Lovely surprise! Lovely upgrades, a bathtub with all new features- great tv reception, an elevator too. Located just near a train, and a small supermarket, and of course shopping. I’m surprised this is only 3 star.

Great hotel. We were late getting into Milan but the hotel is open 24hrs so no problem. Clean, nice rooms and great transport links within a few mins walk. Also some nice restaurants in the nearby area.

Dejlig hotel med god beliggenhed midt i centrum, med shopping lige udenfor døren. To metro stationer tæt på (inden for 4 mins gang). City sightseeing bussen har stoppested tæt på hotellet, den kører lige til Domkirken. Fint morgenmad. Værelser, rent og flot badeværelse. Eneste minus er at det ligger lige ud til en ret trafikeret vej, dog var vores værelse lydisoleret, men det er svært at få lidt frisk luft ind når er det sommer og meget vamt. Man skal selv spørge ind til elkeddel, det er ikke på værelset som standard.

It's a great hotel for its price range. All of the staff are very helpful and polite, and I appreciate the 24 hr front desk. The location is very convenient, as it's only 2 blocks to the subway station, or a 12 minute walk to the main train station. The tasty breakfast buffet is included, with a good range of food. I was impressed with how quiet my room was, especially considering that it's on a main shopping street. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Milano.

Séjour très agréable. Personnel très accueillant, disponible, souriant. Hôtel très bien placé, proche du quartier historique (20 min à pieds), donne sur une rue calme derrière la rue commerçante de Buenos aires. En revanche la salle du PDJ est très très petite, sans séparation avec l'accueil, pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Bonne qualité et choix du PDJ. Excellent café.

The location of the hotel was great - just on the back of the busy shopping area. The staff were helpful. They helped us book the transport to airport and also let us leave our luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out. The rooms were overall clean. However, the rooms smell terribly. We had two rooms. The first room had a strong cigarette smell, and the second room smelled of mould or sewerage. Even after we opened the windows for a very long time the bad smells still didn't subside.

No fue buena nuestra experiencia dado.que la habitación tenia un terrible olor a desague cloacal asqueroso! Pero lo peor de todo es que la recepcionista cuando vino a constatar lo que le decia queria hacerme creer que era el olor al desinfectante que usaba la mucama! Era nauseabundo! No ligramos cambiar de habitacion porque la empleada que quedo no tenia autoridad para esa decisión, le dije si pidia facilitarme un desodorante ambiental y tampico pudo! Me ofrecieron cambiar al dia siguiente pero realmente ya no tenia sentido sacar todas nuestras cosas por una noche nas! No es 4 estrellas ni de casualidad.

I have been a guest at this hotel many times over the last eight years, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located near Buenos Aires Street, between the Porta Venezia and Lima metro stations, and is close to the Central Station. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered is delicious, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Ennio, Mr. Paolo, Mr. Daniel, Mrs. Melissa, Mrs. Angelina, and the lovely Mrs. Andrea. I highly recommend this hotel!

Don't be fooled by the unassuming hotel exterior. The inside is a throwback to elegance and charm. This older hotel is very nicely appointed. The room was large, modern and well equipped. The hotel provided bottled drinking water daily. Extra features included a safe, small fridge, and good WiFi. In the lobby they served coffee to order. The lobby also included a small area with seating for serving continental breakfasts, which was great - lots of food and drink choices. The distance to Milano Centrale (Main Station) is about a 15 min walk. There is a Metro stop (Lima) less than 5 minutes from the hotel's front door. There is a clean, well stocked supermarket located half a street block from the hotel entrance. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying at the TECO.

What a great hotel! Breakfast had many choices, the staff was kind, welcoming and answered all our questions easily. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in an hour early which was nice after a long train ride. The location was great-about 12 minutes walking from the train station and 30 minutes walking from the Duomo. It was tucked away on a quiet street that felt very safe to walk to at night. Do not pass this one up!

A really nice classic hotel with all the basic amenities and conveniently located to metro stations. We had a room with a balcony facing a quiet street. The staff were super friendly, especially the lovely ladies in the breakfast room.

すごくおすすめのホテルです。 11時頃荷物を置きに行きましたが、部屋の準備ができているからとチェックインさせてもらえました。部屋もすごく綺麗で、バスタブもあります。使い捨てのスリッパもありよかったです。朝食は甘めのものが多めですが、味も美味しかったです。 スタッフの皆さんも優しかったです。 メトロまで徒歩5分くらい、中央駅までも徒歩15分くらいで歩けます。 大通りから一本入っているので、すごくうるさいとか思うことはありませんでした。 また再訪します！

What a great hotel! Breakfast had many choices, the staff was kind, welcoming and answered all our questions easily. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in an hour early which was nice after a long train ride. The location was great-about 12 minutes walking from the train station and 30 minutes walking from the Duomo. It was tucked away on a quiet street that felt very safe to walk to at night. Do not pass this one up!

Great hotel. We were late getting into Milan but the hotel is open 24hrs so no problem. Clean, nice rooms and great transport links within a few mins walk. Also some nice restaurants in the nearby area.

It's a great hotel for its price range. All of the staff are very helpful and polite, and I appreciate the 24 hr front desk. The location is very convenient, as it's only 2 blocks to the subway station, or a 12 minute walk to the main train station. The tasty breakfast buffet is included, with a good range of food. I was impressed with how quiet my room was, especially considering that it's on a main shopping street. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Milano.

I have been a guest at this hotel many times over the last eight years, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally located near Buenos Aires Street, between the Porta Venezia and Lima metro stations, and is close to the Central Station. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered is delicious, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Ennio, Mr. Paolo, Mr. Daniel, Mrs. Melissa, Mrs. Angelina, and the lovely Mrs. Andrea. I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel for the value! Had no expectations to the hotel as it was very cheap. But was so amazed by it. Nice big room, very clean, I liked the interior. Sweetest more service minded staff - especially the lady that were managing the breakfast service was the sweetest most carismatic women that made you start your day with a big smile.

Don't be fooled by the unassuming hotel exterior. The inside is a throwback to elegance and charm. This older hotel is very nicely appointed. The room was large, modern and well equipped. The hotel provided bottled drinking water daily. Extra features included a safe, small fridge, and good WiFi. In the lobby they served coffee to order. The lobby also included a small area with seating for serving continental breakfasts, which was great - lots of food and drink choices. The distance to Milano Centrale (Main Station) is about a 15 min walk. There is a Metro stop (Lima) less than 5 minutes from the hotel's front door. There is a clean, well stocked supermarket located half a street block from the hotel entrance. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying at the TECO.

The location was convenient for subway travel but the street was a bit sketchy. It was fine during the day but not sure I would feel safe in the late evening. All the shopping was right around the corner for brand name stores. There were many food options nearby with both restaurants and small grocery stores. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the price. The room was quiet but the hallway had music and/or talk radio going continuously which I could have done without. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there again if ever in the area.
