Hotel was nice, slightly out of Milan but transport easy. Very disappointed that the swimming pool was not free to hotel guests (a ridiculous and unnecessary 20 euros per person!) There was also no complimentary water in the rooms. It’s a shame about these 2 issues as otherwise it ticked all the boxes.

Attention dans cette hôtel le parking de l’hôtel et vraiment cher 35€ jour et si on veut recharger son véhicule électrique il faudras payer 40€ de plus par recharge (peux importe le temps et la capacité de charge c’est un forfait),et le problème et que si on stationne le véhicule à l’extérieur il fortement possible de ce faire casser la voiture !!!

In general its a great Hotel, and relatively affordable. However, the wifi doesn't work that well. Its not just that is slow, but sometimes if seems its a very old wifi system. The pool was one of the reasons we choose the hotel, however, its opening times are ridiculous: 3pm - 9.30pm. It should open for larger periods, particularly early morning and late evening.

Beautiful room with an especially nice bathroom. Beds were reasonably comfortable, though a little firm for our taste. The breakfast buffet was terrific! The metro is very convenient to the hotel, a five minute walk away, and only four stops to the Duomo. All the staff were very pleasant and efficient. Only suggestion: the walls in the room had numerous dirty smudges that needed attention.

BED BUGS. We spent one night here and left early in the morning. Right when we got on the train I noticed that I had bed bug bites all on my legs. We contacted the property multiple times and have not received any response or have been passed from person to person. Bad service, not worth the money, slow and rude staff.

Not our first visit but definitely our last. This hotel isn’t worth 4 stars. The decor is outdated and the rooms are not kept in a good condition worthy of the price they charge per night. We paid over £700 for 5 nights for a superior double rooms and the conditions were horrible. We asked to be moved into a different room only to be given a room worse than the previous one. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back. We staid here twice in the past and our experience was better, hence why we booked a superior double room instead of a usual double room hoping that it will be better but unfortunately it wasn’t.

Excellent property with poor wifi. For the price and level of the hotel, the wifi should be way better. We stayed in 519 and couldn’t share pictures or FaceTime with family which was disappointing.

L’hotel était plutot grand, propre et beau. Cependant le personnel est inqualifiable. Je parle surtout de la dame de la réception du matin qui dit a peine bonjour ne sourit jamais et parle d’un ton très hautain. J’ai deja vu des avis concernant la méchanceté du personnel mais c’est vraiment reel et désagréable pour un hotel de ce grade. Au check out pour payer les taxes, elle prend ma carte et note les numeros sans meme me demandee mon autorisation alors que j’avais deja donner ma 2nd carte la veille. Enfin faire payer la piscine 20 euros par personne je trouve ca excessif vu les horaires de celle ci. Dommage car l’hôtel était plutot cool au depart si la dame n’avait pas gacher notre sejour

Pathetic customer service, management think is 1980. I committed a mistake in my reservation; asked manager for help explaining in detail the situation and i just got a cold NO BECAUSE IS POLICY answer. I work for hilton hotels and I know for a fact that was I was requesting (a change on date) is done in minutes. I could have been fine with a No for an answer if at least i had the feeling that i mattered but i was just a reservation number. I will patronize hotels that actually care about building loyalty with guests.

I think the property was amazing. Very clean very nice staff. It is a little inconvenient in terms of location. It’s about a mile and half to two miles from Brera and the Duomo. Can be a little challenging going back and fourth. Other than that very clean and nice. Felt very safe.

On the outer circle of Milan. Walkable to shops, restaurants and pastry/ gelato places. Close to the metro to downtown or take a cab. They will get one for you. We enjoyed this hotel very much. We recommend it. We stayed 2 nights here. Very helpful staff, good accommodations. Around the corner there is a FABULOUS steak place. Huge T Bone steak for two. You have to go to Argentina to get something this good. We forget the name but Google has it as a meat restaurant or the front desk should know it. Enjoy….

Overall Very bad service from the staff, specially at the breakfast. The bf selection was very poor for a 4 star hotel and they charged you for omelettes/pancakes/waffles/French toasts. For the room we paid 900 euros per night to get 2 interconnected rooms, they were not able to open it for the first 2 of the 4 nights we stayed at the property. Lastly, pool timings were from 3pm to 9pm only and charge was additional to use the pool even if you are staying at the property. Firstly, which hotel (4 star) even charges for pools and secondly opening hour is at 3pm which is a very odd time since people/tourists can mostly avail pool services in the morning. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Very nice hotel in Milan. Very big hotel but very beautifully decorated. Only thing missing is a pool area outside or windows that could open to the garden. There is a lovely garden but it is not used. That is a shame. You like to come back and relax after walking around the city all day. Breakfast ok not fab.

Our stay at the Grand Visconti Hotel was very satisfying. The breakfast buffet was excellent, however, vegetarian/vegan Sausages/protiens, and breakfast potatoes would be a great addition to the spread! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful room let down by the small details. Things like a tiny garbage minibar fridge which doesn't actually keep anything even to room temperature cool, only having two paper coffee cups and two coffee capsules provided in the room for 3 days, and a 20€ per person per day surcharge just to use the swimming pool. Didnt try the breakfast, luckily we waited to see it in the morning before paying - Ive had much better in backpacker hostels. I'm surprised by the overall stinginess in a supposedly 4 star hotel. The room - yes, 4 stars. But by pinching pennies at every opportunity (seriously, not even proper coffee cups or spoons??) it feels exploitative and the overall experience is more like 1.5 stars. They wanted me to do the payment twice and when I refused they threatened to call the police even though they had made a mistake and had assigned my initial payment to another room and they were lacking the information whose room I had paid previously. I was initially given incorrect information about the available payment options, and no receipt was provided after my payment. No apologize from the stuff. Very rude customer service. I have never experienced anything like this.
