de turismo, é um local privilegiado a poucos passos de tudo isso e a solução ideal, mas para quem tem problemas em ouvir um som, ou outro, não aconselho. Eu já havia lido sobre isso, mas reservei pela localidade, pra mim funcionou e o atendimento e café da manhã, me surpreenderam. De maneira geral pra mim foi uma boa experiência.

The breakfast was really nice. The staff were very attentive right when we walked in. The rooms are pretty spacious, but the showers are very very small. The walls are also very thin. You can hear the other guests at all times. Thankfully, they do have an elevator, but you can only fit two people in at a time. It is a little different in comparison to the types of elevators people are normally used to. Overall, it is in a great location, very central to the train station, which can get you anywhere. Not bad, but a little pricey, for what it is.

Property was clean. Was able to check in early which was great after a day of travel. Daily house keeping and changing of towels. Aircon was a life saver in the heat. Good location for train station and airport transfers. Plenty of good food options around. Easy straight road to Milan duomo cathedral approx. 25 min walk. Walls are thin so you can hear everything, elevator isn’t great for lots of luggage. Shower did leave a massive puddle outside of it after use. All around great property. Would happily stay here again.

Struttura comoda, raggiungibile in poco tempo dalla stazione di Milano Centrale. Check-in veloce e personale molto disponibile e gentile. La mia camera era una singola, unico grande neo è stata la mancanza di insonorizzazione della stanza. Dalla porta entrava luce del corridoio e di conseguenza si sentiva ogni piccolo rumore. Nel bagno lo scalda salviette non funzionava e l’acqua calda per fare la doccia veniva molto piano. Servizio di stiva valigia anche dopo il check-out molto utile.

I have only good things to say about this hotel. It is very nice and clean. Air conditioning really helps on the hot days. The breakfast was fantastic. The central train/metro station is less than a 5 minute walk. I also loved all of the hotel workers! I highly recommend Hotel Bernina!

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The single rooms were well equipped and clean. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, however if you are a large person the shower cubicle would be a little on the small side! The continental breakfast had many choices, including a delicious berried cheesecake. My only criticism would be that there was not any milk left out to put on cereals. The location is excellent if you are arriving in Milan by train as it is only a short walk from Milano Centrale and the Metro.

This property had good reviews and I went with that. But the room had no towels and I had to ask for them, the floor is dusty and there are no blankets so I can’t sleep properly with the ac on. I’m up at 3 am writing this review. This is more a hostel than a hotel so please rate it clearly - it’s not cheap as well by worldwide standards

Het hotel is de prijs helaas niet waard. Kleine, kale kamer die niet heel schoon is. De douche had soms warm, soms koud, soms geen water. De vloerbedekking op de trappen is vies, de kamers zijn gehorig. Wel een vriendelijke receptie.

The hotel was in a great location but the room did not look like the picture, the door to the bathroom basically opened right onto the bed. There was mould on the bathroom walls and the walls were very scuffed. The floor to my room was very dirty, my socks came away dusty and full of dirt. The room was also very noisy, I could hear the person next door coughing and sneezing and the pipes did not stop making noises. Not great when you need to sleep.

Close to Milano Centrale & Metro (M2) so even if you arrive Milano P. Garibaldi, Metro M2 get you to the hotel easily. Comfortable & clean room, very decent amenities (kettle & fridge!), strong aircon, professional but friendly staff & lovely interior. Highly recommend. Happy to stay again.

Hotel é muito bom e bem localizado, quase ao lado da estação central. Atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, em especial a senhora e o rapaz que trabalham no café da manhã, os dois muito atenciosos a todo momento, que por sinal o café da manhã é excelente, ficamos 24 dias pela europa, e esse foi o melhor café da manhã nesse período. Único ponto negativo é o chuveiro que sai pouquíssima água, a pressão é muito baixa.
Hotel é muito bom e bem localizado, quase ao lado da estação central. Atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, em especial a senhora e o rapaz que trabalham no café da manhã, os dois muito atenciosos a todo momento, que por sinal o café da manhã é excelente, ficamos 24 dias pela europa, e esse foi o melhor café da manhã nesse período. Excelente localização… muito próximo à estação central de trem, dá pra ir empurrando as malas sem problemas… pessoal atencioso e educado…limpeza diferenciada… tudo muito limpo e organizado… com certeza voltarei e indico!!!

No frills hotel with really good breakfast and clean rooms. The hotel is a little older and a littler tired, but in alignment with most European 3-star hotels. Breakfast was a positive surprise, as was the service from the coffee lady who ran the coffee bar. Very close to Centrale FS w plenty of Lime scooters and bikes to get around.

the gentleman who checked me in, he was nice but the room given to me was dirty. I asked for another room and he asked me to pay extra 30 euros per night. Also, the breakfast was terrible. The woman was in a hurry to close at 10am but she was slow giving me my capuccino.I waited for about 10 mins. The food was not valuable for 15euros. Lastly, the guy who checked me out, charged me in US dollars because I paid with credit card. His conversion was over the top. Even though I asked him to charge me in Euros he said he cannot do anything. He was rude and impolite. SHould not be at the front desk.

Spent the past 4 nights here & we had a lovely time. We originally chose the hotel, became we had a late flight & wanted to be close to the Central train station. You can see the sign for the hotel, as soon as you walk out of the train station. During the day, we tend to walk, so we don't miss things. The Duomo is about a half hour walk, but theres a Metro 60 seconds from the hotel if needed. There are also a number of nice restaurants 5 mins walking from the hotel. The room was a nice size, clean & the decor is quirky, in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Which we loved! The breakfast was great, but not so good on the waistline. Cakes, biscuits, pastries, bread, cheeses, hams, pancakes, nuts, fruit, cereals... & last of all. I would like to say a huge thank you to Alex Da Silva. I contacted the hotel the week before we arrived. To see if they could add some extras to the room, as we arrived on my Husbands birthday. Alex went above & beond & nothing was too much trouble. We have plenty on the bucket list, but if we come back to Milan, we would stay here again.
Spent the past 4 nights here & we had a lovely time. We originally chose the hotel, became we had a late flight & wanted to be close to the Central train station. You can see the sign for the hotel, as soon as you walk out of the train station. During the day, we tend to walk, so we don't miss things. The Duomo is about a half hour walk, but theres a Metro 60 seconds from the hotel if needed. There are also a number of nice restaurants 5 mins walking from the hotel. The room was a nice size, clean & the decor is quirky, in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Which we loved! The breakfast was great, but not so good on the waistline. Cakes, biscuits, pastries, bread, cheeses, hams, pancakes, nuts, fruit, cereals... & last of all. I would like to say a huge thank you to Alex Da Silva. I contacted the hotel the week before we arrived. To see if they could add some extras to the room, as we arrived on my Husbands birthday. Alex went above & beond & nothing was too much trouble. We have plenty on the bucket list, but if we come back to Milan, we would stay here again.

Close to Milano Centrale & Metro (M2) so even if you arrive Milano P. Garibaldi, Metro M2 get you to the hotel easily. Comfortable & clean room, very decent amenities (kettle & fridge!), strong aircon, professional but friendly staff & lovely interior. Highly recommend. Happy to stay again.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Milan Central train station so it's a perfect location for travellers. The hotel is modern, clean and our room is made up each day. It's a 30 minute walk to the Duomo but the metro is easy and simple to use. We've just had a full day at Lake Como and it was so easy. Great hotel.

This was a good hotel located near the central station and both Metro and Tram stops so getting around the city was easy. There are plenty of food options close by and we would recommend the Central Market next to the station.

Funky property very close to Milan central station. Breakfast phenomenal and lady serving was very friendly. Lovely place. Tip when coming out of station head to piazza duca Acosta, cross straight across the square and look left to see the sign….really enjoyed place after long flight..thank u.

We spent a night at Hotel Bernina before leaving for Malpensa the following morning. We were able to walk to Milan Centrale within minutes. The room was very clean. It was a perfect spot.

The hotel is walking distance (250m) from train station even with luggage. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and allowed us early check-in which was excellent after overnight flight from US. Breakfast was also excellent.

Hotel é muito bom e bem localizado, quase ao lado da estação central. Atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, em especial a senhora e o rapaz que trabalham no café da manhã, os dois muito atenciosos a todo momento, que por sinal o café da manhã é excelente, ficamos 24 dias pela europa, e esse foi o melhor café da manhã nesse período. Único ponto negativo é o chuveiro que sai pouquíssima água, a pressão é muito baixa.
Hotel é muito bom e bem localizado, quase ao lado da estação central. Não gostei do quarto que nós deram, apesar de ser standard, a foto não representava o quarto que recebemos. Cama dura, vista horrível, barulho, elevador pequeno, cofre quebrado. Café da manhã razoável para ruim, produtos não estavam frescos, pães duros, Danone não estava gelado. Tortas e bolachas do dia anterior. Do lado do metrô e da Centrale. Não vale o custo/beneficio.

No frills hotel with really good breakfast and clean rooms. The hotel is a little older and a littler tired, but in alignment with most European 3-star hotels. Breakfast was a positive surprise, as was the service from the coffee lady who ran the coffee bar. Very close to Centrale FS w plenty of Lime scooters and bikes to get around.

Old hotel that how it gets 3 stars is beyond me. Beds were OK the breakfast was good tho. Air conditioning was OK considering the heat wave. Glad I didn't book this on my return trip.
