They are very accommodating to your needs. I had a rented a car and they have a secure parking area just below their building. To get to it, stop by their lobby first (park in front of the lobby). They\'ll have someone escort you to the parking structure and opened the gate for you. I needed to plugin my US devices and they provided me with an adapter for US to Europe convertor. Their Wifi is a bit spotty but the car rental has 5G WiFi device that you can rent that I used instead. The place is modern, spotless and comfortable. For being first time in Milano, I\'m glad that I made the right choice to not worry about my accommodation. Walkable to many restaurants and places. The surrounding area includes a newly developed "park" that\'s is pleasant to walk through. I was in and out in 24 hours and there was even a staff at 4am when I left to the airport for someone to open the secure gate to let my car out. Highly recommend this place.

Wir waren im Jänner dort und es waren kaum andere Gäste anwesend aufgrund der Pandemie. Alle waren extrem aufmerksam und freundlich sowie wirklich bemüht. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade sowie einen sehr frühen Check-in. Alles war sauber und wenn man mit dem Auto nach Milano kommt ist es das perfekte Hotel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wrote this to the manager of the property: I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at the NH Collection Porta Nuova in Milan from August 25th to 28th. While I had initially accepted an upgrade to a luxury suite offered by Simone, my experience was marred by a series of issues that fell short of the expected standards of a 4-star hotel. Upon returning to my room on August 26th, I found that it had not been serviced, with used towels still present. Although Semere and Valeria provided assistance with fresh towels and necessities, this incident set the tone for the rest of my stay. The following day, Simone offered a fruit basket and other complimentary items for my children, as well as a 20% discount, which was a kind gesture. However, the issues persisted. On the day of my checkout, I requested instant coffee powder from the help desk, only to be informed by Marco that it was unavailable. When I asked for assistance with my luggage, Marco stated that he was alone at the desk and unable to provide help, leaving me to manage my three suitcases and family on my own. I am extremely disappointed that my three-day stay in Milan was overshadowed by these experiences. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of service and quality. I hope that you will take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that no other family has to endure a similar experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful!! The property is clean and well maintained, and the rooms were lovely and well-appointed. The shower was great! The only dislike was the amount of perfume used in the lobby and hallway areas- literally clouds of it! Should either do without or should use a mild scent like citrus or eucalyptus.

다른건 다~~ 좋은데 방바닥 청소를 자주 안하는듯 합니다. 외출하고 돌아왔을때 침대정리 등은 다 잘되어있지만 바닥에 머리카락등 먼지는 그대로. 하루만 그런게 아니었어요. 나머지는 모두 만족. 특히 방이 넓고 드레스룸이 따로 있어서 옷 정리하기 좋았어요.

Shower pressure wasn’t the best. Also didn’t have any reception on my cellphone for the entire stay, had this problem with 2 phones, 2 other worked great, not sure what that is about. Nice professional service, nice location, central. Spacious pretty rooms, comfortable beds. Ac working well!

Very friendly and helpful service, especially Luca on reception. The breakfast was good, the location was perfect and the rooms were large. The only complaints were that we had a room on the main road side of the building which was loud at night and the WiFi wasn’t good.

Rooms were large, clean, modern, spacious & well furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast as there were enough bakeries nearby to meet our needs. Great position on in the Porto Novo district close to the big Unicol & Uncredit towers with loads of bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. Also just a few minutes walk from a metro station and tram stop meaning it’s just a 10 min ride into the centre of the old town. Perfect for a good city break.

What an amazing stay!! The hotel is beautiful, clean and has an amazing location. Ten minutes from two metro stations, extremely convenient. The neighborhood felt safe at any time of day. Most of all we have to praise the staff! Everybody was smiling and helpful but one definitely stood out! Valeria went above and beyond to help us, give us instructions and advice! She was absolutely the best! I have to admit that the first impression that i had of the hotel was bad. Before our actual trip we were trying to contact the property for some assistance.I was sending emails at different addresses, whatsapp messages and there was no reply. At some point i managed to find a telephone number and speak to a customer service who provided me with some basic info but that was it. Out actual stay changed our mind completely! The room was huge and so comfortable! We absolutely loved everything and was one of our best stays as a family!

The hotel is new, beautiful, conveniently located next to main public transportation hub but above everything their staff are just unbelievable, kind, compassionate, caring, always with a smile on their face and willingness to help. I forgot my laptop in the room and they were extremely extremely helpful in packing the computer and securing a shipment back to the United States I have no words to describe my gratitude to them.
